I like the aesthetic of the room. It felt like home.

Not that I don't like, but better to improve the finishing of the ceiling.

I love that there is plenty of storage. The room and the bathroom fixtures are also well-maintained. Rare to see this in other hotels. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

I wish there were hooks as well to hang things. That would be a great addition to the room. The blinds are okay but I still prefer curtains for more privacy because the blinds have small gaps beside each other. Maybe if they were bigger that could help. And it gets bright in the morning even with all the blinds closed so take note of that if you want to sleep in.

I liked the minimalist design and furnishing. Location was great, so many nice food places, getting the Tricycle was fun and convenient. Common area was great.

Sofa and chairs are not comfortable to sit on, so I would sit on the bed, but can't see the TV from there. Quite difficult to relax in the apartment.

I liked the electronic door lock that removes the need for physical keys. I loved the abundance of storage and the wood+concrete aesthetic.

I did not appreciate the accordion bathroom doors nor the tiny sink that made it hard to even wash my face.

Room is clean, have all the facilities. Smaller than how it looks in the images though but for one night, not a problem.

I booked a room that says it has balcony. But it doesn't. There is a balcony in the common corridor. You can see the balcony from the room from a window that doesn't open. They say it's "Balcony View". But in when booking it clearly says it's a balcony. On top of it they have CCTV in the balcony. And it's not allowed to smoke, even in the open and common balcony.

Very clean, had everything I needed, shared kitchen was much appreciated, not too far from the airport

Would be great if a clothes rack could have been added to the apartment.

Parking is a bit steep if you're bringing a car. Also the area can get a bit loud on the weekends when the local bars and night scene spring to life. If you're staying on the other side of the building, it's a bit more quiet, but the rooms facing the road may get a bit noisy at night or during rush hour. You can hear all the karaoke till closing, and the loud motorcycles during rush hour mornings.

Friendly and helpful staff! Accommodated our requests and concerns, making for a seamless stay. Easy access to the unit, and the unit itself was clean and comfortable.

Parking is a bit steep if you're bringing a car, the only con really.

Good place for either short or long stay. I stayed 10 nights. Small size of the room is compensated by extensive storage cupboards everywhere. A common kitchen is available at 4th floor. Comfortable bed, excellent WiFi internet service. Kind staff. Well working AC unit and a small fridge (adjustable temperature). Good view from the window.

Very small hand wash basin. No kettle in room (just in the kitchen). Ants occasionally show up looking for food.

Irresponsible host. Accepted our booking and completely ghosted us when we arrived at the hotel. Didn't have the decency to communicate any cancellation.

It was cozy BUT super noisy. No warnings that there’s construction in front. Difficult to sleep.

The host was very accommodating to my needs even before the actual stay. The staff was really responsive and accommodating to our concerns too. This is my second stay here so I knew what to expect and fortunately they have been consistent—even let us check in an hour before our check-in time.

The comforter had an odor. But they provided a replacement along with more blanket and towels.

I recently had an overnight stay at Homebase Apartment Hotel in Kapitolyo for my birthday celebration, and I was thoroughly impressed with several aspects of the room. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous size of both the room and the bathroom. The thoughtful design included abundant storage space, even incorporating storage within the bed's frame and a convenient pull-out sofa. The bathroom was a particular highlight, featuring a wonderful rain shower that provided a refreshing experience, along with a large mirror. The room also came equipped with essential amenities like an electric kettle, mini-fridge, microwave, and a hair dryer, which added to the comfort and convenience of the stay. A really nice touch was the passcode doorknob for the room, meaning we didn't have to worry about losing any keys. Beyond the room, the hotel offers Wi-Fi in all areas, which was very convenient. They also have a great common area where you can get free coffee, cook, and dine. Unfortunately, the AC unit broke down during our stay. However, the staff's response was exceptional. Despite being fully booked and unable to offer a room change, they proactively provided two excellent options: either finding us an alternative place to stay or offering a full refund for the inconvenience. We chose not to move, as we were only staying overnight and primarily needed the room for sleeping. The staff quickly provided two electric fans, which made the situation perfectly manageable, and we still had a great time. The staff were truly lovely and incredibly accommodating, further enhancing our positive experience. The hotel's location is also a major plus – it's quiet, and the neighborhood boasts a multitude of dining options within walking distance. For slightly longer distances, tricycles are readily available. We were so relaxed and comfortable that we didn't even think to take photos of the room, which I kind of regret!

The AC broke right before we checked in, which I don't really blame the staff for.

I left my luggage in the admin office but when J got back, it was locked. It was difficult to contact the management. It took some time before someone opened it.

It felt so clean and comfy to stay. I really felt at home and we all enjoyed ourselves and wished we could stay longer. It was clean and well maintained and the staff are super helpful and accommodating. I loved it so much that I’m saving this as my go-to-place if ever I need to stay in the area.

The only thing that challenged me was the parking. It is quite a tight fit but I had a helpful staff help us get in and out. It’s definitely not a turn off as the overwhelming pros outweigh this one con by a mile. Just be sure to pay attention to the parking dimensions so your car fits.

I love the minimalist design of this place, especially the airy shared kitchen and dining area with a beautiful view of Uptown. It’s conveniently located—just a short Grab ride to Uptown without the hefty Uptown price tag, and within walking distance of eclectic coffee shops. Having previously stayed in BGC (near High Street) and Uptown—where I used to live in One Serendra—I’ve experienced different accommodations in the area. But now, whenever I visit the Philippines, this will be my go-to stay for an entire month, even if I’m traveling outside Manila. It offers great value for long-term stays and a perfect balance of convenience and affordability

Friendly and polite The most of it that I like, when they are always a helping hands for our needs. And it's done right away . They do their work and inter actions with a smile

Utensils in every room is not accurate, it should be always pair, and pls we need knife, fork and spoon plates in the room ( if for 2 persons it should be 2plate and all two pairs).

It has all the necessities for our trip. Fresh linens, toiletries, towels, slippers, microwave, e-kettle, mini fridge, kitchen utensils, common kitchen area where you can borrow more kitchen tools and i didn't expect the TV to be huge, we enjoyed watching Netflix. The brutalist/minimalist modern design was on point, the shower was my favorite.The place was simple and very clean. We'll definitely come back here for our future trip.

There’s a lot: - the minimalist design - free parking - ease of checking-in; very responsive owner/admin of this booking - amenities - location. There’s a black scoop cafe nearby. And mcdonald’s is about 10min walk from the hotel - working elevator - common area

There are least two: - since the design is minimalist, you can hear the water flush gushing into the pipes. Don’t worry there are no leaks - plastic/sintra board dividing the bathroom. For private people, this can be uncomfortable especially when you’re doing #2 😭😂🤣

We really enjoyed the unit itself and its location. The unit was very clean and efficient. It was well equipped with kitchen equipment and a washer. If we are visiting Dubai again, we will surely think about staying here again. The staff was very friendly.

The place is accessible to basic needs. Near to the location of event attended. Peaceful community.
