The room is comfortable, and it has all the facilities I need, and it is cheap,

The apartment is like an oven after 13:00 , because the apartment faces to west. When the sun light directly into the room , it is an oven and the air-conditioning not strong enough, and I have to go out everyday after 13:00 and come back at 17:00 . There is no way you can stay in the room. The host should clean the air filter for the air conditioning. The air filter is too dirty that is why the air conditioning not strong

We stayed at this unit in One Uptown Residences from March 23 to April 4, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made our stay even more convenient. The unit itself is simple, clean, and thoughtfully laid out; just what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is truly superb. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. A special mention to the building staff. They were consistently polite, warm, and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely book this place again and highly recommend it to others!

We noticed that the air conditioning struggles a bit during the hotter afternoons. Adding a small fan could really help keep the space more comfortable.

The room itself is nice and well-presented. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down badly by poor communication and administration. Upon check-in, it felt like the previous guest had just left. One of the three closet doors was padlocked, leaving very limited hanging space. The blanket provided on the bed was also sized for a single person, despite the booking being for a couple — a small detail, but one that reflects the overall lack of attention. The cooktop ventilation is a serious concern. The exhaust hose is damaged and disconnected, meaning cooking fumes vent directly into the cupboard. The exhaust filter is heavily clogged with grease and appears not to have been cleaned for a long time, which presents a potential fire risk. Given this, guests are effectively unable to cook safely — something that should either be properly maintained or clearly addressed. We were also only informed after check-in that visitors are not allowed. I specifically came to visit family and was not allowed to have my sister come in. This does not feel like hospitality. Check-in should have taken five minutes but took 45. Reception initially could not find our booking. The host later claimed this was because we had not sent passport details — something we were never asked to provide (and booking platforms generally advise against sending passport copies). Communication was inconsistent throughout. The concierge mentioned this host has ongoing administrative issues, which unfortunately reflects the experience we had. Overall, the room itself is good, but the lack of attention to detail and poor management overshadowed the stay. I wish I had avoided this booking.

They really maximized the space with smart interiors and it looks very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and the location is so good

Not really didn’t like but there has been a hiccup with the check in process and the host had to fix some issues with the admin so i wasn’t able to stay at the place on the first night and she booked me to the tower next to it for the mean time. I liked how she handled it honestly. It’s just that there has been a bit of hassle checking in a different place then checking out then checking in again. But all is good.

I like the location of the apartment, it was clean and had everything we needed. Good value and next to a few nice cafes.

The specific location and instructions on how to check in. We got lost following the address written, turns out it was a difference location. There was a check in office we needed to go to which wasn't really explained, luckily the door man guided us. We had a really small blanket that was more for 1 person?

All good, the host even kept part of our luggage for 10 days while we were travelling around the islands

I like the location, which is very convenient . The city life at its finest.

The air-conditioning was a little loud.

It was like in the pictures! Modern furniture and very nicely decorated - everything I needed was there, it even had a washing machine! I didn’t use the pool or gym at all, but I was staying for only a short time, so I could explore BGC. The location was ideal for that. Definitely recommend this place for a stay in BGC!

The shower didn’t turn hot, only mildly warm and also was quite weak, but otherwise there was nothing I didn’t like at all

The unit is in a perfect location in BGC. Behind the apartment building are the Uptown Mall and Uptown Parade. There are coffee shops nearby too. The interiors of the unit itself are modern minimalist so it is perfect for a solo or couple travelers.

Just the cleanliness of the room upon arrival but was immediately attended by the host when informed.
