We loved our stay here ! The pool area and the bedroom are Nice ! The hosts are very Nice and helpful !

We loved our stay!! Clean rooms, good size and great facilities with fridge and toiletries in room. The pool was also a great bonus as it was so hot & it was a nice area to sit and relax. The hosts are amazing and a beautiful family. The breakfast was so good every morning with so much choice and we were full for the day each morning. Also highly recommended doing the cooking class while you’re there! We would return here for sure ♥️

Très chouettes chambres d’hôtes avec une piscine pour se baigner. Chambres avec AC et très spacieuse et propre. Emplacement un peu à l’écart de Sigirya mais les hôtes sont très serviable pour accompagner aux différents endroits

Le seul bémol est que les hôtes sont super serviables (point très positif) mais il n’y a pas un détail clair sur ça que l’on paie lors des déplacements en tuktuk.

Heerlijk ontbijt, zeer propere kamer met mooi uitzicht en goede airco + muggennet. Uitgebaat door zeer lieve en behulpzame mensen. Je krijgt ongelooflijk veel voor je geld. Transport, massages, een bezoek naar de Lion's Rock 's ochtends en Minneriya in de namiddag werden allemaal bij aankomst met een glimlach geregeld, desondanks dat we pas de dag voordien geboekt hadden. Als kers op de taart hebben we beide avonden wilde olifanten gezien vanuit de tuin, we werden naar buiten geroepen tijdens ons eten om mee naar het spektakel te komen kijken, waarna de olifanten met behulp van klein vuurwerk werden weg gejaagd om de veiligheid te garanderen! Ten slotte werd een taxi naar Nuwara Eliya (onze volgende bestemming) ook nog geregeld voor een betere prijs dan op pick me of uber, stress en geld bespaard! (zelfde geld voor al het transport naar de activiteiten). Absolute aanrader!

De bedden waren aan de hardere kant, maar dat vonden wij niet erg.

This has been, without a doubt, our absolute favorite accommodation in Sri Lanka so far! We felt incredibly welcome and were looked after with so much warmth and kindness throughout our stay. We also tried several of the experiences offered by our wonderful host, and every single one of them was a highlight. Our absolute favorite was the traditional Sri Lankan cooking class. It was an unforgettable experience, cooking together in a beautiful traditional kitchen, learning about local ingredients and dishes, and enjoying the amazing food afterwards. This was truly one of the best experiences of our entire trip! The massage at the absolutely beautiful spa next door was another highlight and the perfect way to relax. Our host also organized an elephant safari for us in Minneriya National Park, where we were lucky enough to see so many elephants – another unforgettable experience. The accommodation itself is just as wonderful. The pool is beautiful, the garden feels like a little tropical paradise, and because there are several rooms next to each other, it is also a lovely place to meet and connect with other travelers. What really made our stay so special, though, was the hospitality. Whatever could be done to make our stay easier, more comfortable or more memorable, they did it for us. We felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived.

The only small downside for us was that the bed was a little too firm for our personal preference. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful.

Lekker zwembad om tussen de activiteiten door even te relaxen en de ligging is goed. Daarnaast zijn ze via WhatsApp en op locatie altijd snel bereikbaar en behulpzaam om activiteiten te plannen.

Personál velice milý a vstřícný. Všechno nám naplánovali a zařídili přesně podle toho co jsme chtěli. Jídlo skvělé, po dobu pobytu jsme de stravovali pouze u nich, kuchyni pani velice doporučujeme :). Když budeme mít ještě někdy cestu na Sri Lanku, urcite část pobytu strávíme opět zde. Za vse moc dekujeme :)

To nesouvisý s ubytováním, jen až vám nabídnou návštěvu ,, spicy garden,, raději vynechte, nemají zde cenovky na zboží a pak na účtu zjistíte, že jste nakonec za koření nechali tolik co za celý krám. Po zjištění jsme šli ale vrátit , prodejce nám potvrdil, že se jedná o podvod a peníze vrátili po menších obstrukcích. Dle recenzí na googlu jsme nebyli jediný kdo se nechal napálit.

The owners are super friendly and we were very lucky to see the wild elephants close to the property! The owners told us to come out if we wanted to see them!

In the end it is in the middle of the jungle so don’t expect luxury, but the pool area is amazing!

La ubicación es buena, esta cerca de la roca de Sigiriya a unos 10 min en tuk tuk. Pero apartado del ruido de la carretera. El carril para acceder esta bien. La cabaña para tres es agradable y muy limpia. La zona de la piscina es genial, con un jardín muy cuidado y bonito. Los encargados son muy serviciales, te ayudan en todo lo que requieras y te ofrecen diferentes actividades. Muy contentos con el safari que nos ofrecieron, tanto el conductor y su hijo que nos acompaño se preocuparon por todos los detalles para disfrutar de la experiencia. El desayuno es fantástico, tiene muchas opciones y varian cada día. Tiene una nevera con refresco, agua y cerveza fresquita.

El colchón de la cama de matrimonio no fue muy cómodo, quizás sólo fue nuestra habitación.

Niezapomniany pobyt – idealne miejsce na relaks!Spędziłam tutaj fantastyczny czas i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten obiekt każdemu, kto szuka spokoju i komfortu. Sam hotel jest niezwykle czysty i bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Ogromnym atutem jest wspaniała strefa z basenem, która pozwala idealnie wypocząć.Największe wrażenie zrobił na mnie przepiękny, zielony ogród – cała roślinność jest niesamowicie zadbana, dzięki czemu panuje tu wyjątkowo miła i sympatyczna atmosfera. Na pochwałę zasługuje również sama gospodyni. To niezwykle pomocna, serdeczna i świetnie zorganizowana osoba, która dba o każdy detal i komfort swoich gości.

La famiglia è super ospitale, gentilissimi, pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Noi abbiamo organizzato con loro il massaggio ed è stato soddisfacente, con loro è possibile usufruire di uno sconto rispetto al prezzo di listino. La camera era pulita e le zoni comuni molto confortevoli. La colazione è molto buona e varia di giorno in giorno, possibile il servizio pranzo e cena su richiesta, buono. La posizione è circa 15 minuti dal centro dove ci sono i ristoranti ma la struttura fornisce il trasporto tramite tuktuk.

Presenti vari insetti in camera ma te lo puoi aspettare da una struttura di questo tipo con la camera di fronte al giardino, comunque il letto dispone di zanzariere.

Le personnel adorable, la nourriture très bonne, la piscine top. Le lieu très tranquille et les services proposés sont très complets.

Le lit était très dur et peu confortable, il n’y a pas de salle pour déjeuner à l’extérieur.

La propreté, la qualité de l'accueil et la piscine qui est un vrai plus.. La chambre avait un balcon et des etendoirs pour sécher du linge.

Le personnel était d'une extrême gentillesse et toujours très attentionné. On est entouré de nature, c'est calme et reposant. La piscine est belle et bien entretenue. Tout est d'une grande propreté. Nous avons également pu déguster de bons petits déjeuners et de délicieux plats au dîner.

Tout était parfait ! Le couple est incroyablement gentil et serviable, les petits déjeuner sont délicieux, la piscine et la chambre très agréables. Ils organisent toutes les sorties, Tuktuk, safari. Je recommande à 100%!

An unforgettable homestay experience in Sigiriya! Tharu made our trip completely hassle-free from start to finish. The family is genuinely kind and treated us like their own. They offered to drive us in and out of town by tuk-tuk at our leisure and seamlessly organized all our tours and safaris. Every morning, we were treated to an amazing breakfast spread of authentic Sri Lankan food and fresh fruits.The true testament to their kindness happened when my friend cut her leg after a small fall; the owners actually came to the hospital to support us while she got stitches. It is a real family vibe here. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Sigiriya!

Een geweldige locatie: rustig in het midden van de velden, met een geweldig klein zwembad voor als je wil relaxen. Top hosts die alles voor je regelen met de glimlach. Lekker ontbijt!

Personál byl opravdu velmi nápomocný a moc milý. Nebyl problém cokoli zařídit. Vyprání prádla, výlety, obědy a večeře. Ke každému jídlu dostanete ovoce. Dali nám spoustu užitečných informací a tipů. Vzali nás kamkoli jsme potřebovali. Když nám bylo špatně, majitel se o nás postaral a dokonce nám nabídl odvoz do nemocnice (což nakonec nebylo nutné). Pokoj byl čistý, koupelna také. V koupelně teče teplá voda. Na pokoji máte mini ledničku a konvici na čaj. Nad postelí je v pokojích hezká moskytiéra, která vás ochrání před komáry. Určitě doporučuji Village tour s nimi.

Ocenili bychom více úložného prostoru na naše věci, jako například skříň nebo poličky, ale to na Srí lance najdete málokde. Na většině ubytování je zařízení skromné. Na snídani se většinou (mimo jiné) podává opečený toast, ke kterému jsme dostali máslo a džem. Džem bohužel nebyl vůbec chutný, byl kupovaný a bylo vidět, že je určený pro evropské turisty. Klidně bychom ho vyměnili za nějakou jinou lokální dobrotu, kterou je možné si na toast namazat. 🙂

De gastheer en gastvrouw waren erg lief. Ze regelen alles voor je en lachen altijd. Ook was het eten (zowel ontbijt, diner en lunch) altijd heerlijk! De cooking class die zij geven is ook echt een aanrader!

Het is was wat afgelegen. Dit maakt opzich niet uit omdat ze je overal heen willen brengen. Verder was het bed iets te hard.

La familia de la casa han sido súper atentos con nosotras, hemos hecho con ellos todas las excursiones y ha sido un acierto, nos han llevado o gestionado transportes. Hemos estado muy contentas, muy recomendable.

Ontzettend lieve hosts die echt hun best doen om je verblijf in Sigiriya zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Het ontbijt was bovendien uitgebreid en erg lekker. Zeker een aanrader!

Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Der Pool war sehr schön und mit Beleuchtung. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir konnten auch ohne Probleme noch eine Nacht verlängern und konnten alles fragen und jederzeit um Hilfe bitten. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und lecker. Wir haben die Elefantensafari über die Unterkunft gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden, große Empfehlung! Wir würden immer wiederkommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt:)

WLAN war nicht sonderlich stark, aber für das Nötigste hat es gereicht :)

A little slice of paradise with the most amazing owners. Thankyou so much for the wonderful stay and great hospitality. One of the kindest people i’ve met in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was really good and they can arrange many activities.

Alojamiento encantador con una familia maravillosa. Nos encantó la habitación que nos ofrecieron a piso llano con un pequeño porche con entrada directa a la piscina. Estuvimos súper a gusto toda la estancia. Hasta nos pusieron cervezas en la nevera que pudimos disfrutar a la noche sentaditos en nuestro porche. La piscina rodeada de vegetación es preciosa. Y ya lo mejor, es la familia propietaria. Tuvimos un problema con nuestro tuktuk que habíamos alquilado (de repente no nos arrancaba justo cuando queríamos ir al atardecer a subir la roca Pidurangala). Bueno pues después de estar un rato intentando ayudarnos a repararlo, al ver que iba a anochecer y no nos iba a dar tiempo, nos ofreció llevarnos corriendo para poder hacer la actividad y no solo eso, nos vino a buscar con nuestro propio tuktuk ya arreglado. Lo había conseguido reparar en el mecánico y no nos cobraron nada. La verdad que no puedo sentirme más agradecida. El kottu que cenamos estaba riquísimo. Para mi gusto, de los mejores que probé en toda mi estancia en Sri Lanka ya que estaba poco especiado y tenía un sabor a vegetales muy rico y natural. Además de todo esto, es muy económico. SÚPER RECOMENDABLE!!

We had a wonderful stay at Dew Asni Homestay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing while being close to Sigiriya attractions. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sigiriya.

Le séjour était parfait. Les hôtes sont venus nous chercher à la gare, très gentils, très serviables et très accueillants ! Sugeewa et sa famille nous ont accompagné tout au long du séjour entre petit déjeuner, recommandations et discussions au bord de la piscine. Super nette Gastgeber, die mich bei allem unterstützt haben. Sie haben ein eigenes Tuk Tuk und einen Jeep, wodurch sie quasi im Alleingang alles für einen organisieren können. Das Zimmer war voll ausgestattet und hatte sogar eine Minibar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber man muss mit Instant Kaffee rechnen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war super. Vor allem aber ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber hervorzuheben.

Alles das Pool war wunderschön!

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Es war sehr ruhig, mitten im Grünen. Die Gastgeber waren super herzlich und haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Der Pool, das Zimmer, das vielfältige Frühstück und Abendessen waren einfach top.

Het is een prachtige villa met zwembad midden in de jungle. De mensen die er werken zijn super vriendelijk, het is een gezin die ervoor zorgt dat je een geweldig verblijf hebt. De safari wordt geregeld en je wordt overal heengebracht met de TukTuk. Het was geweldig!

Location is at the end of a difficult dirt road. We had a driver so it was not so bad. Room small but comfortable. Bathroom does not have a separate shower so water goes everywhere

Rapport qualité prix, établissement familial, ne pas hésiter à négocier. La piscine est un plus. Nous avons fait le choix de manger à l’extérieur donc pas d’avis sur les repas.

Die Besitzer sind äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben eine schöne Unterkunft erschaffen, wir haben uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Im Pool kann man sich von der Hitze erholen und das Essen ist fantastisch. Uns wurde ein gutes Taxi zu einem fairen Preis organisiert. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Nous avons loué 3 chambres propres et calmes. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine. Nous avions réservé un cours de cuisine qui était un super moment où les charmants hôtes nous ont appris à cuisiner un dîner typique et copieux. Nous avons même fait notre propre lait de coco ! Nous avons tout dégusté ensuite ; c’était excellent et à recommander les yeux fermés !

There wasn’t much to not like

Wir waren mit 7 Personen da als Familie von jung bis alt. Die Zimmer waren super sauber und toll ausgestattet. Generell war die Unterkunft samt Pool sehr gepflegt. Wir haben über die super freundlichen Gastgeber auch eine Kochkurs und eine Elefantensafari gebucht und auch hier war das Preisleistungsverhältnis phänomenal 😊 hier würden wir definitiv wieder hinkommen! Auch das Frühstück ist hervorragend!

- Piscine avec transats - Chambre propre - Repas possible sur place - Jus de papaye en guise de boisson de bienvenue

- L’endroit est excentré de la ville et n’est accessible que par une route peu praticable - Accueil très spécial où on nous explique le package safari alors que nous avons expliqué ne pas être intéressés (nous avions un guide chauffeur avec nous) - Chambre petite, pas de rangement dans la chambre - Lit très petit, matelas dur et oreiller petit - Insonorisation inexistante - Wifi pas terrible - Petit déjeuner servi froid (alors qu’on spécifie l’heure) - Repas servis dans des assiettes en plastique et plutôt basique pour le prix - Pas de table dehors pour manger - Pas de communication sur la protection électrique (pour les éléphants) qui était toujours mise lors de notre départ matinal (on aurait pu se faire électrocuter pour le même prix!) - Pas d’explication non plus sur le danger des éléphants mais nous avions notre guide heureusement qui nous avait averti - Salle de bain qui sent très mauvais (sans doute car la décharge de la toilette ne permet pas un bonne évacuation) - 10% supplémentaire appliqué sur le prix booking (7€ donc pas la fin du monde mais du coup niveau confiance pas terrible), payable en cash donc pas de trace. En conclusion, l’endroit ne vaut pas du tout sa note de 9. On a l’impression que c’était un problème pour eux qu’on n’utilise pas leurs différents services possibles et que ça s’est ressenti dans leur manière d’agir.

The hosts are lovely and very welcoming. The place is just amazing, so peaceful. Close by: the Lion Rock, town a short tuk tuk drive away. The pool is just amazing and just what you need after exploring the area. Breakfast was superb! Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful family, beautiful property, very quiet location

Sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Man hört viele Vögel und kann sehr gut im schönen Pool oder Balkon entspannen! Leckeres lokales Frühstück und sehr nette Gastgeber.

Etwas teurer als ähnliche Unterkünfte. Man ist auf Roller oder Tuk Tuk angewiesen. Man kann aber ein paar kleine Restaurants und Cafés zu Fuß an der Hauptstraße erreichen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ausreichend und abwechslungsreich, sehr schöner Pool.

C.est la deuxième fois que je viens à Dew Ashi Homestay et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter. Les chambres sont propres et très confortables, l’extérieur est calme et agréable. Gros + pour la piscine. Les propriétaires sont adorables et les repas sont excellents.

We did all of our activities with Tharu’s family which were great. Food was amazing & pool was really nice

Staff and hosts were truly welcoming and friendly. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. Swimminpool was a great extra as it is tiring hot this time of the year, and sunbeds- we only took a tiny moment on them just to dry ourselves a bit after cooling moment in the pool. Quiet area, but not far from the main road. We had bikes so we did not use transport they have to offer, or safari. Would stay again.

The place was truly amazing & the staff extremely sweet and pending ! It was outside the city and in the middle of the fields so you could really feel relaxed and with peace and quiet. The pool was also a huge plus with the heat - and the food there was great! We loved it!

Amazing homestay. The best place weve stayed in Sri Lanka- such a lovely family, amazing food and beautiful home. We ended up eating here all three nights for dinner- food was home cooked and the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. The family were so welcoming and lovely natured- especially with our daughter (2.5years old). They arranged a safari for us too which was brilliant. We are finding it hard to match our stay- maybe we should’ve stayed longer!

Everything ,we had a lovely pool view room with terrace , we liked it that much we stayed 4 night instead of the 3 we had planned . Breakfast was excellent and filling , we also ate most our other meals at the homestay because the food was really good and great value for money . The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They arranged everything for us , massage at a great spa , early morning Tuk Tuk pick up to sunrise hike on Lions Rock and Pidurangala , elephant safari in there own jeep . We did a cooking class that we can highly recommend. The pool is clean and a good size , great outdoor space for relaxing.

Had a wonderful stay, surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife. They can bring you to Sigiriya with their own tuktuk. Nice and relaxing pool. Good breakfast.

Peaceful Oasis <3 with a nice pool, where peacocks chill out sometimes :D Everything was very clean and the family is super nice and attentive. The family father always drove us to the center and was super caring. Our favourite food was when we did the cooking class with the family, so tasty absolutely delicious and personal. Was a highlight of our trip - we even got the recipes and a coconut- cookingspoon - so awesome ! Mama of the Homestay is a brilliant chef and we had a lot of fun! Everything is perfectly well organised. We would book again !!!

Welcoming and friendly family, the location is great in the middle of nowhere, with a pool surrounded by bushes making it a really peaceful spot to unwind. Also recommend the cooking class which was great. 10 minutes drive from Lions rock so ideally placed for a pre dawn hike.

Do bring earplugs - the location obviously means lots of noisy wildlife at night!

El trato és muy muy bueno, los anfitriones muy atentos en todo momento. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, lo recomendamos muchísimo

Tout était parfait ! Accueil chaleureux et très bonne nourriture à la carte, nous avons pu prendre tous les nos repas sur place. Ils sont très gentils et ont un service de tuktuk que nous avons utilisé pour le rocher du lion et de Pidurangala (le chauffeur s’est même arrêté pour nous montrer plusieurs endroits et prendre des photos) + une journée à Polonnaruwa (prix très corrects!). Je recommande vivement cet endroit très calme et parfait avec un bébé. Merci à tous, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nous avons tout aimé, (sauf le petit déjeuner). L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, l'équipement, la piscine, le service, la disponibilité du staff, le jardin, le calme, les oiseaux (hornbill!! calaos) dans le jardin, les lits confortables, la douche chaude, café et thé disponibles dans les chambres, les dîners très bons, l'endroit est très beau, ils travaillent beaucoup pour améliorer l'hébergement. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Le petit déjeuner, omelette froide, (très salée et très poivrée) tous les jours, petit déjeuner très varié, mais épicé et complètement froid. Café beaucoup trop léger, franchement pas bon du tout. (heureusement qu'il y a des sachets Nescafé dans les chambres) A part le petit déj', c'était super.

Ganz tolles Anwesen in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem in schneller Distanz zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten! Die Hosts haben uns alles organisiert und waren unglaublich lieb und haben uns immer geholfen. Sogar bis zum Schluss als sie uns sicher in den richtigen Bus zur Weiterreise gebracht haben. Danke für diesen herzlichen Aufenthalt ❤️✨🙏

Beautiful homestay with a very nice family. We enjoyed tasty homemade breakfasts and dinners, a beer by the pool, elephant visits at night. The family arranged tuktuks for our adventures and also has a jeep for safari. We are sad to leave here after 4 days and hope to come back one day.

Die Eigentümer waren sehr herzlich und haben alles bis hin zur Tuk tuk Fahrt organisiert bei Ausflügen. Der Pool ist super. Und das Essen fenomenal!

Nice quiet Place with really kind owners .

There was construction works going on until after 10 pm. Unlikely the owner couldn’t stop it 😒 we tried to sleep because off the sunrise hike we wanted to do next morning.

Lief personeel, heerlijk zwembad met ligbedjes, veel te veel ontbijt en leuke kook cursus gedaan.

Enige mini minpuntjes was dat er snachts / sochtends geblaf was van honden rondom de homestay.

Read this before you book! This accommodation is located on a street where it’s not safe to walk after 6 pm because of wild elephants. We didn’t know this and almost walked the path at night, until a local kindly helped us. When we arrived back at the homestay, a group of people stood nervously behind the electric wire because a wild elephant had just passed. Without the rescue and warnings of the local, we would have ended up in a dangerous situation. The host can arrange transport, but at a high price (likely because taxis avoid this road at night). We also found the host unfriendly: we only saw her briefly at check-in, she never asked how our stay was and she didn’t even show up at dinner after we had confirmed we wanted to eat there. At departure, things got worse: our driver was yelled at and threatend by the hosts partner because they wanted to handle the transfer to another city themselves. This left a very bad impression. On the practical side: the pool is nice, the bathroom is clean, the A/C works, but the room wasn’t very clean, there’s poor Wifi and there is early morning construction noise. Overall: because of the missing safety warning and the extremely unfriendly treatment, we strongly advise against booking this place.

Amabilidad y facilidad para llevarte en tuk tuk a cualquier sitio y organizarte excursiones y transportes

We hebben hier een week verbleven en het was een heerlijke uitvalsbasis om Sigiriya en de omgeving te verkennen. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd bereid om mee te denken of iets te regelen (van tuktuks tot safari’s). Ze gaven bijvoorbeeld aan naar Kaudulla te gaan in plaats van Minneriya, omdat daar meer olifanten zaten dat moment. De kamer was eenvoudig maar heel schoon, met een goed bed en airco/ventilator zodat je ook ’s nachts prettig slaapt. Ook het water is hier schoon. Elke ochtend kregen we een uitgebreid ontbijt met ei, vers fruit, roti, hoppers: steeds weer lekker en afwisselend. De locatie is top: rustig gelegen in het groen, met een supermooie tuin en heerlijk zwembad. En dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden. Met de scooter of tuktuk ben je zo bij de Sigiriya Rock en Pidurangala Rock, en ook voor safari’s naar Minneriya/Kaudulla zit je perfect. Al met al een heel fijne plek met veel persoonlijke aandacht. We voelden ons hier echt welkom en zouden deze homestay zeker aanraden aan iedereen die Sigiriya bezoekt.

The property was exceptional and great value for money. Sujee the host and his family were very welcoming and organised multiple things for us to do such as a safari, Pidurangala rock sunrise hike, Dambulla caves and a gem stone store. They also provided us with great food and even a short notice packed lunch for the safari. We had time to relax in their wonderful pool.

Od samego początku zostaliśmy przywitani bardzo serdecznie i od razu otrzymaliśmy komfortowe pokoje. Śniadania były smaczne i urozmaicone zarówno pierwszego, jak i kolejnego dnia. Skorzystaliśmy także z kolacji, która była dostępna za dodatkową opłatą i również bardzo nam smakowała. Właściciele okazali się niezwykle pomocni – zawsze gotowi, by zawieźć nas do miasta, zorganizować Safari czy pomóc w transporcie do kolejnego miejsca pobytu. Wszystko odbywało się punktualnie i bez problemów. Obsługa była zawsze miła, uprzejma i chętna do pomocy. Serdecznie polecamy ten guesthouse – czuliśmy się tutaj bardzo dobrze zaopiekowani.

The place offers a beautiful and quiet garden with pool, which is great. It is located a bit away from the city center but accessible easily through tuk tuk and one is available at the house, which is convenient!

The breakfast is good but could be a little better The room is a bit little and lacks places to store our things

We really enjoyed everything of this lovely house and family, the food, the rooms and the swimming pool and fantastic. We highly recommend to do the cooking class there and learn how to do delicious Sri Lanka if we have the change we would definitely repeat here.

schone kamers en heerlijke warme douche. Ook het zwembad is erg schoon met fijne ligbedden. Heerlijk ontbijt en avondeten. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. De eigenaren zelf maar ook hun chauffeur die ons overal naartoe reed. We hebben hier kookles genomen en dat was erg leuk en het lekkerste eten dat we in Sri Lanka hebben gegeten.

Cette guesthouse a été notre meilleur logement au Sri Lanka. Tenue par une famille adorable, les chambres sont très propres et très bien équipées. Un service de tuktuk est assuré par les gérants pour vous emmener n’importe où. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et copieux, la possibilité de déjeuner et dîner sur place est un vrai plus. Nous avons également vraiment apprécié la piscine.

Hotel jest bardzo czysty i odnowiony. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma. Właściciel pomógł w organizacji saffari. Na miejscu dostępna restauracja. Basen czysty i zadbany.

La struttura è molto bella, un po’ fuori dal centro di Ella, ma con tutti i comfort a disposizione. Offrono tantissimi servizi tra cui: il noleggio delle bici, Tuk Tuk, Safari e tour organizzati su tutto il territorio. La camera molto bella, basica ma essenziale. A disposizione c’è anche una piscina ben curata. Lo staff è stato eccezionale, la coppia che gestisce la struttura mostra amore, premura e onestà in tutto ciò che fa. Colazione ottima e abbondante, come anche pranzo e cena.

Tharu and her family are brilliant hosts. They are so helpful and lovely. Everything is of a high standard, very clean and tidy. Breakfast very good and has variety. The cooking class is good fun and the food is amazing. Tharu also offers a menu which is convenient as there isn’t loads of restaurants, and her food is absolutely delicious!!

Voldoende ruime kamers. Proper en met alle voorzieningen, inclusief muskietennet. Goed werkende airco. Fijne ligstoelen en parasols aan het zwembad.

Zeer oncomfortabele matrassen en hoofdkussens waardoor we heel slecht geslapen hebben. Zeer veel lawaai bij het klaarzetten van het ontbijt, schoonmaken van de trap,... waardoor langer slapen dan 7u echt niet lukt. Één keer avondeten besteld, dit was echt beneden onze verwachtingen en de minst smakelijke maaltijd die we al gegeten hebben tijdens onze reis (en we zijn hier al 3 weken). Prijs-kwaliteit moet dit echt beter kunnen, volgens ons de score van 9+ niet waard (en we hebben al veel reis-ervaring).

Todo. Tharu y su familia son encantadores. Hicimos su curso de cocina y, además de ser muy divertido, la comida está buenísima. Muy recomendable

El Chaaru i tota la familia son encantadors: ell, la dona, el germà. Ens vem sentir com a casa, van ser molt agradables i servicials i ens van ajudar en tot per organitzar els nostres dies a Sigiriya. L’allotjament està en un lloc molt tranquil i a la nit es poden sentir els animals, ideal per desconectar, la piscina, la neteja, el menjar, tot excel•lent. Si necessites anar al poble el germà et porta i et ve a buscar. Gràcies per tot! Enhorabona per la feina ben feta. Repetirem allotjament si mai tornem a Sri Lanka.
