Le balcon avec la vue dégagée vers la piscine et la mer. La situation géographique nous permettait de tout faire à pied. L appartement était très propre.

L absence de congélateur ou freezer pour avoir des glaçons Le canapé lit n est pas confortable avec la barre au milieu

The Casablanca Apartments are perfectly situated in Santa Ponca, just 4-5 minutes walking from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, in a quiet area. Our apartment was clean, spacious, had the necessary amenities for preparing breakfast or light meals. We had a nice view from our balcony towards the hills and sea. The pool was very appreciated by our kids. The staff was nice and helpful.The town itself sits on a beautiful bay and the beach is nice, wide and with fine sand. Santa Ponca represents a very good base for exploring the island, having imediate access to the highway. I recommend the place!

There were minor, normal signs of wear and tear, but it did not really bother us since the place was obviously clean.

Ottimo appartamento vista piscina. Spazioso e completo di tutto il necessario. Letti comodissimi e bagno molto capiente. Ho utilizzato una formula mezza pensione nel ristorante dell'hotel Casablanca . Il tutto eccezionale cibo buonissimo e molto vario adatto a tutti i gusti..

Ottima struttura, a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro. Appartamento grande, pulizia ottima e disponibilità per tutto. Dopo il check out c’è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e usufruire della doccia di cortesia, comodissima se si hanno i voli di sera, in modo da poter fare la giornata di mare!

For the price paid, I feel apartment towels could be exchanged everyday. Did not get fresh towels until 3rd day and day before we left. Was there for one week.

It was modern with great air con, and we had access to two swimming pools at the apartments and hotel, as well as the hotel bar. Easy to get to the centre and the beach.

La piscina del apartamento y la posibilidad de usar las piscinas del hotel. Piscinas muy tranquilas para ser agosto. El personal muy amable. La ubicacion muy buena y con sitio para aparcar cerca.

Alguna taza de desayuno mas grande y alguna copa nos vendrian muy bien, pero son solo detalles.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Pool direkt vor den Zimmern. Im Hotel nebenan super Frühstück und Cocktails. Zimmer sauber und klimatisiert. Ruhige Lage kurzer Weg zum Strand.

C’était magnifique,nous avons aimé l’appartement,la piscine les femmes de chambre étaient trop sympa.

Un seul truc ,le bruit des gens quand il reviennent le soir tard ,et ça bien sûr rien à voir avec l’établissement.

A great apartment, had all the essentials and was very clean. As a family of 5 we were comfortable. Great shower and great balcony overlooking the pool. These apartments are very well located, near the beach and restaurants.

Maybe more bedding for the pullout bed. This didnt have a top sheet (light duvet) like the single beds.

Everything was great. Comfortable, clean, good communication with host. Good aircon, lovely pool, close to shops, beach and restaurants etc. Lovely bathroom/shower. On the quieter side of town which we liked. Would like to visit again.

Apartments are new and well equipped.

The room is cleaned every 3 days but the bed sheets were not cleaned nor fixed properly.

Der Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle nach Palma ist alles ganz in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sauber.

Unser Appartement hatte leider keinen schönen Ausblick.

Apartamento muito bem localizado. Bem equipado, e limpo. Todo o staff é muito simpático. A piscina da zona dos apartamentos é tão boa que nem tivemos necessidade de usar a do hotel, apesar de termos acesso a ela.

Não tenho nada negativo a registar.

Сподобалось усе: чудовий персонал, гарні номери, чудова територія, місцерозташування 👌🏼 Тиша та краса.

Єдине що не дуже зручно, що нема у номерах полотенець для басейну чи пляжу одразу. Треба замовляти. І цього року були марахи у номері одному з 2х.

Fin beliggenhet, rent og pent. Bra aircondition og wifi. Personalet på hotellet som ligger i tilknytning til leilighetene var var utrolig søte og hjelpsomme! .

Vi sjekket inn veldig sent for flyet var forsinket.Vi hadde ved ankomst ennå ikke fått tilsendt noen koder for å kommr oss inn, til tross for at registrering og betaling var i orden. Det skapte en del frustrasjon midt på natten, Personalet på hotellet har ikke tilgang til leilighetene, da disse har en separat vert.

We didn’t have a great view from our room and it seemed very expensive for the size and type of accommodation, more than what we were used to.

Beds linen was not good quality. Would be nice to have somewhere to hang up stuff in the hall... No freezer in the fridge. This was a big surprise. Went for breakfast one morning in the hotel and it was awful. Paid 16 euro each to go and had a coffee and left. Very poor

Great location and access to the pool are management and staff very friendly and helpful. This as our second time there and had a great holiday.

Some of the furnishings could do with an update in the rooms.

Tuvimos mala suerte y nos tocó el apartamento 615. Justo al lado de la puerta de acceso y cada vez q entraba o salía alguien se le oía pasar. Afortunadamente he viajado en fechas de temporada baja y no han sido mucha gente la que ha transitado pero en pleno agosto no me quiero imaginar.

Everything, the pool area had plenty loungers and was immaculate. The rooms were spacious, everything you needed, comfy beds, beautiful views. Short walk distance from the beach, shops, and bars. Quiet area

Very comfy beds, firm mattresses. Spacious rooms with smart tv in living area. Super easy to check in and out, attentive accomodating staff. Very clean, has all facilities you need. Lovely swimming pool with lifeguard and balcony. Local shop two minutes walk. Five minute walk to restaurants and beach. Perfect for families.

Good location right near so many cafes and restaurants! Near the beach, nice and clean, Ana was an amazing host always friendly and welcoming! Beautiful swimming pool.

Can hear when people come home during the day and nights because everyone had to keep slamming their doors very loud !

Ana on the desk was really lovely person, very helpful, very easy to talk to and always had a smile on her face, just what you want as you know she is approachable, nothing is any bother for her. As for the cleaning staff they were exactly the same, nothing was a problem and they were there to help you with anything you needed. Really pleasant, gave you a laugh and made you feel at ease when they were doing their work when you were in your apartment.

A toaster in the apartment would have been good.

Közel a parthoz, kedves személyzet, nem is találkoztunk az adminisztrátorral, minden emailben jött. Bolt közvetlen a közelben, rengeteg bár, étterem. séta távolságra a buszmegálló. Csendes hely, saját medencével.

wyposażenie apartamentu było w porządku, to co trzeba było, ekspres do kawy przelewowy, dla nas ok. czajnik dwupalnikowa płyta grzewcza, czyściutko, pościel elegancka, łóżka wygodne, gorąca woda pod prysznicem, łazienka ładna i wygodna w użytkowaniu. personel miły wymienił nam ręczniki. restauracje niedaleko, można się przespacerować na plażę i do restauracji ok. 300 - 400 metrów, wybór restauracji ogromny, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie, polecamy RHEIN pyszna paella. Jeśli chodzi o położenie geograficzne i możliwości zwiedzania wyspy to chyba był strzał w dziesiątkę, bo w góry dość blisko i na wschodnią stronę wyspy też.

niestety dla mnie ważne było położenie w pierwszej linii brzegowej i nie wiem dlaczego ale na bookingu zdjęcia sugerowały takie właśnie położenie i widok na morze, okazało się, że budynek jest położony na osiedlu, a widok z okna i balkonu wychodził na ulice. pierwszy apartament był ciemny ale po pierwszej nocy na nasza prośbę zostaliśmy przeniesieni na I piętro ze słonecznym balkonem, więc tu podziękowania dla personelu. strefa hotelowa była nieczynna więc atrakcji nie było w tym tenisa stołowego:-(

Es war sehr sauber, Lage war top, sehr freundliches Personal, Teile der Einrichtung aber sehr abgewohnt, könnten einen Anstrich oder auch Austausch vertragen.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr übersichtlich, nur eine Steckdose dort, Kaffeemaschine ist eine Dolce Gusto, keine gewöhnliche, so musste man erstmal passende Kapseln kaufen. Nur ein kleines Spülmittel für eine ganze Woche ist viel zu wenig, nur alle 3 Tage Reinigung, extrem hellhöriges Apartment, Balkon an der Straße, durchgesessene Couch war ein Klappbett. Auf den Plastikstühlen im Wohnzimmer gab es nicht mal kleine Sitzkissen, keine Garderobe für Jacken, Heizung/Klima klappt nicht einwandfrei, erst am 3. Tag lief sie reibungslos.

We loved our stay at Casablanca Apartments. Firstly, the location was brilliant, just a two minute walk to the closest restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach and strip. The apartment was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable.

The air conditioning system wasn't great, we visited in early May when the temperatures were ~22 degrees outside and we weren't able to cool the room down very well. I can imagine that if we visited later in the summer when it's hotter this could uncomfortable.

Die Lage hat für uns perfekt gepasst. Wir haben eine zwei Schlafzimmern Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet war. Die Küche war sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Leider hat der Bad keinen Fenster, deshalb ist die Lüftung ganz schlecht.

Accès proche du centre, de la plage, et de toutes les commodités. Le personnel et réceptionniste Ana très serviables , réactifs, gentils et sympathiques. Le fait que l.appart est entretenu tous les trois jours.

Le système d.aspiration d.air dans la salle de bain pas très performant Et donc une salle de bain très humide, séchage serviette difficile ( surtout qu.il n.a pas fait très beau la semaine où nous étions),et le sol reste humide …et donc glissant. Dommage qu.il n.y avait plus de chambres libres avec vue sur piscine. Accès Parking un peu difficile surtout avec une grosse voiture.

Bardzo udany pobyt we dwoje. Apartament był czysty, nowoczesny i komfortowy. Bardzo blisko morza i centrum, a jednocześnie nieco na uboczu. Małe okienka z sypialni wychodzą na korytarz wewnętrzny, więc nie słychać ulicy. Korzystaliśmy z bezpłatnego parkingu miejskiego, który widać z balkonu.

Brakuje podstawowych produktów spożywczych typu sól, cukier itp.

- Luft im Zimmer war mässig.

Farei trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua in camera. Come tutte le costruzioni moderne, pareti e soffitti sono sottili, per cui, se ci sono ospiti rumorosi, si sente tutto.
