I specifically booked this hotel as it stated baggage storage. when I arrived it is completely unmanned with no storage. I tried to contact the hotel through multiple means but they ignored all messages. I had to find my own baggage storage for the day which was very frustrating.

房間床單非常髒、枕頭很黃、密店家有都無回應，訂五天，第一天要進去入住就跟店家說完全沒回覆，搞得自己又跑去其他家住，極度不推薦，重點也沒有電梯、大門完全無管制任何人都可以進去1樓，危險性極高

J'ai aimé la simplicité du check-in/out, la propreté dès l'entrée. La grande chambre et la salle de bain très propre. Le lit était très confortable. Les boissons dans le frigo et tout ce qui est à disposition des clients.

Pas d'ascenseur mais c'etait bien annoncé et une personne s'est présentée pour m'aider. Pas d'insonorisation mais c'était calme pendant la nuit.

No elevator. No front desk. Look like a cheap short stay for couple.

Ottima sistemazione per la nostra ultima notte à Seoul : il bus limousine per l'aeroporto passa proprio a pochi passi dall'hotel e ci ha permesso di ottimizzare i tempi. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, il letto davvero confortevole. La finestra dava su un muro e aveva una spessa tenda, questo ci ha permesso di riposare molto bene. Da sottolineare che, a differenza della maggior parte degli hotel in Corea, il May Yongsan presenta un bagno con la vasca: questo permette di fare la doccia senza allagare la stanza! Molto comoda anche l'opzione del self check in. Lo terremo sicuramente presente per un prossimo soggiorno!

Great location, smooth selft check in, great amenities and it was very clean. Perfect for one night before our departure flight the next day. It's also on a direct bus line to Incheon airport.

Can't fault anything, perhaps I would want more space in the room if I was staying longer. But for one night it was perfect

Beliggenheten var fantastisk! Du hadde alt du trengte av restauranter, cafér, mini markeder og Metro stasjon i nærheten. Sjapp spaser tur til Han river gjorde kveldene helt magisk! Personalet var også et stort pluss. Vi hadde noen problemer med airconditionen, samt doen og fikk umiddelbar hjelp! Anbefaler på det sterkeste!

Rommet vi fikk var litt trangt for to personer med stor koffert.

HYBEの真裏にあるところ。HYBEのビルを見ることが旅行目的の一つだったので、ホテルに行くだけで目的も達成でき、一石二鳥だった。 夜に到着だったので不安でしたが、近辺は治安も良さそうでした（あまり人通りはないが、HYBE目当ての女性のグループがたまにいらっしゃり、安心）。 HYBEを挟んで逆のエリアだと、若者が多く飲食店前に集っていて、車のクラクションもよく鳴っており一人旅にはちょっと怖かったので、HYBE真裏のエリアで静かで良かったです。ただ美味しそうな飲食店が多かったので、早い時間なら行ってみると良さそう。（自分は夜到着だったため） 道が分かりやすい。駅から10分ですが、ほぼ真っ直ぐ進むだけなので分かりやすい。 また、チェックイン、チェックアウトが遅い時間でも可能で、機械で簡単に行えるところが良かった。チェックアウトの待ち時間などが発生せず良かったです。 他のホテルと比べて、シャワーの水圧や性能が良かったです。 テーブル、椅子があって良かったです。

シャワーブースと洗面台とトイレの間にカーテンやガラスなどがなく、地続きなので、シャワー浴びた後は、トイレに入るたび床が濡れているのがちょっと気になった。春だったのでいいのですが、冬だと床が濡れたままだと寒いかも？と思いました。そのくらいです。

タオルやバスローブ等の備え付けが有り、部屋も清潔でした。清掃も入ってくださらりありがとうございました。

Check in was quick. As a someone coming from europe we were 't available to check in via the machine hower, personel had to check our passport first.

We where able to hear the water coming through the pipes and the shower was a bit small as a large person but it was managable

Great location.

No elevator, a bit tough for elders staying at 4th.. One of the room had smoking flavor.

The location was pretty good. Close to where the airport bus stops. It's easy to take the bus from the location to what you want to see.

Small room. Unmanned made it a little difficult when I needed help as there is not a direct line on the phone as far as I saw. Had to look up the booking and tried 3 times before I got the number correctly typed in. As some staff were on site they did come immediately to help us out.

Mycket nära tågstationen. Flertalet restauranger i området.

ハイブ裏という立地以外はよい所はない施設でした。 エレベーターがなく階段のみ。重たいスーツケースを持って部屋まで行かねばならずかなり不便。トイレ、洗面、シャワーが仕切りなくあるためシャワー時はトイレ、洗面台がびしょびしょになります。 このホテルはハイブ目的での利用にしか適さないと思います。

Clean spaces. The ground floor has microwave and coffee and coffee with cream and sugar and hot/cold water. There were also some cosmetics products. Hair straightener. Some chargers. Water in the fridge and some local drinks. Nice person on the phone, as there is no real person at the check in.

I liked everything because I lived on the 1st floor (ground floor). But the place doesn't have an elevator,so it can be complicated for someone. I would say that the shower is a bit uncomfortable, but as they clean it every day, I didn't have any problems. The room is small, but I still liked it.

For overall it is so good. Facility Good, Amenity Good, Shower Room Good and Location good. It is about 10 minutes away from sub-ways station. There is a large super market, National Museum nearby. And this place is not so clouded which i like. Good for walking to Kuanguan (a big liver). Staff looks so busy to prepare the room but never forget greeting everytime they met with me, which is good behavior and i like it. likely ... i am going to stay here again. thank you May Yongsan staff.

i have stayed ground floor. so people chatting outside and traffic (cars) are little noisy until midnight. only one card key. 2 room keys could be provided for 2 persons stay ?

附近有宵夜，雖然要爬樓梯，還好這次是住二樓。

下午5點才能入住，要先找地方放行李

Location is good . Across from the bus and airport bus. Near walking parks and mall / grocery stores . Lots of eateries and cafes

The room always smells . No elevator for suitcases . Hard to reach a staff when you need help . Water kettle didn’t work . No room for clothes or luggage

Cosy little room in Seoul in a hotel without staff on site. Plenty of extra amenities available. Nice pillows and comfortable bed. Room was made up every day.

Small wet room for a bathroom which we didn't like. Small towels only. Quite expensive for the quality of room.

Within walking distance to 2 subway stations. Rooms are compact but comfortable.

A good hotel if you just need a place to sleep. The room is small but it’s been renewed and it’s clean. The heating also comes from the payment which is nice. There’s no elevator so it’s not very convenient if you have to carry a lot of bags. If you just need a place to stay a couple of days it’s suitable and the location is great

I loved how it was all self service but there was someone there just in case! I was also able to store my bags for before my check in time which I was really nice for me!

I like that it’s close to bus stop and there are cafes around and convenience stores nearby, also Han River. Self checkin thru kiosk machine and a telephone to assists you because there wont be in-person staff hotel, which is very suitable for introvert travelers in my opinion. Very decent and neat rooms and bathrooms and provides you necessary and basic amenities which are great.

Since it’s winter ,it’s kinda bummer that it doesn’t have bathtub that I booked for 2 different nights. Also the hair blower isn’t heating up (?) but Im guessing thats just the way it is lol But overall I love my stays.

출장으로 서울 올라와서 용산역에서 가장 가까운데서 잤습니다. 그냥 괜찮았어요~~

early check-in before your indicated time is impossible. think check-in time carefully before booking

Loved the location, walking distance to the metro, many cafes around, convenience store just next door. Room with all essentials and helpful staff.

The only downside was that I could hear noises from the park in front of the hotel, as well people smoke could filter to my room, I guess I could close the windows but I like to sleep with my windows a bit open.

地図でみたら駅近に感じたが実際は龍山駅から歩いて15分くらいかかり遠い。 横にはコンビニがあるため便利。 スタッフは日本語不可。 あらかじめ韓国語にてバスタブ付きのお部屋のお願いメールをしていましたが、希望通りならず。 ベッドは腰が痛くなるほど悪い。 安いためいろいろあります。皆さま、気をつけて。

This place looks like it has recently been opened or refurbished. The rooms are modern and clean. The location is good. After 5pm there is a very helpful staff member who will carry your bags to your room. There is no elevator. Check out is by dropping your room key in a box. The room is small but big enough to open to suitcases. There is WiFi, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle and a small fridge. There is a water cooler and drawers with useful items to borrow like phone chargers in the lobby area.

Check in after 5pm. Do not come early. There is no one here in the morning and no where to store your suitcases securely. I stored mine at Seoul Station. My messages about this were not replied to.
