Worst couch I've ever sat on made the stay very uncomfortable in the evening

The location was excellent, near a walking path to the beach and not far from the shops in town.

The key box code had been changed so we had to call the owner for a new code. Thankfully he answered and we got in right away. I have difficulty with stairs and was unaware that this apartment is above the garage. Yes, there's a washer/dryer, but it's an all in one unit that takes about 4 hours in the quick wash mode. The sofa bed was HORRIBLE. Unable to sleep at all on it. Carpets were badly stained, with funny little fur rugs scattered here and there.

Trés bon emplacement, premiere mzison donnant sur la riviere et sunset vkew point. Balcon agréable avec vue sur la chaîne de montagne. Bien entretenu, très propre. Bon lit confortable. A recommander.

Location is amazing. Main bed was comfortable.

Missing: hand soap, really hard to get the lock working properly, windows wouldn't close, packet sugar coffee instead of decent coffee. Overall, a feeling of not putting much attention or care into things...

Excellent location, loved balcony overlooking the sea. Beautifully set out. Grateful to be able to use a sofa bed in lounge. No complaints at all. So easy to walk to town, to the point, to the beach. Huge thanks.

Un logement super tant pour sa localisation que pour son aménagement et ce sans compter la vue et les couchers de soleil.

Das Schlafzimmer war sowohl von der Ausstattung als auch von der Ausrichtung super, mit den vorhandenen Küchenutensilien liess sich ein Abendessen gut bewältigen.

Die Couch, die als Bett für unseren 1,95m großen Sohn diente, war leider sehr durchgelegen.

The place is a bit dated but it’s fine, the floor squeaks a lot so getting up in the night to use the restroom wakes people up from every step taken & I’m 65kg. The blind in the kitchen is broken so sleeping on the pull out sofa was not an option as it was just too bright. FWIW, I’d stay again, the place is cozy and had everything we needed!

It was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer combo, and the location could not be beat!!! Right at sunset point, it’s very aptly named.

All good, except the weather meant we missed the sunset, but still great views across the estuary 😒

The location to the beach and city centre was wonderful. Like just strolling to the beach (2 minutes) to watch the sunset. Washing machine and indoor car garage was very nice bonus.

The property was a cute one-bedroom house with everything you needed. It had a lovely deck where you could see the sunset. The bed was confortable and it was great having your own garage (that had plenty of space) and laundry. The beach out the front is a very different kind of beach and you will see when you get there. The town is cute and we ate at the ocean view restaurant where we had very friendly service and great food. The property was an easy walk to town, and it has a very old cinema which shows all the latest movies, they are shown ar different times of the day. The hosts responded to any queries very promptly. If staying in Hoki, I would definitely recommend this property.

Spectacular location for exploring the area! A perfect home for 2 adults. A few meters away from the Tasman sea and close to hiking attractions and great food!

The peacefulness and nature. It is a charming location.

Loved the location and how close it was to town! We were able to walk to dinner, it was so convenient. The beach was so close and we had amazing views of the water and the sunsets. We will definitely be booking another holiday here!! such a special gem!

The pillows were either too firm or too soft.

a very comfortable apartment, well aquipped. very supportive hosts who took care we feel comfortable during our stay. we hat a fantastic view to the mountains as well as to the sea. all in all we hat a great time here. many thanks to Katlin and Brook.
