Das Team ist super nett und sehr flexibel. Wir waren bereits um 9 vor Ort, wegen einer sehr frühen Landung am Flughafen, und obwohl der Checkin erst um 15 Uhr ist, durften wir bereits im Fitnesscenter duschen und etwas frühstücken. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und bequem. Zudem gepflegt und sauber.

The room space is great. The staff cleaned the room daily, changed towels and all. The food was great too

I liked the location and ease of access to sandton. The room sizes were reasonable and the bathroom size was good. The staff is very attentive and kind.

The breakfast is not good. The food is not fresh.

Bad location for breakfast and it was poorly serviced.

I asked for early check in , the staff was not inclined to make it happen. Made me wait till close to 2 pm but on the website I started that i would prefer 9am check in.

Хилтон не оправдал ожиданий. Он на уровне бюджетной тройки, не выше. Номера маленькие, освещение слабое. Нам не помогли с багажем при выезде из отеля, сказали, что нет персонала, который бы мог нам помочь. Даже в отелях без звезд и бунгального типа нам всегда помогали, а в Хилтоне у них нет человека... Завтраки очень скудные. Ощущение, что экономили на всем!

The place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Staff were lovely and there was always someone available when we needed it.

Tamanho do quarto, camas excelentes, roupas de cama e banho impecáveis, banheiro bom, limpeza, hotel novo ou reformado. Equipe muito atenciosa. Restaurante à lá carte com pratos muito saborosos. Gostei bastante.

O café da manha é meio repetitivo e com poucas opções, porém não dará problema se a estada for até uns cinco dias.

There is no porter in the hotel or room service for me who was using crutches because of an injury it was bit challenging

Staff tried their best, but moving between front desk and restaurant service degrade the whole service offering.

The restaurant is underwhelming. The absence of a bar was a complete turn off on a Friday afternoon.

I didn't like the room lighting. It was too dark. Lots of bushes or a tree outside the window made it dark. I didn't like that they don't have room service.

The location for the hotel is good, there are restaurants in another block,there is also Breathe Essence Spa in Block B,just in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious,it gave you many choices. The Hotel's interior was very lively and unique. I went there for two nights to relax and rest my mind. I got exactly what I wanted. I had a lovely stay.

Not to our satisfaction at all. No halaal requirements. Very small variety to eat. Pastries was thick dough, not edible at all!

Omelettes were done poorly, little variety to toppings. No serviettes on the tables, atmosphere very cold, not warm environment. Very little variety of salads, one type of grated cheese and very little variety to dish for breakfast!

The Service was very Good, and the lady with the name Thando was friendly to us and she welcomed us so nicely, always wearing a smile. I had to cancel my booking immediately . I was only informed after making a payment for 4 nights that the facility only offers a "focused service"a concept which excludes most of the services offered in a 4 star hotel .

The site should disclose all information about the type of service offered by the hotel to allow guests make an informed decision. The refund process for the money paid in advance is unclear despite opting to pay 1 night in lieu , I still have not received my refund despite following up at the hotel physically only to be informed that the Finance team only work upto 5 PM and do not operate during the weekend. This was after numerous text messages and telephone calls . I have since left the country and I only was being advised that I was supposed to visit the finance office during working hours, information which was not clearly communicated.

The menu selection was quite limited, as was the variety available on the TVs. We were also not informed about the designated area for dogs, so we assumed it was the section at the front outside the restaurant. This unfortunately led to some frustration from other customers. It also seemed that staff are still not fully familiar with the pet policies.

The property was immaculate and the staff very friendly and helpful! The bathroom/shower had all the requirements and the bed was soft yet comfortable. All in all we had a fantastic experience and will certainly book here again.

The cleanliness was top notch and everything felt very well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is perfect in Sandton and felt very safe. The hotel’s architecture looks modern and impressive, and the rooms are new, comfortable, and nicely designed.

Nothing really negative to mention. The only small thing is that breakfast could have a bit more variety and more options to choose from.

I arrived at the hotel at 20:00 hrs and was only able to get into the room at 00:00. The staff was rude and did not even assit me with my bags when I went to my room. I missed a business opportunity because I slept very late and woke up very tired
