Ottima posizione per visitare Istanbul.

La camera era molto più piccola delle foto, alcune cose non funzionavano (presa elettrica e interruttore luce a un lato del letto). Inoltre, era difficile dormire la sera perché la stanza è accanto alla porta d’ingresso e le persone si fermano davanti a parlare anche alle 5 del mattino, oltre a sbattere la porta quando entrano.

Ottima posizione. Camera ampia con terrazzo ampio. Staff disponibile.

Central location

The 4 star hotel marking on Booking.com is confusing and leads to unfulfilled expectations (in reality 2+ or 3- stars). Central location cannot be quiet in the night.

Pessima struttura, ha cancellato la nostra prenotazione con una scusa al limite del ridicolo, irrispettosi e probabilmente bugiardi. SCONSIGLIO, STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA STRUTTURA

La ubicación súper buena, el personal Muy amable.

Localisation parfaite au cœur du quartier Karakoy/Galata. Personnel de bons conseils, très serviable et arrangeant. Nous avons eu un pb avec notre avion et avons pu sans pb modifier notre réservation et trouver une solution pour nos chambres.

Quelques dégradations mériteraient d’être réparées.

The fact that it is claimed to be a 4 stars, while it is clearly not up to that standard. It could also be a little cleaner.

I really enjoyed my stay at Galata Door Hotel. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. I could easily walk around and explore so many places, and there was always something to do nearby. What I appreciated the most was the staff. They were genuinely kind and helpful and really took care of everything I needed. Whenever I had a question or needed help with something, they were always there and happy to help. I felt very comfortable during my stay and I would definitely come back. A great place to stay in Istanbul! I can also make it sound more spontaneous and less polished, like a real quick Google review.

The fact that was uphill and sometimes taxis wouldn't enter the area.

This place is in an ideal location for the Galata area of Karakoy, right in the middle of the action but in a quiet side street. I'd recommend the top floor room with terrace. Room was large, comfortable. Some of the fittings a tad old, but nothing to worry about.

Worth noting there are no facilities apart from the rooms. No breakfast room, lounge etc. so you're really using this hotel as a place to sleep (or sit out on the balcony).

Отличное расположение отеля! В шаговой доступности главные туристические улицы и объекты. И нет шума от потока туристов. Персонал помог со всеми возникающими вопросами! А собственная терраса сделала этот номер еще более привлекательным!

A Galata toronytol 5 percre egy csendes kis utcaban helyezkedik el a hotel. Arif segit mindenben es azonnal valaszol az uzenetekre ha nincs ott. Tiszta kenyelmes hotel, maskor is jovok majd. 😊 Az ágy is nagyon kenyelmes, vizet is kaptunk.

Ha lehuzzak a WC-t kicsit zajos amig megtelik a tartaly.

Die Lage ist richtig gut! Auch das Zimmer war sehr schön, obwohl wir eigentlich ein viel größeres Zimmer gebucht hatten.

Mir hat überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass wir ein Zimmer Deluxe gebucht haben, aber als wir dann ankamen, sagte man uns, das wäre ein Fehler gewesen, ein angeblicher Mitarbeiter hätte angeblich dem Hotel absichtlich Schaden zufügen wollen und das sei uns auch mitgeteilt worden. Natürlich war das so nicht. Uns wurde das "Angebot" gemacht - abends um halb 10 - dass wir vor Ort 100€ zusätzlich in bar zahlen, natürlich ohne Quittung, damit wir überhaupt ein Zimmer bekommen. Haben wir gemacht, wo sollten wir auch hin? Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber die ganze Situation mehr als fragwürdig, zumal von Seiten des Hotels einen Tag vorher noch geschrieben wurde: Ihre Buchung wurde aufrecht erhalten. Das klingt irgendwie nach Abzocker-System! Also: Augen auf bei der Buchung!!

Close to galata tower

Emplacement très agréable. Quartier calme mais juste à côté de la porte de Galata. Personnel gentil.

Nous avons réservé une "chambre Deluxe" dans un 4 étoiles avec 1 lit double un canapé-lit double, petit dejeuner inclus et terrasse. En arrivant, chambre sans canapé-lit double, pas de terrasse ni de balcon, ni même dans l'hôtel d'ailleurs. C'est un descriptif erroné. Le robinet du lavabo est mal fixé et j ai dû dormir avec ma cousine dans le même lit pendant 1 semaine puisque le canapé-lit double était une banquette simple . Le petit-dejeuner n'était apparemment pas inclus...

Very good location! It is very close to Galata tower, istiklal street and F2 funicular. There is a paid parking very close (100 m)

Very bad hygiene! The balcony had old cigarettes on the floor, which you could see that they had been there for a long time! There were black hairs in the floow and in the bathroom wall! None of us has a long black hair! The ceiling above the shower looked like it will fall down any moment, and it was full of mould. Daily cleaning consisted of emptying the trashbin and nothing more. Do not get fooled by the balcony photos, the space is not enough for 2 people to sit. There are 2 chairs, one of them folded, because there is not enough space. The handle of the balcony door was broken. There was no ashtray in the balcony so we requested one. We were given a dirty one from the receptionist's desk. There is no iron in the room, you must request it from the reception. We were given an iron which was dirty, and the cable was peeled off with exposed wires! The mattress and pillows are very uncomfortable, and after 4 nights, we returned with back and neck pain.

L'emplacement à 2 pas de la Tour Galata et à 25mn à pied du quartier Sultanahmet, la taille de l'appartement, la grande terrasse et le calme. Très agréable.

Sí, nos gustó muy bueno muy bien ubicado excelente atención de nuestro anfitrión, nos ayudó con el Traslado desde el aeropuerto, y luego hacia la estación de buses nos programo los taxis, nos recomendó lugares para pasear y comer, así que todo bien.

Lo único que cambiaría sería que la ducha se sale el agua, deja mojado el piso. La puerta de entrada de la habitación era difícil de abrir y cerrar, pero son detalles muy fáciles de mejorar.

Nimic! Pozele nu sunt actuale, parchetul murdar, peretele cu mucegai si crapat, nesonorizat. Frig, canalizarea miroase... Jalnic.

Camera super mica si daramata, asta la DELUX... Lustra era cazuta din tavan, fire prin perete neizolate. Murdar totul. Aerul conditionat era scos din perete, nu facea fata. Mucegai.

La ubicación perfecta, y la habitación amplia y cómoda

Ilk öncelikle Arif beye çok teşekkür ederim, 1 hafta kaldığım süreçte her daim yardımcı oldu. Tabiki konum çok güzel ve ayrıca eski bina olmasına rağmen asansör olması çok konforluydu. Deluxe ve teraslı odada kaldım, hiçbirşey eksik değildi ve çok temizdi. Çok keyifle kaldım ve sonraki gelişimde de mutlaka burayı tercih ediyorum☺️

La posizione, vicino a Galata Tower ma silenziosa

Non era molto pulita ed tutto piuttosto fatiscente. Ci è rimasta in mano la porta della doccia e la finestra.

Розташування в класному місці, але треба враховувати, що підніматися до готелю круто вгору. Був балкон класний. В номері є посуд, плита, місткий холодильник. Автономне опалення, було холодно, дуже оцінили можливість топити номер до комфортної температури.

Все потребує ремонту, заексплуатоване. Оскільки будівля стара, то все відповідно втиснуте як змогли. В душовій кабінці комфортно буде тільки гному. Ліжко розміщено під стелею, сходинки до нього таки собі. Молодим спритним буде нормально, а от для людей у віці це екстрим ліфта не було, на 6 поверх по вузьких сходах. Але це плата за центр

l hotel est dans un quartier historique magnifique. L'hotel est dans une petite rue au calme permettant des nuits silencieuses et reposantes ! je recommande !

Weil es ein altes, charmantes Haus ist – etwas hellhörig für empfindliche Ohren 😅.

L'hotel està molt ben situat al barri de Galata, ple de restaurants i es pot arribar al centre caminant. L'habitació estava neta i hi ha un bullidor i tés i cafés. La gent de la recepció són molt amables.

Les canalitzacions fan molt de soroll. Es sent clarament quan els veïns es dutxen, etc.

Small rooms,no reception at all the guy was never there. The front door was broken they improvised by putting something in between to prevent from closing. Cleaniness was meh 🫤 I would not go again here

Больше всего нам понравился персонал, администратор был очень вежлив, помогал выбрать места для прогулок и где выгодно покушать🥹 Он подготовил для нас трансфер за доп плату, но было очень комфортно и нам не пришлось искать метро или такси за цену нашей почки🤣

The water heater was not functioning and dirty. But got replaced the next day after I complained.

Отель расположен совсем рядом с Галатской башней и улицей Истикляль, но при этом в очень тихом переулке. Метро и остановки паромов в шаговой доступности. Рядом магазины, обменники и множество кафе. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда предлагали помощь. Ежедневная уборка очень качественная, полностью наводили порядок в номере. Номер выбирали с балконом, но к сожалению, из-за дождя не смогли им воспользоваться. На ресепшене есть зонтики.

Level 4 room was excellent with the large Terrace.

I had an amazing stay at Galata Door Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from Galata Tower and many beautiful streets, cafés, and historical places in Istanbul. It’s a great area to explore the city. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well designed. Everything in the room worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. What made the stay truly special was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the first moment. If you are looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located place to stay in Istanbul, I highly recommend Galata Door Hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Hlavně poloha, blízko metra, galatské věže, Zlatého rohu.

Vstupní partie hotelu, vybavení pokoje částečně nefunkční - roleta okna, osvětlení nočních stolků. Recepčního jsme viděli jen při příjezdu.

We stayed like 5 nights in the hotel we had very good welcoming by Arif, he was very attentive and helpful.. location is the best.. rooms sizes are good, prices are very affordable,, worth the stay. I will be back, thank you guys 🙏

Totale mancanza di pulizia. Federe puzzolenti , quindi mai cambiate. Bagno sporco, nel cassetto sotto lavandino capelli lunghissimi. Camera in generale vecchia e sporca. Mi spiace molto fare una recensione così negativa, però è necessaria!!

Un gioiellino! Ampia camera con vista sui tetti della città, molto accogliente, con tutti i comfort e ben riscaldata, dotata di bollitore e thè/caffè x scaldarsi dopo una lunga giornata fuori al freddo.
