J’ai tout aimé dans cet établissement. J’avais envoyé mes bagages en amont, je les ai trouvées dans ma chambre. Le personnel était génial. Le coupon pour profiter d’une boisson matcha ou café dans le Lounge est génial. Je ne parle même pas de la chambre, parfaite.

Peut-être si je devais réellement trouver quelque chose à reprocher à l’établissement, mais vraiment parce qu’il faut trouver quelque chose, je dirais peut-être le manque de petit déjeuner ou de Room Service ET la télévision n’est pas vraiment pratique, dans le sens où est n’est pas une Smart TV et il n’y a très peu de chaîne.

Loved everything, the room was great and the seperate shower, toilet was perfect. Room size great and the extra amenities for creature comfort were phenomenal. Loved the coffee pouches available and the attached restaurant/cafe made getting that coffee fix possible. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel. Le personnel était très gentil. Il y a un bar dans l'hôtel pour boire un verre ou se poser. La chambre était très grande. Les produits de douche sentent hyper bons ! L'emplacement est top dans un quartier calme avec beaucoup de restaurants top autour. Central pour rejoindre tous les endroits à visiter à Kyoto. Pas loin du marché Nishiki si vous cherchez de l'animation. Je recommande grandement

Amazing hotel! Very clean, sleek, modern and spacious with amazing amenities! Staff were very nice and helpful, welcome matcha on arrival, and lovely lounge area. Location is super central 2 minutes from nishiki market and lots of surrounding subway stations. Loads of lovely restaurants nearby too. The rooms are massive by Japan standards so I think it’s really good value for money! Would definitely recommend.

Second time I've stayed here and would definitely recommend it. the only slight downside was food was off the menu this time for an unspecified reason. However it was available during my previous stay, and was pretty good. It's very close to the Nishiki Market (5 minutes max), and the centre of Kyoto's shopping district. It's also near a subway, making it very convenient. But being down a small street it is very quiet at night, even when I was there for a major festival.

Only really the lack of food, but there are so many restaurants nearby it really didn't matter. It was just on a couple of evenings I didn't feel like venturing out, but had to. But this seems like a temporary situation, so may well be rectified by now.

Breakfast was really nice, nice cafe, beautiful hotel and rooms, welcome drink, friendly people.

シャワーしかなく、変えてもらった部屋が整備されてなく、お湯もでにくい、 ベッドもせまくボンボンしていて、粗悪だと思いました。

Great location near Nishiki Market and Teramashi street, with lots of restaurants and cafés around. Hotel staff was very helpful in suggesting a tempura restaurant. The twin room was larger than the double but both were comfortable.

The sink was not in the bathroom but directly in the bedroom in the double room, which was a bit surprising for such a nice boutique hotel. But once you get used to it, it's okay.

Hotel nuevo, muy bien ubicado, cerca del mercado y del movimiento para la noche, y con buen transporte para todos los templos y atracciones, al mismo tiempo está en una parte tranquila. La habitación es muy cómoda y agradable, buen colchón y excelente limpieza.

地理位置絕佳，鄰近四條烏丸但位置鬧中取靜，無論逛街、用餐或參觀祇園祭山鉾都很方便。房間舒適且非常寬敞，使用的香氛、備品和點心都很有質感，多是京都在地品牌，讓住客可以順便體驗京都生活美學，想帶回家也可以就近購買。

唯一美中不足的是多數房間的對外窗戶都經噴砂處理、完全看不到室外，有點沒有安全感＆有壓迫感 ：（

Beautiful, central location —great breakfast

My only criticism was that I was staying with my five year old and the booking wasn’t clear that he would be invisible. I would’ve preferred to just pay extra at the onset so he could have breakfast for example or a towel to shower with.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the room smelled really nice. The Commonwell cafe in the hotel served really good food and drink, though the selection was a bit limited.

L'hôtel est bien placé pour visiter Kyoto même si il faut un petit peu marcher pour trouver des transports en commun mais il y a pas mal de magasins et de restaurants aux alentours. Le service de laverie proposé par l'hôtel est très efficace même si un peu cher. La chambre est confortable et fonctionnelle.

Les chambres sont très petites et avec du mobilier volumineux (fauteuil, table) en plus du lit, ce qui rend très très compliqué l'ouverture de valises...

Service was impeccable and friendly. The best. Their breakfasts were delicious, and the location was fantastic. This really is a great hotel to stay in Kyoto.

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, los complementos nos encantaron y las pijamas muy cómodas. El staff es muy amable y servicial. El restaurante es muy rico y muy completo a un precio muy justo. La ubicación está súper bien, muy cerca del Nishiki Market y de la calle principal para tomar el tren o el camión.

The ventilation/air extraction on the bathroom was so noisy that the staff had to turn it off, and we couldn’t turn it on or off ourselves. And the window could not be opened, so our room became quite humid. Only one choice of breakfast (that was alright) with only one cup of coffee incl.

Fantastic location

Lovely small hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and offers excellent tips. No luxury but has all that you need: cozy rooms, beautiful decoration, clean space, great shower, excellent bed. We loved it!

The location was great! Quiet street but near Nishiki Market, other shopping centers, and subway stations. Easy 20-min walk to Gion, as well. I loved the cozy pajamas that they provided so much that I bought a pair!

It was a bit damp and we had a window that was frosted, so we couldn’t see outside. Everything else more than made up for these small inconveniences.

Fantastic property, centrally located, and very decently sized rooms for kyoto (not to mention nicely finished and decorated) They also offered a proper laundry service (rather than just a bunch of washing machines and dryers) which was very much appreciated.

This was my third year staying at this hotel, and I will definitely come back again. The hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere, an excellent location, and the rooms are large always clean and well maintained. What impressed me the most was the front desk staff. They are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I had a package sent to the hotel before my arrival, and they kindly agreed to receive it for me. Unfortunately, the tracking information showed that it had been delivered to Nagoya instead of Kyoto. Since I don’t speak Japanese, I thought the package was lost and had almost given up. The hotel staff went above and beyond by calling Japan Post on my behalf, communicating with them, and finding out what had happened. They informed me that the package would actually be delivered later that day. Even better, they continued to follow up with Japan Post and proactively checked when it would arrive without me even asking. Thanks to their help, I finally received my package. I have stayed in many hotels, but the level of service here is truly exceptional. Their kindness and willingness to help made my trip much less stressful. I liked the location; the room was spacious and very comfortable. It was nice coming back to a cozy room after a long day's walk. Its connected to a nearby restaurant/cafe, so waking up and getting a coffee was very convenient. They offered guest with a one time free matcha and snack.

The only problem was that the room practically had no window

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff were professional and helpful, the room was large and well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get around. And the coffee was surprisingly good, and the pajamas provided by the hotel were extremely comfortable.

The only issue my wife noticed was that the buttons on the Bluetooth speaker were covered with some dust and could use a thorough cleaning.

Wat een fijn hotel. Het ligt centraal, vlakbij de Nikkei markt en veel. leuke winkels en restaurants. We konden onze koffers tevoren afgeven en deze werden ook al in onze kamer gezet. We konden, omdat we te vroeg waren, in de lounge nog een kopje thee drinken. Het is een fijne ruimte en je zou daar ook kunnen zitten . Er zijn boeken en spelletjes. Alles is heel smaakvol ingericht en straalt een enorme rust uit. Het restaurant dat aan het hotel verbonden is serveert ontbjt naar keuze en heerlijke cappucino. De bedden waren heerlijk en we hadden een ruime kamer. . We hadden een heel ontspannen verblijf hier.

Eigenlijk niets. Misschien een bad of onsen. Wij hadden een eenvoudige kamer genomen dus er zijn vast ook kamers met bad.

The room has a great size and amenities. PJ and bed are very comfy. Location is amazing. Right next to many restaurants, cafes, boutiques and markets. The lounge area was always offering Japanese biscuits and tea and even an origami corner :) Would stay here again.

We loved this hotel, it was beautiful and clean with a boutique-vibe. In an excellent location, a block from Nishiki market and 15 mins walk from Gion. The room was spacious and super comfortable and we loved all the amenities. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Kyoto.

Would love the beds to be a bit softer but also understand that is personal preference!

Breakfast at the cafe next to the lobby was very yummy! It was super convenient to have the cafe so close in case I wanted to grab a quick coffee or matcha in the morning. Also, the prices were great.

Honestly, I can't name one thing I didn't like about Hotel Rings Kyoto. The location is perfect! Nishiki Market is a 5 minute walk form the Hotel, but there are also many bakeries and boutiques in the neighborhood.
