The lights were dark. We stayed during summer. As there was no AC, windows have to be open to let air in but street noise could be heard. Also, the apartment is very near a church and its bells ring every hour starting around 7 or 8am until 22:00. With the windows open, the sound of bells were loud

We stayed for a week here, it's a superb location just 5 minutes walk from the main Luzern station and therefore a great base from which to tour the surrounding area including all the mountains (Titlis, Rigi, Pilatus, Furenalp, Brunni all easily accessible from Lucerne) Clean and comfortable apartment on the 5th floor. I think they also have apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building - which is opposite the main hotel. Kitchen quite well equipped with microwave, kettle, coffee maker (plenty of coffee pods and sugar and creamers supplied) gas stove, dishwasher, cutlery, washing up liquid. Bathroom was adequate with towels and toiletries. Shower curtain could maybe be upgraded to a glass door to prevent water leaking onto the bathroom floor. Bedroom was comfortable with plenty of hanging and cupboard space for clothes. In the lounge area we had a sofa and flat screen TV with plenty of channels. There are various supermarkets nearby, including Aldi, Lidl and Migros. Also shops and restaurants (our favourite find was Tibbits in Lucerne station for vegetarian food)

Ideally could have done with a few little extras for cooking like salt, pepper and oil. That would be our main suggestion for improvement.

Friendly staff at reception. The location was good. The living area and master bedroom was large.

No air conditioning for hot weather. The only one bathroom for two bedroom apartment was located in the master bedroom which was not convenient for two couples but prefect for a family.

We arrived around noon at Lucerne and went to collect the keys from Hotel Central Luzern as instructed. Our room was not quite ready yet but the reception staff was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags and offer us coffee or cold drinks at the restaurant upstairs. That was a very good first impression from this hotel. The apartment was modern and bigger than expected. The living room was huge and through the window we could see Mt Pilatus in the distance... what a view to wake up to every morning! Everything was spotless and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and crockery. The location is another plus point, being near to the train station, Chapel Bridge and Old Town. Super convenient to move about.

It was rather hot and both standing fans provided were not adequate to combat the heat. It was hot enough in mid-May, makes me wonder how the guests cope with the heat in summer.

Location was walkable from t rain station, so was very convenient for us with restaurants and city all walkable distance.

With there was an iron/iron board. The shower would benefit from a shower curtain so water doesnt splll out. But otherwise everythign was perfect.

L’accueil, la situation géographique près de la gare, des lieux de visite et de l’épicerie COOP située sous la gare.

L’environnement bruyant particulièrement la nuit. Nous devions fermer les fenêtres et utiliser les ventilateurs fournis puisqu’il n’y a pas de climatisation.

The self contained apartment was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Great location and an easy walk to the station. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was spacious with a modern kitchen. The view out of the window was incredible - clear views of Mount Pilatus. The location was good - close to the station and port, as well as shops, restaurants and pubs. Staff at the desk for check-in/out were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend the apartment to others visiting the city.

It was quite warm in May, and not really possible to open the windows at night due to the noise from the city. Worth bearing in mind.

Its close to luzern train station. Also close to tourist attractions such as the Lion monument and the Chapel bridge.

Apartment 8 was fantastic. Looking straight out at Mt Pilatus. It is a vibrant neighbourhood with easy access to everything.

Excellent kitchen facilities. Very spacious and comfortable. Ideal location (one block from the train station, which had supermarkets and bakeries). Centrally heated so we always came back to warm accommodation.

Late night pizza business directly under the apartment’s full wall of windows was unsightly and their security lights flooded the apartment at night. Lowering outdoor full shutters eliminated the light but not the noise. The daytime view of office block windows and train station meant curtains needed to be drawn to provide privacy. Daytime sheers need to be provided because the existing curtains are dark material that blocks daytime light.

Just a little small

Proximity to train was great.

They look for any possible way to charge you more money than advertised. The shower was so small you could not move without changing the water temperature and/or completely turning the water off with every movement. The water from the shower flows all over the bathroom since there is no barrier. Don’t be fooled with the laundry option, it’s not onsite. They just send your laundry out and charge you twice as much as they pay the person doing the laundry.

Excellent location! 5 minute walk to train station, 7 minute walk to Chapel Bridge/Old town with lots of dining opportunities all around! Nice to have extra space to spread out and basic kitchen facilities to heat things up in case you like a lazy morning or are tired at the end of the day and don’t want to go out to eat, we stayed here for 7 nights so it was nice having some down time.

The large 1 bedroom apartment was located close to the train station, grocery Migros and also many restaurants. The apartment was nicely decorated/ modern, clean and kitchen had everything needed. Lots of coffee, tea, cream and sugar provided. Liked the towel heater which dried any handwash laundry quickly. FYI the heater control knob is on the heater under the windows. Not a digital wall control. It worked great during our December stay.

I wish there was an option for new towels if staying 2 nights or longer. They should provide more than just shampoo and soap. No conditioner or lotion so bring your own.

The location was excellent! It made visiting all of our trip highlights so easy and accessible.

Superou as nossas expetativas. Fomos recebidos com a maior simpatia pela manager que por cortesia e oportunidade nos levou ao apartamento. A sensação imediata foi que estamos em casa. Eu irei recomendar SEMPRE esta estadia a todos que pensem em estar em Luzern. Tudo o que precisamos está à disposição (excepto azeite), não sentimos falta de absolutamente nada. 3 recursos de supermercados, cafés, lojas, bares, restaurantes, etc. A sala de estar é enorme, o quarto é igualmente generoso e tem acesso a duas casas de banho. A nossa viagem a 3 (filho de 1 ano) ficou marcada pela positiva pela experiência que tivemos aqui. Convenientemente perto (5 minutos) da estação central de comboios e a 12 minutos da popular ponte de Luzern. Fico embaixador para sempre desta experiência. Grato por vos ter conhecido.

So spacious! Great location next to train station and old town

No laundry or parking

The apartment was closed to Luzern Train station and Ferry so very convenient getting to other attractions. Apartment was large enough for two adults. The main issues is no A/C and the portable fan unit is not sufficent to keep the rooms cool. The shower curtain in bathroom is not large enough to keep water from spraying onto floor. One last issue is the key. You only get one and you need this to lock the door when you are inside. So if one guest leave and take the key, the other guest cannot lock the door or be locked in and cannot exit.

The property is a clean but not upscale apartment. It has no AC but did have fans. The bonus is the location. Very close to the train station and old town shopping. Under the train station is grocery and shops and a short cut to the trains. Street sounds are no problem when the windows are closed. Restaurants are on the street level. The elevator is small but fast. Reception staff, across the street, were helpful and friendly

I took an apartment. It was well equipped both in terms of the kitchenette and toiletries We loved the size and comfort and cleanliness. The apartment was very near to the train station. Amenities were nearby - supermarket, pharmacy

Apartment had everything we needed except AC, which was particularly noticeable because it faced the afternoon sun and when we finally could open the windows, the train station and an all hours pizza place were right outside. Not a prob, really, unless you are there in a heat wave, which we were. Perks for our fam were the kitchenette, park across the street, and walkability.

The location was perfect for accessing trains and buses. The gals at the reception desk were so friendly and helpful. They loaned us umbrellas to use for the week and they really came in handy! The neighborhood was amazing with plenty of shops, restaurants and bakeries within easy walking distance.

It was difficult to keep all of our devices charged. We found the number of outlets challenging for our needs (2 phones, Ipad, 2 watches) but we made it work.

The team at the hotel ensured to provide the facilities that we required during our stay. The apartment is very closely located to the Lucern train station making it an excellent choice.

Amazing location a couple of minutes from old town, the train station, shops, pier and bus station for easy access day trips. Very well equipped even more so than most Airbnbs we stay at.

Not a big negative, but an internal washing machine would have been great. Also only bathroom being off of the bedroom not ideal, but clearly communicated and not easily changed. Would still stay again in a heart beat.

This apartment went above our expectations. The location could not have been better. Luzern train station is literally at the back door. There is a beautiful park across the road, and everything we wanted to do was either in walking distance or a short bus ride away. The apartment is very nicely furnished and very well equipped. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Luzern.

The appartments does not have a washing machine. Otherwise it was perfect.

The shower is open at the end so absolutely floods the bathroom eery time, no way to avoid it. Bedroom is spacious but bedside tables are unaccountable tiny, too small to accommodate barely more than the lamp! Easily remedied.

Great location - close to trains, buses and the ferry, just minutes from the old town and in a nice area with lots of bars and restaurants and a green square, and close to supermarkets. Apartment was comfortable - an easy space to relax in.

Weather was hot so we had the windows open at night and it was noisy outside, though fine with the windows closed.

We loved staying here. And the kids loved that there was a playground across the street. The adults loved that they serve beer at the Cafe next to the playground.

The facilities provided in the apartment are so thoughtful and handy. We really appreciated the effort the owner and staff had put in. Staff are friendly, helpful and the location is just a short walking distance from the main station. The apartment is very close to the old town too. Hoping to be back again.

Property was spacious and comfortable. Ideally located in Lucerne for exploration locally or by train/boat. We loved everything this city had to offer.

The singular bathroom being located in one bedroom makes it not ideal for families with multiple adults (e.g. grandparent or parents). We knew in advance and navigated this fine but a better layout would make this property a 10.0

The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. We loved it all, made our stay in Luzern very special and memorable.

Everything was perfect although we did hear the floor squeaking from the people moving about in the apartment above us..not a problem though.

We picked up the keys to the apartment from a hotel (which manages the apartments) which was a short walk from the main train station. The top floor apartment was large and spotlessly clean with a bedroom, bathroom and separate lounge and kitchen. Super quiet with fantastic block out blinds ensured that we had a good sleep in the super-comfy bed. There was a small elevator to assist with getting suitcases up to the top floor. Pro Tip - there is a great pizza restaurant at the rear of the property that serves amazing pizza :)

We love the location The rooms were spacious and it was three of us, and we were very comfortable. Immunities are really nice such as there is a dishwasher. There are a lot of plates and the fridge has ample space. What we did not like was the beds. The beds were not really very comfortable.

Everything was perfect, the location was so convenient to everything and the view from our apartment was amazing. We loved the open airy feeling and how clean everything was. Great bed and linens, water pressure in the shower, not too much noise from the city below. Outstanding stay, I highly recommend!

One small issue was the sofa is low to the ground so it is hard for older knees to get up! Just a small complaint, no big deal!

We had a great time in Lucerne by staying at this property. The apartment had evertything we needed and was very comfortable. Given how Lucerne is so expensive this gave us the opportunity to make simple breakfast, stock up the fridge with essentials and heat up frozen meals. The place is less than 5 mins from the train station and close to all other places.

Location was good but it was noisy! There is no A/C and you had to sleep with the windows open. I think if we had been on the other side of the building near the park it would have not been so noisy. I did like that we were on the second floor and there was an elevator!

The towels were terrible and there were no washcloths. The sheets were stained but I had brought my own sheet from home. It would have been nice to be provided 2 towels per person for a 4 night stay.
