Our first time with this type of stay where we collect keys ourselves. Did not know we needed to get instructions from email. Finally looked at email and saw the instructions. For first time people, might be better to let them know they will be getting instructions by email the day prior to arrival. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Reviewed Feb 5, 2025Location was excellent, Walk bridge to Venice mall on level 2. Unit was a good size and corner view. Had all typical appliances like toaster and kettle etc.. was a comfortable overnight stay and would happily stay for longer.
Under flight path for airport... earplugs if your a light sleeper. Blinds are not block out and allow substantial light into the unit at night.

Airco in bedroom was moving with the sunbling, wich was annoying, as well watch on the wall was doing noice, dont understand why someone put these watch there. Recomend you to give it in living room. Water was not really hot. Not even water in the fridge.

Mall right next door with tons of shopping and restaurants. Staff is top notch. Pool is amazing also . If I come to BGC this is my preference place to stay !!

Problem is there is not clear walk way to the canal and you have to kind of walk in the street, but it's only for about 75 to 100 meters. Apartment was very nice, good kitchen and washing machine. View and balcony were amazing.
checking in and getting the key was a hassle. The wifi password was 1 digit off.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2023This was a very nice room . The location was near everything you need . The service from staff and owner was amazing. 5 star treatment. I would differently stay here again . The view from the baloney was amazing also . Netflix and wifi included so your stay is pretty much all cover here . Taxi available all the time outside the hotel if needed.
