Friendly, accommodating staff who provided a lovely packed breakfast for our early hike to world's end and started breakfast service early the following day so we could hit the road. Staff also helped us navigate the steep driveway with suitcases. Huge thanks to Ronald and the team 🙂

Despite having a 24 hour concierge, they fail to enforce any quite even late at night. We heard shouting at all hours. We moved rooms noticing that the first room wasn’t fully readied for us, second rooms shower was unwieldy and impossible to find comfortable temperature.

Lo que no me gustó fue lo siguiente, la ventana de la ducha estaba rota, no se podía cerrar y entraban bichos lo cual es normal al estar en una zona de muchos árboles y lluvia. Luego, los huéspedes del piso de arriba hacían muchísimo ruido, pero nivel fiesta. Gritando, riendo, etc. Todo esto a las 02:00 de la mañana de un lunes. Se llama a la recepción en dos ocasiones y simplemente les llaman al teléfono, pero ellos continuaron y no hicieron más. El agua de la piscina estaba turbia y fría.

Sheets had stains on. Towels also had stains when eventually provided The room had no towels/ bath mat/ toilet paper, we had to request them. Very unorganised At breakfast the hot water dispenser was not on, we informed them several times but they did not seem to acknowledge or sort it out. Ultimately they didn’t seem to take any responsibility or even apologise, that could be a cultural difference but we’ve stayed in 4/5 hotels now in Sri Lanka and we’ve been so impressed with our previous stays and hospitality. Seems like a problem from management rather than the general staff.

فندق من دورين و يقع على منحدر يصعب على كبار السن الوصول اليه و كذلك الفندق لا توجد به مصاعد .. لا يستحق اكثر من 3 نجوم ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ كحد اقصى .. و تم الغاء بوفيه الإفطار ليوم واحد أثناء وجودنا نظرا لقلة النزلاء بالفندق و تعويضها بطلب من قائمة الاكل المتوفرة ..

Struttura molto datata e sporca (muffa sul soffitto, polvere in ogni angolo, capelli nella doccia). Colazione misera e di bassa qualità. Le foto della struttura sono molto diverse dalla realtà.

Ooit zal het een mooi hotel zijn geweest, maar het was nu echt heel slecht. Onhygiënische kamers, een heel goor zwembad, waarvan ze ook nog gezegd hadden dat ze het schoon zouden gaan maken, maar dat vervolgens maar niet gedaan hebben. Ijskoud water in het zwembad en dan het ontbijt.....tsja. we hebben een paar geroosterde boterhammen met jam gegeten. Zelfs de koffie heb ik laten staan. Ik zou dit hotel overslaan.

בחדרים יש ריח חזק של עובש ויש עובש על הקירות אין מים חמים במקלחת הסדינים והמגבות מלוכלכים ואין ריח טוב בלילה הגיעה קבוצה שעשתה רעש נוראי וצרחה במלון , אף אחד לא טיפל בזה ולא הצלחנו לישון ארוחת בוקר בינונית לא הגישו ירקות

The room was filthy! The toilets were very dirty, I checked in for 2 days and had to come out after 1 night. I had to book another hotel for the 2nd night’s stay.
