Casa Bonita Hotel

The staff were very accommodating when our booked room didn't fit our family's needs, very quickly arranging two other rooms at no extra cost. The location was perfect, only a short 10 minute walk to Cat Co 1 beach, and 5 minute walk to the beach front in front. Good restaurants immediately outside the hotel, and an awesome area directly across the road with water features, lights, and cafés which really pumps at night. You've got to try the coconut ice-creams.

That we didn't have more than 3 nights.

Situated in the cente of Cat Ba Town, in the middle of the promenade the narrow hotel offers fine rooms with a fine view onto the newly built resort. Just a year ago there was still the ocean but now you can spot the sea in the distance. The restaurant in the basement is quite good.

The beds are fairly hard, but this is normal here.

Friendly, great communication, very helpful with booking anything & everything. Recommend great places to eat. Lyn the manager went above & beyond

Freezing shower and no longer a sea view because of the construction. However its still great value

There is no sea view as advertised. They’ve had more than 2 years to change this on their advertising but obviously it’s a draw card and they caught me. No room service the entire 6 days which is not good. I had to ask for toilet paper. Seems like all the focus is on the restaurant.

Banyo iyileştirilebilir. Lavabo ve banyo gideri tıkanıyordu. El sabunu konabilir. Kapılar kartlı olsa iyi olurdu.

Solid hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant downstairs (you get 10% discount on F&B as a hotel guest). Very good value for money.

The wifi was not good. Works for 40 seconds very fast, then 20 seconds nothing. Had to take an extra mobile data plan.

Very clean room and very helpful staff. Ac blows cold and the noise from construction isn't that bad. For the money this hotel was amazing.

As other users have said the construction going on across the road is very large but this effects every single hotel on the main strip.

Really nice hotel with excellent value for money! The room had big windows towards the bay (which is currently under big time construction work, but that's not about the hotel) and was very comfortable and clean. The downstairs restaurant serves great food and hotel guest get a 10% discount. The staff was professional, friendly and helped us with our transportation. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work well, so there was a moist smell in the room when we first entered. You can open both windows though, so we did that instead after showering etc, not a big problem. We would have appreciated a water refill instead of the tiny plastic bottles to safe some plastic. Just as a suggestion for the future :)

The hotel is impressively clean, and the restaurant is very good. Staff helped us organize our tours and assisted us with hiring a motorbike.
