Résidence calme et proche de l’aéroport. Parfait pour une dernière nuit avant retour. L’appartement est propre et confortable. La communication avec le propriétaire a été parfaite et l’accès facile. Nous recommandons.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer geschlossenen Wohngemeinschaft, es ist sehr ruhig, sauber und sicher. Man hat ausreichend Parkplätze und die Wachleute sind sehr nett. Das Apartment ist in einem guten Zustand und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Das Balkon ist gross und es gibt eine Sitzecke und man kann dort einen Kaffee trinken und hat einen Blick auf die Wohnanlage. Im Großen und ganzen war unsere Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir haben es genossen.

L'emplacement de la résidence. Les gardiens de la résidence étaient très sympas. Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Cuisine bien équipée.

Aucun signe d'accueil ni aucun geste de bienvenue. Bien au contraire. Les lits n'étaient pas faits. Les draps et les serviettes séchaient sur le canapé du balcon à notre arrivée. Pas de couette adaptée pour un lit, pas de draps à la bonne taille. Le propriétaire que je n'ai jamais vu, contacté uniquement par message, n'était pas très à l'écoute pour résoudre nos demandes. Une bouteille d'eau entamée traînait dans le frigo. Mauvaise odeur de canalisation dans les wc. La table de la cuisine mériterait une réparation, les pieds ne tiennent plus.

Ce séjour a été très agréable. J’ai pleinement apprécié le confort ainsi que la propreté irréprochable des lieux. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour.

Very nice location with lovely terrace and cosy rooms. You feel like it is a home for you. Very safe area for kids as well, nice pool and playground good to walk around inside. Not far from the city centre neither from the airport, but not noisy either. Kitchen was well equipped.

Location superb Clean

Logement parfaitement conforme aux photos, dans un endroit calme et très sécurisé. Tout est très bien équipé, notamment la cuisine. Le propriétaire est très disponible et à l’écoute. C’est un lieu idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. J’y ai emmené ma mère pour une période de convalescence et elle a vraiment adoré. Expérience très positive, je recommande sans hésiter !

On our return yesterday we messaged our host but to date no response. We asked for a ground floor apartment and this is listed as ground floor but as per pictures it is up a flight of steps. On entry there is evidence of pets in the property and a distinct cat smell, also a foul drain smell from the kitchen area. The evenings well rather chilly as the 2 oil filled radiators did not work and one of the a/c units would not work and the other despite setting it to 30 degrees did not make any difference. On the first morning of our stay we opened the shutters to find linen and towels outside on an airer, no message to say how long they had been there and to be sure we had to rewash them all. It was a very fine pool area but no sun loungers or chairs to enjoy the area. The apartment has excellent potential but attention to details is very important.

Le propriétaire est disponible et très accommodant. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier très tranquille. Il est situé dans un complexe sécurisé avec un stationnement. À 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Les lits sont confortable, nous y avons très bien dormi. C'est très pratique d'avoir 2 salles de bains vu que nous étions 4 personnes. Grand patio avec vue sur les jardins.

L’emplacement à 20mn du centre ville et 17 mn de l’aéroport, le calme de la résidence mais il faut quand même une voiture

Communication prior to arrival could have been clearer. However, it was then resolved on its own. You drive onto the premises and have to show your passports to security, who then also helps you find your apartment.

Netjes en leuk appartement. iPad laten liggen en die werd netjes bijgehouden tot we een week later weer passeerden. Super vriendelijke host.

L'appartement est juste parfait, il est spacieux et propre. Il ne manque vraiment de rien au niveau des équipements disponibles ( électroménager vaisselle, literie..) . Il est aussi idéalement situé (15 min en voiture du centre) au sein d'une résidence sécurisée avec piscine. L'hôte est très disponible et arrangeant, ce qui est très agréable. Bref nous avons passé un merveilleux moment et nous reviendrons sûrement 🙏.

Apartment in a gated estate, with parking and security. Maybe it's not a place from which you can visit Marrakech on foot, but it pays off with peace, greenery, a large veranda and all the amenities such as TV, a fully equipped kitchen and, in the summer, a large and clean swimming pool in the center of the estate (30 m). If someone rented a car this is the perfect place. 10 minutes to the center and 5 minutes to the shopping center (e.g. Carrefour). The road out of the city towards the Atlas Mountains is 300m and it took us 15 minutes to get to the airport. After exploring bustling Marrakech, the perfect place to relax. We stayed in several places during our stay, but this apartment is the absolute top. P.S. The owner is very helpful and easily accessible via WatsApp! Great location for our overnight stay before our flight in the morning. Excellent value for money as the properties closer to the airport are double the cost. Secure parking near the security office of the gated compound.

A microwave would be appreciated.
