Super fijne mensen. Behulpzaam. Alles werd geregeld. Goede suggestie voor de safari’s en tegen een prima prijs. Eigen jeep met leuke chauffeur. Zorgen dat je niet in de massa drukte terecht komt. Fijn en simpel zwembad om heerlijk in af te koelen.

El personal fue encantador, la piscina (aunque estaba un poco sucia mereció la pena), los desayunos (ningún día nos pudimos acabar todo) y lo bonito del lugar!

El baño no estaba todo lo limpio que nos habría gustado (aunque es difícil porque está lleno de naturaleza) y el precio de su restaurante y de la lavandería era un poco elevado para los precios de Sri Lanka. La cama un poco pequeña

Heel leuke boomhut, super behulpzaam personeel en mooie omgeving. We werden goed geholpen met uitstapjes of het regelen van vervoer. Lekker zwembad.

Soms viel de waterdruk weg, maar werd steeds snel verholpen.

Iedereen was super vriendelijk. De zwembad was fijn voor onze dochter. Eten was heel lekker. Kookcursus gedaan en die bevel ik echt aan, was super en verrukkelijke.

Ons kamer lag precies tussen de restaurant en de familie wonning. Dat zorgt vroeg s'ochtends voor genoeg reuring 🥱 De badkamer en douche kan onderhoud en een goede schoonmaak beurt gebruiken. Ligging is buiten de stad.

L’emplacement stratégique, personnels adorables et aux petits soins, toujours prêt à aider. Faites confiance aux plans partagés par le propriétaire (safari, tuk tuk À/R à certains sites historiques) les prix sont imbattables ! Petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Merci pour cette expérience

Magnifique, calme, verdoyant, chaleureux, très bien situé. La famille est disponible et aux petits soins. On y mange très bien, la piscine est très appréciable après une journée de visite. Je recommande à 100%

L'emplacement est parfait pour aller voir les éléphants au parc national Minnerya, incroyable ! Le resort est dans un havre de paix luxuriante. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible, faites leur confiance pour booker vos excursions.

Pulizia e cucina da migliorare.

Gezellige huisjes op palen. Lekker eten (top ontbijt en iedere dag weer iets anders) en fijne gastheer, dame en personeel. In de buurt is veel te doen en en lekkere koffie en sap tentjes op loopafstand. Super prijs-kwaliteit! Nalakahm is een top tuktuk-gids.

De huisjes staan wat dichter op elkaar en wat minder in het groen dan de foto’s doen vermoeden. Het zwembad was wat troebel, maar de kinderen hebben er vier dagen heerlijk in gezwommen.

Gentillesse du personnel : ils sont prêts à tout pour vous rendre service et faire en sorte que votre séjour se passe bien ❤️ qualité et quantité des repas : la carte est diversifiée, les produits sont frais et sans piment (ils en ajoutent à la demande). L'attente est un peu longue car tout est fait minute : commandez en anticipation ! Localisation : l'endroit est calme et magnifique. Lors du tumulte de la ville de Sigiriya, à 5 min en Tuktuk. De nombreuses activités sont disponibles à proximité.

La pompe de la piscine n'est pas toujours fonctionnelle...

Ha sido increíble dormir en una cabaña en el árbol. Estaba limpia pero podía estar un poquito mejor, igualmente rodeado de tanta naturaleza es normal. Los chicos que lo llevan son muy amables y atentos. El desayuno está muy bueno y es muy completo

We loved everything about our stay here!! Firstly, the family is so kind, welcoming and helpful. The daily breakfasts (eggs, fruit, coffee etc) were delicious, great food and menu on site and the option to go on safari at an excellent rate (we saw many elephants including two babies, we loved the guide who was informative and extremely respectful!). The room is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with a kettle, fridge, hot water (shower), patchy but usable WiFi, a fan and AC available. The pool is a lovely touch on a hot afternoon. And even the location is ideal (we had our own tuktuk so that made it easier to get around but the hosts could arrange transport for you). Overall, a wonderful stay. Very happy to recommend, especially for a young family like ourselves!! Thank you so much to all the family. We will definitely be back!

Clean and comfortable stay for a couple of days. Pool was clean and staff was kind in general.

Good location in between Dambulla and Lion's Rock. Fun experience staying in a tree house - clean room, comfortable bed and AC was a dream. Nice to have a pool too

Pool was ok but pool filters were spiky at bottom and could hurt feet. Breakfast was ok.

We thought we would have great experience but there were loads of ants on the door, room was dusty and not cleaned properly. There were gaps between wooden floors and you can see grass. There were no towel rack in bathroom to hang your clothes and towel. No toiletry in bathroom. Old noisey AC. Dusty mosquito nets. Rusty fridge. Not enough lighting in the room. Not enough drinking water has been provided when I asked they wanted to charge for that as well. We have ordered dinner which wasn't pleasant and tasty. No room service. There were two frogs in the sink in the morning. Allover not good experience and not recommend to others. I would recommend home stay instead booking this hotel. Photos looks great on booking.com but facilities were not there as per price.

Hospitalité et gentillesse des hôtes, repas copieux et excellents, lits confortables, piscine propre et très agréable par 35 degrés après un retour de rando, très proche de Pidurangala et Lion's Roc Atelier cuisine sur place incroyable Et si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, ils vous le trouvent dans la minute ! (Tuktuk, taxi, excursion, guide, massage....) Je recommande vivement !

A lovely place with a great atmosphere. The family always checked on me and made sure everything was perfect. "Really appreciate the warm hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at Kolon Resort. The rooms were simple yet comfortable, equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The swimming pool was a highlight for our kids—they thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. The overall experience was very enjoyable, thanks in large part to the warm and supportive staff, who were always attentive and eager to assist. Kolon Resort offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it. The breakfast is fairly basic, with fruits and breads, but it is perfectly reasonable considering the price point. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay.

The staff were very flexible and kindly gave us nearby rooms as we requested. The breakfast was very good, and the place is very calm and peaceful. The pool was nice, and we really enjoyed it. They also arranged a safari for us, which was a great experience. Overall, it was very reasonably priced and good value for money.

Schöne Anlage, schöne Häuser, Preis-Leistung gut. Essen war ok, wir sind aber am zweiten Abend dann lieber woanders hingegangen. Personal ist sehr nett, aber die Verständigung auf Englisch könnte etwas besser sein. Sie kümmern sich aber um alles. Pool war auch ok, gibt aber eine rostige Abdeckung, da muss man etwas auf seine Kleinkinder achten. Im Zimmer könnte man das Licht ein wenig heller machen. Für einen 1-2 tägigen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert und gut.

Bad ist ok, sagen wir: zweckmäßig und nichts für einen Langzeitaufenthalt , was aber in einem Baumhaus nicht erwartbar war.

A szállás nagyon rossz állapotú, főleg a fürdőszoba, leszakadt polcok, penészes minden. Nem volt egy napig áram igy wifi sem, ami elég sok plusz költséget tud okozni.

Cabane dans les arbres très sympa, avec vue jardin et piscine. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Piscine agréable après les assencions des 2 rochers. Emplacement tranquille à 10 min en tuktuk du centre.

La piscine est trouble et un peu trop traité chimiquement.

Muy hospitalarios, es verdad que no paramos mucho en el hospedaje. Pero el ambiente es familiar y te ofrecen su ayuda en todo momento. Contratamos un safari con ellos y nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de hacer un curso de cocina y masajes. Nos quedamos con pena de poder probarlos. Los desayunos son tradicionales y copiosos.

Las instalaciones eran mejorables. El aire acondicionado goteaba ( punto a favor, intentaron arreglarlo)

El desayuno era excelente y variado, el arroz estaba buenísimo. La piscina es genial para relajarse y la familia que lleva el alojamiento es fabulosa, muy amables y atentos. La habitación era cómoda y agradable. La ubicación es excelente para disfrutar de la zona.

Terrible bathroom, there was sand falling from our ceiling. We also had a bad experience with the tuk tuk our host got for us (i don't know where they get this guy). The price of tuk tuk at the end was much much higher then agreed with our host, and he also took us to places we did not agreed to, also to a "free" spice garden where we got scamed to buy fake products for a lot of money, pretty bad experience for our first stay in SriLanka.

Cute treehouse type cabin, stunning jungle views from the balcony area. Pool was an added bonus after a hot day. Breakfast was good. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom which I wasn't expecting. Aircon and a fan, both worked well.

Room was so small. No where to put our bags, had to opt for the floor. Could not unpack, not even a shelf, there were a few hooks to hang towels etc but not adequate. Kettle provided on a very low table in the corner, but no plug anywhere near. The only plug in the room was behind the bed, luckily I had an extra long phone lead - charging with a normal length one would have been an issue. It was not safe to move the kettle to behind the bed and to the floor to use - so we didnt use the kettle. The wooden banister upto the room was broken and loose and dangerous and a couple of the steps were wobbly. The lock to the cabin was faulty, we locked it the first time, went to the pool - came back and the door was open. It had locked but not clicked into place, meaning it was locked open. Poorly fitted lock. Lock to bathroom also did not lock on every occasion, it was best to keep this locked from the outside as we found frogs, cockroach etc in there - but its the jungle so this is normal, but just wanted to lock the door on every occasion to prevent them coming into the bedroom. Staff spoke barely any English, when we were leaving i needed to pay and even trying to sort this was difficult. Ordering food became complicated due to language barrier. By the pool - drain was left open, for no particular reason, quite dangerous. Im not normally one to leave negative comments but a lot needed to be improved here!
