The dining staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean, with an excellent desk for doing work and a really nice variety of lighting. The location was very handy for Gurgaon. Very good value for money.

One reason I chose the room was it listed "soundproofed" as a feature, but directly outside the window were neighbouring workers, very audible. The room also had no windows, except for the frosted one I could hear the workers talking through a lot of the time. The dining menu could be improved by making it much much shorter.

Amazing location, highly professional staff, very well maintained and hygienic hotel, the amenities are of really 4 star hotel and best part is exceptional budget friendly and food is super delicious- we had two days stay and must appreciate the chef and their availability to serve you with the best cuisine. Overall, a highly relaxing and super cool stay. They had a great space for car parking too

Reception staff ignorant and very unhelpful. Although I had messaged the hotel to inform them that we will be arriving in early morning on 26th and it was confirmed by the hotel. They cancelled my booking, and blamed the central booking office. Than they gave my original rooms but doubled the price. As we were tired after a long flight we took the room and paid double the amount.

Stayed here for a couple of nights before a wedding in Jaipur. The property was out of the busy area so felt a little more relaxed, and the staff were useful when required. The rooms were a good size, bathroom nice and bed comfy.

The rooms did feel unfinished, with quite a lot of cosmetic issues and building works ongoing and in surrounding areas. The safe did not work and hot water only lasted for one minute before going cold. There was a huge amount of noise from the nightclub below, and some sort of generator above the room forcing me to sleep with noise cancelling AirPods in.

Breakfast was good. Further, some more varieties can make it better. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Staff was polite and service was quick

They should keep the room very clean. The spring matress needs to be change as it seems have broken at some places. The floor and furniture including, storage needs to be clean and at places it has become old, some renovation will make it better. Curtains and other things also needs to be clean and looks fresh.

Dear Team, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay in Room 1103. The condition of the rooms was noticeably different from what was shown on the website. Additionally, the room was not as quiet as expected; even on the 11th floor, traffic noise was clearly audible. The overall room condition appeared much older than depicted online. Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper in the washroom. Tea and coffee refills were missing, and there were not enough towels — we had only one bath towel for two guests. After requesting additional towels, only one hand towel was provided, and we had to request again for the second one. The lighting and power setup was also inconvenient. The bedside plugs were connected to the main light switch, meaning we had to keep the lights on to charge our phones. Similarly, the bathroom light was linked to the passage light, so whenever someone used the washroom, the passage light turned on and disturbed the person sleeping. The TV volume was also not working. We reported this, and although the team replaced the TV, it could not be mounted immediately. The staff asked if they could leave it on the table instead, and we agreed, as we were having our meal and did not want drilling work to disturb us during that time. Overall, the stay came with several challenges, and I hope these points will help improve the guest experience. Kind regards, SS

Absolutely pathetic hotel. Not sure how they got a 4-star category. This is my experience: 1. When I checked into the room, they didn't provide any hand towels. Even a decent 3-star provides hand towels these days. Then I had to call for it. I asked them why this was so, they said they had some issues with their laundry. 2. There was NO liquid soap in the soap dispenser near the wash basin. It is very clear that they don't even do basic housekeeping of guest rooms before a new guest arrives. So I had to call for soap bars. 3. There was leakage of water from their hand shower in the toilet. 4. There was a foul smell coming from the drain in the toilet and bathroom. 5. The electric kettle had grime inside and it was stinking like shit. I had to call for a replacement. 6. There was no shampoo dispenser in the bathroom. Even small 3-star hotels provide body wash AND shampoo dispensers these days. 7. Breakfast was so-so, nothing great. 8. I got a sense of what to expect even when I had just arrived at their reception to check in. It gave negative vibes, the way the reception was. There was some smell coming even in the reception area, but can't really place what exactly it was, but it was not at all a good one. Overall a very bad experience. I tried this property for the first time, reading the reviews on booking.com, but it looks like most of the positive reviews are all fake. Caution to travelers: Avoid this property if you can.

I booked the so called “Presidential Suite”. It was more like a cheap 1 star room. I think all the good reviews here are fake. Staff is helpful- yes but because there are so many problems, obviously the staff has to make-up for their shitty room. 1. The bathtub has a weird glass panel where you can only turn it on by going inside. It flooded the whole bathroom when the bathtub was drained. The staff said they will call the plumber and it will take hours. They had no other similar or better room available. 2. The TV’s don’t work. One TV did not have the cable - the staff tried replacing the tv & the set top box but it still didn’t turn on. Not even the living room, not even the bedroom. 3. Bathroom had a bad stench and no exhaust. No ventilation. 4. There is no balcony, no window. If someone is paying for “presidential suite” — you atleast expect a window. They had shut the windows and the view was of a LOUD gutter cleaning machine in next building. 5. The furniture is shit, looks cheap. I recommend to add 3-4k more and get a room in Oberoi’s. I PAID 7.5k for this shit room. 6. The lobby and a weird loud fan noise makes you feel like you are in some CHEAP 1 star hotel. 7. The “PRESIDENTIAL SUITE” was not as spacious and luxurious as you would expect it to be. The pictures online are probably fudged. 8. The menu book in the room had a weird smell to it. I was celebrating a birthday and it was the most horrible experience I have ever had. Pros: The staff indeed tried to accommodate my requests of storing cake and sending it up at midnight. They tried to help will the bathroom flooding and tv. HOWEVER — them trying to do anything did not solve my issues. Can’t blame the staff here. The management sucks.
