L'amabilité et efficacité du personnel. Le calme de la résidence. Petit déjeuner local de bonne qualité avec la bonne quantité et de la variété.

Pour moi c'est RAS. Bon rapport qualité prix et bonne situation géographique avec parking à proximité. Tout en étant directement dans la vieille ville.

My room was a little too small and way too dark

Great stay — I only wish I could have stayed longer! The hotel was easy to find and access, which made arrival very smooth. The interior is beautifully renovated while preserving its centuries-old character, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy at times — sounds from the street and neighboring rooms were sometimes noticeable. However, this can also be seen as part of the charm of staying in a historic building.

El riad está justo antes de entrar en la medina. Se encuentra justo al lado de la carretera por tanto tiene un buen acceso si vienes con coche desde el aeropuerto. Las habitaciones están bastante bien aunque me hubiera gustado estar en una planta inferior ya que las habitaciones de la terraza son un poco frías. El desayuno es repetitivo y no muy variado teniendo en cuenta la calificación. Las camas eran cómodas y sobre todo destaco la atención del personal, muy profesional y amable.

En la terraza había un aseo de cortesía que estaba muy sucio. No daba buena impresión. El agua con gas estaba del tiempo, a pesar de que pedimos fría o con hielo, no lo tuvimos. En una de las habitaciones que teníamos no funcionaba la caja fuerte.

Hemos estado maravillosamente en este Riad. Tiene una muy buena localización; está dentro de la medina y es sencillo acceder sin perderse. Tienen 2 riads uno al lado del otro y los dos son preciosos. Sanae, Karin, Anwar y Mohamed són muy amables y atentos. El desayuno incluido es muy correcto y es abundante. Los huespedes pueden cenar en el riad previa reserva. Es todo fresco y de calidad aunque un poco caro. Se puede comer sin gluten y sin lactosa, incluso pan especial sin gluten, pero con trazas de gluten, ya que está todo hecho en el mismo sitio.

L'hôtel est proche dans l'ancienne ville ce qui est idéale pour se promener dans les souks. L'hôtel est splendide et a vraiment un charme marocain. Il fait aucun doute que si je reviens à Fès c'est dans cette hôtel que j'irai.

J'ai beacoup apprécié la facilité d'échange avec le personnel qui est très courtois et attentif au moindre détail. Le petit déjeuner quand à lui est très copieux. Un vrai régale et que bien évidement le fameux thé marocain à mon accueil.

Tous les membres de l'hôtel sont extrêmement sympathiques et accueillants. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et succulents.

La chambre était confortable mais l'eau de la douche ne s'évacuait pas très bien (problème de niveau du sol).

Les repas (petit déjeuner et diner) servis en salle le sont sur des tables basses : très jolis mais inconfortables; Petits déjeuners bons mais sans variété d'un jour à l'autre (nous sommes restés 3 nuits); très agréable si servi en terrasse. Et les patrons sont très professionnels, et ils seraient parfaits s'ils étaient comment dire moins empressés à vanter leur propre établissement : les locaux et le personnel sont très bien sans que cela ne doivent régulièrement être souligné.

The room is clean, big and fresh. The shower has good pressure. The bed is comfortable. The staff is gentle. Have a lot restaurant close.

The Riad Ghita Palace was absolutely beautiful and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. We were welcomed with tea and then brought to our colorful and very spacious room. All of the staff were helpful and joyful. We needed to check out early and were greeted with a take away breakfast as we returned the key. The Riad was very quiet and comfortable after a day of exploring an amazing city.

Un riad simplemente magnífico y aún mejores son las personas que trabajan en él. La hospitalidad, la amabilidad y la educación que recibimos en el Riad Ghita Palace fue tan maravillosa que en apenas 2 noches ya les habíamos cogido cariño a todos, incluso con la dificultad del idioma, que tampoco supuso ningún problema porque hacían todo lo posible en entenderte. En cuanto a la habitación nosotros nos alojamos en la suite Ayla y es una de las mejores habitaciones en las que he dormido. Cómoda, espaciosa, limpia y preciosa. Y lo mismo puedo decir con el resto del Riad, ha sido una experiencia muy bonita pero destacar sobre todo el trato del personal.

Great location if you come by car and want to stay in Medina. Very nice Riad. Good breakfast. Parking is 5 min from the Riad, so reasonably close, and it is possible to stop 100 m from Riad and unload.

Wifi did not work in my room. They say the have electric vehicle charger, but when asked, they do not even understand concept. There is no electric vehicle charger.

Despite my flight being delayed into Fes, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth arrival, arranging a transit and waiting patiently for us. Upon arrival at the accommodation, Anwar helped with our luggage and was incredibly accommodating, even adjusting the room to suit our preferences. The room was initially a bit cold, but Anwar quickly resolved this by turning on the heating, making it as comfortable as possible. The stay was incredibly peaceful—we couldn’t hear a thing, which was a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of Fes. Breakfast was a delightful experience every morning without fail, and when I requested softer pillows, this was promptly accommodated. The hosts were available 24/7 to assist with any issues. When we had a problem with the TV service, Anwar worked tirelessly to resolve it, allowing us to fully enjoy Netflix and Amazon (though note they don’t provide an account, so you’ll need your own). The property is perfectly situated away from the main strip, offering a tranquil escape to relax after exploring Fes. Sanae, another host, spoke English fluently and was incredibly kind, even wishing me a happy birthday during my stay. On our departure, she gave us lovely Moroccan souvenirs—a thoughtful touch that made our experience even more special. My mum and Sanae got along so well that I’m sure they’ll stay in touch! The riad is beautifully traditional with stunning architecture! The rooms were impeccably clean, with no trace of dust, and everything was refreshed and changed daily. Overall, the hosts’ attention to detail and their genuine care for our comfort made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat in Fes!

The mattress could have been softer, but that's just my personal preference. For English visitors unfamiliar with riads, it would have been helpful to know in advance how many stairs were required to access the property. While this didn't negatively impact our stay, it would have been good to have a heads-up, especially for those who may not be as fit-it was definitely a bit of a workout!

The breakfast is very good with egg served like tagine, yogurt, 3 kinds of bread, 2 types of cheese, orange juice, coffee and tea. The location is good near the road as we can take the taxi to Riad and just walk 2 minutes.

TV cannot connect Netflix.
