Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Lokacija je super, miran deo grada sa dovoljno objekata u okolini, a gradski prevoz je na minimalnoj udaljenosti. Apartman je takođe bio dobar, udoban i lepo sređen.
Bilo je malih problema što se tiče čistoće. Pronalazile smo prljave kašike, bilo je manjka toalet papira i sapuna za ruke, ali sve u svemu, ništa što ne može da se popravi.

不足之处，是离市中心稍微有点远。维也纳的tram比较慢，要是能靠近地铁站就好了。

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Posizione comoda: gli autobus 9 e 43 erano vicinissimi e permettevano di raggiungere facilmente la metropolitana o zone centrali.
1. Nessuna delle nostre richieste è stata accolta: non è stato possibile lasciare in custodia i bagagli per qualche ora né all'arrivo (siamo arrivati di mattina presto, prima del check-in standard) né alla partenza (il nostro aereo era di sera e avevamo ancora quasi tutta la giornata da passare a Vienna). Ho viaggiato in mezza Europa, sempre con gli stessi orari, e in nessun altro paese ho avuto questo problema. Alla fine ci siamo serviti del locker OBB alla stazione Westbahnhof, consigliato dalla struttura. È stato conveniente (3.50 €/24 h per un locker grande), ma ovviamente ci sono stati costi e tempi aggiuntivi per gli spostamenti, per cui complessivamente non è stato soddisfacente. 2. Abbiamo chiesto di poter fare il check-out soltanto mezz’ora dopo l'orario massimo e ci è stato negato in quanto si dovevano fare le pulizie. Penso che, se avessero voluto venire un minimo incontro al cliente, avrebbero potuto benissimo organizzare le pulizie in modo da lasciare la nostra camera per ultima, invece così non è stato. 3. Pulizia scarsa, c'era addirittura un guscio di vongola sotto il tavolo 4. Non era possibile chiudere la porta della camera perché il letto sporgeva. 5. Avevamo prenotato ina stanza con 2 letti singoli per me e mio figlio e ci hanno dato un letto matrimoniale. Ci suamo adattsti e non abbiamo chiesto il trasferimento in un'altra camera solo perché eravamo troppo stanchi ed era tardi.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Locație spațioasă, curată, mobilată și utilată modern (ne-a fost utilă mașina de spălat rufe având la dispoziție și capsule de detergent) situată intr-o zonă linistită, sigură și aproape de tramvai.
Baia cu toaletă nu avea oglindă, chiuveta era foarte mică, nu avea săpun și deasupra chiuvetei nu era faianță și se stropea peretele. Deși exista cană electrică nu erau plicuri de ceai sau cafea.

Були присутні рушники, миючий засіб для посуду, капсулки для посудомийки (5 шт.), також капсулки для кавомашинки (4 шт) та цукор до кави, запасний мішок для сміття тощо. Багато посуду, столових приладів. Дозатор для мила у ванній, але в туалеті не було (вони там роздільні). Також була додаткова постіль, що знадобилося, бо я брав номер з двома окремими ліжками бо приїхав у Відень з другом, але нам дали номер з одним великим двоспальним, тому я розклав диван і застелив його. Я не писав власнику про це, бо не хотів гаяти часу на переселення, та й диван мене влаштовував. Район хороший, тихий та охайний, багато закладів поруч: ресторанчики, супермаркети тощо.
Немає дозатору для мила у туалеті.

Attrezzatura della cucina insufficiente (manca scolapiatti, e uno scolapasta). Il letto in cucina è un divano letto matrimoniale piuttosto scomodo mentre il letto nella camera è in realtà un altro divano letto da una piazza e mezza. Bella la doccia walk-in, ma non ha la porta ed è facile allagare il bagno.

Беше мръсно и шумно. Мивката в банята беше запушена и използването и беше невъзможно Вместо легла имаше само 2 разтегателни дивана. Сутринта в 7:00 бяхме събудени от работници, който поставяха табела на прозореца.

There was a lot of bugs and we didn’t even know where they were coming from, water from the shower was leaking all over the bathroom when showering.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026El apartamento es tal y como lo vemos en las fotos. Es amplio y muy limpio. Tiene prácticamente todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días. No está muy céntrico pero tiene una parada de tranvía muy cerca que te deja en el centro de la ciudad.
Le falta microondas y algún cazo pequeño.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Apartman se nalazi u starijoj zgradi, ali je nedavno adaptiran, pa je unutra sve takoreći novo. Kupatilo je veoma prostrano, a toalet je odvojen od njega i moglo bi biti veće. Kuhinja je solidno opremljena za boravak od nekoliko dana. Kreveti su bili solidno udobni.
Ulazak u apartman je bio komplikovan jer su nam dali pogrešan kod, pa smo 15 minuta stajali pred vratima pokušavajući da otključamo vrata. Potom smo zvali agenciju, da bi nam oni otkrili da to nije tačna šifra i da će nam dati novu.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig, aber mit guter Nahversorgung und angenehmen Nachbarn. Das Appartement ist stylisch eingerichtet. Betten und Wäsche haben eine hohe Qualität.
Statt des gewünschten und zugesagten Zimmers mit zwei Einzelbetten gab es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Da so eng in das Zimmer eingepasst war, dass nur auf einer Seite 20 cm Zugang war. Kein Nachttisch, keine Lampe. Der TV hat eine Telekom-Box, die nur doofe Streaming-Programme lieferte, aber kein einziges Öffentlich-Rechtliches. Zudem gab es für die Bedienung keine Anleitung. Deshalb gefühlte Ewigkeiten verbracht, den TV überhaupt in Gang zu bringen. Dafür und für die Reklamation des Zimmers ist bei einem 3-tägigen Städteurlaub keine Zeit.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Wohnzimmer sehr ruhig, schöne Küche, tolle Dusche, Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und blitzblank sauber. Die Straßenbahn ist in der Nähe, auch die S-Bahn Station ist schnell erreichbar.
das Schlafzimmer ist im EG mit Fenster auf die Straße. V.a. wenn ich als Frau allein reise, mag ich das nicht besonders, ich habe daher auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer geschlafen.

Reviewed May 10, 2026La cama era comodísima. El apartamento era muy amplio, cómodo y muy bien decorado. Se estaba fenomenal.
El baño estaba muy bien, pero la puerta daba con el lavabo y el acceso era un poco complicado, pero bien. La cocina faltó un microondas y una tostadora. La ubicación estaba un poco lejos del centro, pero el transporte estaba a 5 min andando del alojamiento y enlazaba muy bien con el centro de la ciudad.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026It was a well-lit apartment, it had all the necessary tools for longer stays, all the cooking tools. And also bedsheet changes. The washer is an amazing tool, you don't need to bring loads of clothes since you can clean them. Also, extremely close to a tram station that brings you directly to the city center (Schottentor).
Meanwhile the apartment was very clean, there was a bit of dust here and there (Like over the bedsheets)

Jakość pościeli i ręczników oraz zastawy stołowej przewyższa oczekiwania. Wrócę z miłą chęcią. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obiektem i pomocną obsługa.

Strutturalmente ben articolato, molto confortevole, con un primo ambiente - zona cucina / soggiorno molto comodo, ben illuminato ed una cucina ricca di utensili. Macchinetta del caffè Nespresso con capsule è una bella chicca. Il bagno con ampia doccia. Unica pecca, l'assenza del bidet..

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Appartamento carino nell'estetica, posizionato all'interno di un bel palazzo. Sufficientemente fornito di accessori per la cucina. Ben collegato ai mezzi pubblici. Staff disponibile che ha risolto subito un piccolo disguido.
La posizione un po' troppo lontana dal centro. Il quartiere non è esattamente austriaco (sono presenti solo ristoranti italiani o kebab). Tra gli accessori della cucina avrei avuto piacere di trovare, ad esempio, anche tovaglia e zucchero, ma comunque ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Die Gegend ist nicht sehr einladend. Schimmel an den Fensterleibungen direkt neben dem Bett. Fenster öffnen ist eher schlecht da direkte Strassenseite und permanenter Fußgängerverkehr. Dusche ist nicht sehr einladend und Waschbeckenschrank ist seitlich kaputt. WC sitz schief und beim betätigen der Spülung spritzt das Wasser heraus. Etwas staubig. Für eine Nacht ok aber für die erhaltenen Wohnung war der Preis zu hoch.

Єдине, що засмутило — у квартирі було недостатньо чисто: на підлозі залишалося чимало сміття, а диван виявився дуже жорстким для сну, але загалом квартира чудова

One of the biggest advantages was the location — it offered an easy and convenient commute to the city centre, which made getting around very simple. Overall, a good stay with great access to central attractions.
The place was a bit dusty, and a more thorough cleaning would have made the stay more comfortable. The floor was quite cold, likely because it is on the ground floor, and the heating didn’t seem to work — we couldn’t find any radiators anywhere in the apartment, and even adjusting the bathroom radiator made no difference. Since it was raining during our stay, it would have been nice to return to a warm apartment. Additionally, when the bathroom and toilet lights were switched on, the fan started running and there was an unpleasant smell.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025Чистая, большая, светлая квартира. Очень теплая, что было важно в ноябре. Вся необходимая мебель, места для хранения, красивый интерьер. Отличная просторная кухня со всем необходимым для приготовления блюд (даже духовка, что редкость в подобном жилье). Достаточное количество посуды различных видов. В квартире запах чистоты, полотенца и постель- чистые и белые. Коммуникация с владельцем- бесконтактная, пояснения по заселению- подробные и понятные. Проживала в ней 4 дня и чувствовала исключительный комфорт. Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, neu hergerichtet und liegt ruhig. Die Betten super bequem und alles sauber und ordentlich. Sie liegt wunderbar um Wien zu erkunden.
Da wir gerne selber kochen hat uns ein Pfannwender, ein Brotmesser, sowie Topfuntersetzer gefehlt. Das war aber nicht schlimm!!!
