The location was great and the host was responsive.

I wanted to share my experience so future guests can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my daughters’ stay was very disappointing due to the conditions of the property. Shortly after arriving, they began seeing roaches throughout the unit. The roaches were climbing on the walls, counters, beds, and unfortunately even on my daughters. They also found a significant black stain on one of the mattresses and trash underneath another bed. One of my daughters developed a rash during the stay, which made the situation even more concerning for us. The overall appearance of the building also did not give us a comfortable feeling, and the conditions inside the unit were not what we expected based on the listing. I want to be fair and mention that the host was responsive to our concerns and did have the unit fumigated the first night. The host also offered to move my daughters to another room. However, after everything they had already experienced, we did not feel comfortable continuing the stay at the property, so we declined the move and made other arrangements. My daughters left the property Friday and did not stay there again. Because we already had family excursions and activities arranged, I was unable to return the keys until Monday. I communicated about the situation and ultimately received a refund for one night due to the additional time before the keys could be returned. I am not leaving this review to be rude or malicious. I simply feel that future guests deserve to know about our experience before booking. I appreciate that the host was responsive and attempted to address the problem, but unfortunately, the condition of the property made my daughters uncomfortable and resulted in us having to find other accommodations. I hope the issues are addressed so future guests can have a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable experience. My videos did not attach but here are some photos.

On a jamais pu accéder à notre chambre car le locateur ne nous a pas fourni les indications même après lui avoir mentionné que nous étions sur place. Il nous a dit avoir envoyé les indications par courriel et par SMS mais rien de tout cela est arrivé. Nous lui avons laissé plusieurs courriel pour lui demander comment on fait pour obtenir le code etc. Rien de sa part. Nous avons dû louer une chambre ailleurs. En plus, l'hôte nous a facture sans gêne.

The people staying there were very helpful. Also the Uber driver we had was very helpful in locating the keys and getting into the compound. The caretaker living there was very kind and helpful the morning we checked out in carrying our luggage and assisting any way he could.

It was after 9:00 pm when we got there, and communication with the landlord was very poor. My phone was not working, and I could not contact him. The Uber driver we had was very helpful. He contacted the landlord and was able to help us get inside the compound. There was no direction other then a room number as to where we should go. No area to ask for assistance. No elevator, needed to carry our luggage up and down stairs until we found the right area and room. Some other people staying there were extremely helpful in helping us find the right wing to go, several young guests carried out luggage and helped us find our room. They would not take any money for helping. The guests were great, but owners were not helpful. There should be better information when arriving as to which area you should go. It may be an okay area for longer stays, but not suitable for just overnight.

Lo único que nos agradó fue la limpieza del cuarto, muy buena ubicación cerca de todo. A las afueras deben darle mucho mantenimiento.

Estructuralmente se ve un edificio que le falta mucha limpieza y mantenimiento, está en una área excelente pero los dueños lo tienen un poco abandonado.

We loved the rooms with connected and locked shared patio. Just a few steps away from the ocean, ice cream shop and anything else you could need.

False advertisement of location. This wasn’t a one bedroom apartment. It was an efficiency studio with two queen size beds; but advertised as a one bedroom apartment with living room, etc. also a lot of things were broken. The door was a closet like door that had opening spaces and bugs like cockroaches came inside the room.

The place and location was very nice

The manager was kind enough to help us when we needed a little more time to stay.

The T.V. could be larger. The bed is noisy. Shower head could be better.

El alojamiento tiene una muy buena ubicación. tiene parking seguro, justo para pasar la noche he y disfrutar de las áreas cercas. El anfitrión tiene excelente comunicación. Recomiendo que pongan un espejo de cuerpo completo para así uno verse al salir. También recomiendo y no es culpa del anfitrión es que los encargados de condominio, le den un mantenimiento al condominio como tal una buena pintura especialmente los aleros, limpieza , manejar lo que es las palomas. Y el área de la picina también necesita más mantenimiento.

1) Location was very hard to find 2) Building deterioration- balcony roof leaking 3) Many small roaches 4) not enough kitchen pots and pans - need replacement , making impossible to cook 5) small cleaning supplies not provided 6) no dish clothes 7) no mop to wash floor 8) Black out Curtains needed to be added 9) no dish rack 10) dust pan needed replacement 11) need more thick blankets ( we were cold overnight ) 12) 2 rolls of toilette paper for 2 persons - for 5 night stay - we had to buy our own

Location was excellent.

We had trouble unlocking the gate on several occasions and luckily other residents helped us otherwise we would have been stuck. We could have done without the two large cockroaches in the apartment which we had to evict. The room was small but fine for a short stay, not much space for two large suitcases.

The bathroom and kitchen are decent. The location is close to airport, in a central area.

Although the interior pictures of the room are accurate; if you look at the right angle, they are VERY misleading. This is NOT a luxury Apartment, nor a luxury building.

The pool was great we were usually the only one in it room was clean well kept and well decorated located in a good spot 2 minutes to walk to the beach for the price I'd definitely stay again kitchen had dishes silverware dish detergent extra trashbags and a broom and duetpan mop ECT towels were supplied and extra sheets we brought out own so didn't use them but they were supplied ac was great plenty of room

Nothing bad to say for the money it was much better than expected

Location, location, location, it’s located on a very popular area one of important feature is that it have parking on the premises. With one of PR best bakery “España”, near by. Hot water all day on all faucets. Very well decorated, what it shows on the picture is what you get.

Well, starting at with the lockbox, we spend almost 1/2 hour trying to open it. The adm. is not very responsive. I text to ask for a wash cloth and they informed me that the staff was gone for the day and that they’ll take the next day. Also text about a window shade for the shower because people could peep from across the bathroom. And finally I also text about a floor mat from when you come out of the shower, from that point on all we got was crickets, until Monday morning to give instructions how to vacate the premises. They to exterminate the apartment, it did had roaches, the pigeons on the window seal by the bed are annoying specially at night time when all is quiet. The bed, the bed don’t go on a romantic trip the neighbors will know that you’re doing “Whoopi”. I left them a present on the bathroom. A toilet paper holder, I got tire of turning around to pick up from the toilet bowl. By the way end up buying my own wash cloth….

Everything, false advertising, Rented an apartment with 1 living rom, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Got 1 studio instead. With no door or closet handles, no place to put your cloths away, damaged shower knobs, broken bathroom blind, no privacy, no elevator for elderly people, unsafe location next to night club and abandoned store front, water leaks, not enough toiletries, only 1 roll of tiolet paper, no face or washcloths, leaks and floor flooding when it rained, unsafe for elderly.

It was really hard to get the key. The inside looked cleaned but was not there is ants in the room and bedbugs. I couldn’t stay in the room, I booked at 2 other hotels kinda expensive to not be able to use the room.

It is very safe, and the others staying in the building were also very hospitable.

The blinds in the bathroom were broken and weren't replaced. There were too many ants.

Excellent location, clean with great air conditioning.

A tad on the noisy side, but if want this awesome location you get some noise.

perfect location....close to the airport, restaurant across the street, bus stop in front. There is also a 24-hour bar located on the Avenue so under the cimplex... so it's a plus for late night drinks and such but also good luck to anyone who has a room above the bar...which i did not.

Bed super Noisy. Extremely loud outside the apartment.Too close to the street. The apartment has 2 buildings and 3 stories in each. Found out last minute it was on the 3rd floor. The stairway is too narrow and uncomfortable.

The owners were very nice and helpful, great hospitality. The APT was clean and well maintained. The beds were nice and the bathroom was nice as well.

The A/C was not good and it was very hot .

The location was perfect. The apartment was more like a small efficiency. Everything was very small. We found 2 roaches in our room, and when we contacted the owner he blamed it on us.

The accommodation was good value for the money and well located in Isla Verde. The room was a good size with two full beds, a kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathroom was okay. There were supermarkets, pharmacies, and beach apparel stores very close by. There were plenty of food options available. I especially enjoyed the nearby restaurant Corchea, which offered the best meal during our 1-week stay in Puerto Rico. They had great music (Latin jazz) and good cocktails.

Due to the photos, I expected a nicer condo, but it wasn't too bad. We faced a serious issue. One evening, we returned to the accomodation after spending the day touring and found that there was no water. We called the apartment owner, and he responded that there was nothing he could do about it because water is a utility that depends on the island government (!). More than an hour later, he appeared knocking at the door and said the issue was a failure in the water pump engine and that he would attempt to fix it. We stayed up until midnight while he unsuccessfully tried to fix the issue. He woke us up early the next morning and finally fixed the problem. It's clear that he is new to the hospitality business and needs to learn how to treat customers politely and anticipate problems, as well as how to solve them quickly.

Area was great! Close to the beach and next to a Walgreens that we visited every day.

The only thing that was uncomfortable was losing power for about 6 hours the first night. Which may have been recovering from Hurricane.

Good price?

No hot water considering it says “luxury” you’d think it would have hot water. Low water pressure in general for the shower. Had an ant problem and the owners solution was to have my use the cleaner and spray the floor myself and having a cleaner come the next day. Note I had no food in the room the entire stay and this happened day 3 of me being there. Location isn’t the greatest nor is the communication with property owner if you do not speak Spanish. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere

Inexpensive great for one night stay ,pool was awesome. Had a coffee maker you would need . Had essentials, microwave, little refrigerator, very clean . walking distance to lots of places to eat and beach.

There were quite a few stairs, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker .

Location and AC Responsive and Courteous host

Water pressure was terrible, and bathroom was super tiny.

This place messed up my whole trip. We got there around 8pm and checked into our room and all. It was very hot in the room and the AC took about few hours to cool down the room. We took a shower the first night together because the water pressure was very low in the shower and we went to bed. We woke up the next morning and there wasn’t any water at all. We were unable to flush the toilet or take a shower that morning before going to out morning activity. I contacted the owner and i told him and he apologized.He told us he will have so one come check it out. I said okay that’s fine and we left to our activities for the day. We were out for roughly from 8:30am till 7:45pm. We came back to the room still no water. I text the owner again and apologized once more and asked me if i would wait 30mins more for the water. By that time i was pissed, because i was hot and sweaty from the activities during the day. We had purchased a case of bottled water and we had to use those to take a damn shower and brushed out teeth. We went to bed because we were exhausted. The next arrived day number two still no water and i texted the owner once more trying to be patient with him. He told us he would be there in 15 minutes. So day number we weren’t able to shower once again. We had to use our bottled water that we purchased for drinking to brush our teeth. We left around 9am to go ATV riding a hour away and the tour was two hours. So the owner had enough time while we were gone to check out the issue. Anyways we came back to our room sadly still no water. We were wet and muddy, we smelled so bad from the mud and dirty waters from ATV. We saw the owner in our room without our permission and he told us that we were on the third floor so that makes the water pressure very low to none. Then the owner told us he was going to move us to the second floor , that the water was way better.

The rooms were clean, tidy and easy to access. For our three day trip, it was a doable space, but would prefer a larger room. Wifi was also easy to connect to.

It was quite loud due to occupants in other rooms. The TV was not functional, but management did make us aware of this in advance and offered to address it, which we chose not worry about since we were only there for 3 days and out majority of the time. They were only one set of towels available with no way to restock. There was, however, a washer and dryer that could be used, but was coin-operated.

The only good thing was the location

The owner called us the morning of our trip to tell us he had double booked our room and was putting us in a different room, which was nothing like the room in the pictures. The room we got had only one bed and a couch that had no sheets or blankets available for it. There were also ants crawling around the sink and hardly any water pressure in the kitchen sink. The toilet was hard to flush. It felt like a bait and switch.

Easy to get to the beach from the place. Privat parking. The place is practical in terms of what it's got: kitchenette, some plates and glasses, table and a well working shower (you need to wait a bit for the warm water). Rather clean. Decent modern air con is a big plus. Overall quite alright place for couple of nights.

Checking in instructions were poor, getting the key was OK, although there are 3 keys and a clicker so they barely fit into the key box, hence it required some fiddling about to open it up. Finding the unit itself wasn't easy, instruction said to look for the "gate 3" but the building gates are not numbered. The key wasn't working for the nearest gate to the unit: the key would turn, but not open the lock, although it seemed to open most of the other gates. In the lefthand side building (if you are entering the parking gate) units marked as A (ex 101A ets), and in the righthand side building units are marked B. The unit you are after is 305D - no logic to the madness hence no idea how to find. Additionally the instructions provided were google translate screens from Spanish to English, hence I felt it was useless to try to call the owner. But should you intend to stay, have no fear as I've got you! The unit is in the building on the left from the parking entrance gate - the same one where all the key boxes are mounted. You can enter through the gate that's nearest to the parking entrance with the key or if the next door (in the middle of the building) is open it's even better. You'll need to head up to the 3d floor (ground floor =1st for those from Europe or UK:) if you are entering through the gate nearest to the parking gate, you would need to walk through sort of a labyrinth, aiming to get to the middle of the building - don't be alarmed when you see all of these closed gates, just look for the next staircase aiming to go up. Once you see a swimming pool, just head up the stairs. The unit is on the top floor, the door is facing the pool and has the number on it. Oh yes, the key to the pedestrian gate, next to the car entrance doesn't open it either so just use the clicker and walk in and out of the car gate. It was rather noisy in the area, especially from the car wash nearby.

Checking in and out was super easy. Instruction was clear on how to access the keys and leave them.

There is no elevator for the third floor. The water took a little longer to heat

The room is exactly as advertised, clean, and well put together.

More details on how to get to the unit would be helpful once on site. The bed could be more comfortable but if you’re vacationing in Puerto Rico don’t expect to be sleeping much anyways.

The check-in instruction was not clear. There was no no. of lock-box given and no code to get the keys in the instruction email. There were many lockboxes on the wall at the gate with misleading numbers. However the host texted back immediately with all required information. The lockbox was no 5!!! :) The studio is on 2nd floor in the building on left side. We've managed:)

Location was great the pool was a nice touch. The people in charge were nice. There’s a car rental next door and parking on the location.Privacy was great for me to do my work away from distractions back home. CVS and the beach were close followed by a mall area with restaurants just 3 blocks walking distance.

Small problem sometimes the toilet did a small leak after flushed but it was easy to wipe away with tissue they just missed a spot in my room.
