Clean tidy and spacious

Neighbours a bit noisy, obviously beyond owners control

The caravans had amazing seaside views. They are well cleaned and comfortable. The hosts were also great with communication.

Absolutely nothing. It's was a perfect stay.

We like the location

The first property was very dirty, hairy and lots of stains. Our holiday was ruined but luckily the staff was good she moved us another property which one better than previous. But still this property also very hairy and carpet was very dirty. I cleaned myself and stayed 3 nights.

It was a luxurious Caravan with all the comforts from home. There was parking directly next to the caravan. The facilities onsite were good.

It is a very busy park with lots of caravans. I did not mind as it was not peak season but some couples travelling without children may prefer somewhere more remote. There was nothing not to like about the caravan it was very comfortable and clean.

No dvd it was broken no electric points in small bedroom for my sleep apnea machine to plug in to. The shower was to hot and could not turn the temperature down no toilet roll and shower item in the caravan and curtains was all hanging down in places and could not pull curtains over all the way over part from them thing it was given a score of 5 out of 10

Great location. Excellent for a family break with a dog. Very clean and comfortable.

Stayed four nights, outstanding location and very comfortable and well appointed accommodation. Our two little dogs loved their walks. The overall location was good for our various day trips out hiking and to our favorite beach on the Studland peninsula. We enjoyed coming home every day and parking outside our caravan. Look forward to booking here again. Christopher, partner and two little dogs.

Extremely convenient location, and a nice relaxed atmosphere

3 bedrooms caravan close to site amenities. The site was quiet at night. On site fish and chips were very good. On site supermarket good value. Poole quayside within easy reach and Sandbanks and Bournemouth not far away with excellent beaches.

Arrived at caravan to find dishwasher full of unwashed dirty dishes. Kettle didn't work but found it was socket didnt work. The shower was leaking at pipe joint to wall so couldn't use the shower. Could not get heating to work to dry wet clothes. Defects reported but no repairs carried out. The decor was very tired but everything was clean. Considering we paid approximately £250 per night, not considered good value. Parking charges in Poole and Bournemouth very expensive.

There was a curtain that was on floor tried to put back up but it kept falling down.tv was very difficult to get working.

Amazing place! The holiday home was fantastic, clean, and very comfortable. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, especially the lovely bay view. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Everything was generally fine, but there were two small issues. A local fisherman on a boat was playing music very loudly, which ruined the peaceful atmosphere by the water. Also, while the bedding was clean, it didn't smell very fresh and could use some airing out before guests arrive.

Within minutes of arrival our one year old was absolutely black with dirt from the floor, I had to get the mop and bucket out and mop the whole floor myself. The carpet was also filthy. Shower door is broken so it’s difficult to close it when you shower. The fridge doesn’t keep food cool and is completely iced up, our meat and dairy started to go bad after three days, this is a health and safety hazard especially for a toddler. Some of the plates and frying pan had dried food from the previous occupants. Whole place needs a thorough clean and some repairs. Very expensive for what it was.

Location was lovely, close to the beach. Nice view of the sea. Short drive to local amenities.

.Cleanliness was poor, dirt and cobwebs on ceiling, in corners etc. Dirty smears across the front of kitched cabinets. Lack of internet. Carpets were soaking wet when we arrived.

Mash and barrel, food was expensive for what you got. We didn't purchase the haven passes they were too much for some swimming 😕 each day was booked out already so couldn't guarantee time on a day, just needed to keep checking, so we booked elsewhere and went off site.

The activities for kids

The static caravan was very dirty, many things broken and hanging making it very dangerous for my one year old who got completely black after 2 minutes of crawling on the floor. Shame because the communication with the owners was amazing nothing to complain about it, please check the hob sides there is so much dirt built up maybe in years of no cleaning, the kitchen work top the brown one it's literally hanging with a bit of silicone that could be fixed as it can be dangerous, all the radiators were full of rust, and also the shower had rust and the silicone on the sliding door was broken so it made it difficult to open and close the shower door. The curtains in the lounge area are hanging, we wanted to open one and it fell on the floor, again very dangerous if would be a baby around like it happened to us. In the kitchen the canopy hood was full of grease, sticky and dusty, the cupboard handles broken, fridge dirty and rusted, the freezer very dirty, rests of food and so much ice build up. The carpet very very dirty and broken in the lounge area, the small nails can be dangerous if you step on barefoot. The wardrobe smelled so bad, needs fresh air and something to remove the bad odour. Also we plugged the hoover to clean the floors and remove the spiders on the walls and ceiling and l was about to throw up because of the horrendous smell, the filter needs to be replaced. For safety l would replace the cooling fan because it has just one leg, it can fell easily if not sit against something to hold it standing. I'm sorry l had to endure this for a few days but hopeful that the owners would take care and improve at least the dangerous bits and make it more cozy. We spent all day everyday out because we couldn't enjoy being there.

Unfortunately the caravan was not very clean at all and for the money we payed was expecting a little more we had a 2 year old rolling over the most dirtiest of carpets and small wasn’t nice either and I couldn’t bear to sit on the dirty covers on the sofa so we went out all day shame 😢

The dirty carpet dirty seats and the awful smell

The location was nice; it’s a campground with mobile homes that’s quiet and well-equipped. The amenities in this particular mobile home were fine, but there’s one important caveat regarding how the accommodation is presented on Booking.com. You might be in for a disappointment upon arrival.

Sheets and bedding are not included with the accommodation, and this information is not easily found during the booking process. Although you do learn this in subsequent email correspondence, in our case—as overseas tourists traveling through England in a rental car—it was no longer useful, and we were unable to respond accordingly. When we arrived at the location and wanted to rent the linens, no one answered the phone at the number provided. After sending an email, we eventually received an offer to rent bed linens for 60 pounds. In the end, we had to buy our own bed linens at a nearby supermarket. It was a very poor customer experience.

Great location on the park and super easy to park car and unload. Facilities clean and spacious, lovely to have a balcony to use for morning coffee and dinner outside etc.

Toilet flush was not working

The property was absolutely lovely and very comfortable with space for 6 people. Near to the beach, although we did not realise at the time the tide down there is really dangerous. Everything really was provided.

On arrival although the property looked clean, there was an open applicator tampon left on the carpet in the small bedroom so I’m not convinced the cleaners actually cleaned in between occupants. Previous occupants had left pans and cutlery in the drawer not washed properly and with food on. Pillows could do with a clean. We thoroughly cleaned through in departure and wadhed the patio down.

if you wish to use pool or club house its over £50 per person as we had 4 people in our caravan we thought that was expensive

Good location and well equipped.

The carpets were disgusting. All they need is a damn good deep,clean with a carpet cleaner, but honestly, the carpet through to the back was awful. In the living room it was also bad and stained. The upholstery of the sofas was also grubby. Why not have loose covers and wash them occasionally. Really it isn’t very nice. The double bed squeaked every time you moved a muscle. And one side is broken off and hanging down.

Toilet broken. Constantly on flush so kept us awake all night.

Arrival was simple and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Holiday home was clean and fully equipped. The Haven site had a restaurant and fast food options

As all holiday homes the twin beds are tiny but it works - one mattress was very uncomfortable. Not owners fault but the outside pool was closed so we were unable to book slots for the inside pool - thankfully the site allowed to join on owners option of 8.30 slot

There are ants infested inside the toilet attached to the bedroom and we have to take our own bed liner and all the bedding stuff despite we have paid £500 for 2 nights

Outdoor swimming pool

Towels were not changed just hung up and folded by cleaner Shower in room had smelly drains. Room above woke us every night because of loud footsteps after we had retired at 10pm Sheets smelt funny so did the hotel bathrobes End exits in the building smelt of mould and damp Unhelpful and uncaring night receptionist Hotel motivated by money and not PR. Even though i paid for 10 nights..we left after 4 nights couldn't sleep. Suppose to be dog friendly, but kept getting told that there were people there allergic to dogs.. No air in room even though we had sea view. Very disappointed.

The caravan was right next to the swimming pool and everything around us

Onlything I didn't like was I paid 160 pound for entertainment tickets for swimming as it was well over 30 degrees in heat and so hot in the caravan that the pool was closed on the Friday and when I went to book on Saturday they told me it was full until I told them I have paid 160 pound for swimming for my 4 kids and I haven't even used the facilities

Really lovely, spacious caravan that was very comfortable. Great kitchen and bathrooms with decking at the front. Lovely quiet location. Not too far from the beach. Easy to find following instructions

I only booked it to be able to use the on site outdoor pool but it was closed during the week. There is no Internet in the caravan so unable to watch the smart TV.

BEDS, BATHROOM

The holiday home is in a lovely location. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The site is very clean, well-kept, and dog friendly. The walks were amazing through the countryside and onto the beach. We had fish and chips on site that were good. There are lovely blue flag beaches that are easy to get to from the site. My dogs loved the on-site beach for a swim.

The location was great. Staff responded to messages promptly.

The toilet hadn't been cleaned since the last use. There were quite a few cobwebs/pockets of grime throughout. Some of the plates and cutlery were dirty. It was quite hard to move in the bedrooms/bathroom due to the size of the rooms which wasn't reflected in the price.

Location ok but not position on site which is very large. Denied access to pools. Even if allowed to purchase this was extortionate for just going for a swim. Charges for parking on beach. Only really suitable for families who wanted to waste a lot of money on arcades or sit in a packed pool.

Inability for staff to be considerate or flexible. Overcrowded.

Caravan was clean and a good price. Amenities such as the shop and restaurant were useful.

Shower was very hot and temperature couldn't be adjusted. Contacted owner who requested maintenance come but no one did. In the end we turned the boiler temp right down to make it bearable. Check in was confusing. Thought we needed to register cars, but reception told us no, just go ahead to the caravan. Later in the stay we were flagged down for not having permit in car!

Location was good for us, close to the beach. The Haven site was ok.

I would say it is exactly like the photos but it was in fact better. The home was spacious and comfortable with everything that you need fr your break. The location by the sea is wonderful and watching the sun set each night over the water is a real treat.

A great venue, with a lot of facilities on site and nearby. The caravan was fab, very nicely done and well maintained.

That I had to wait till I arrived to buy the play pass as I wasn't there for a full week.

Great location for exploring the coastline. The site itself has plenty to do for families. The caravan is well placed to access anything on site. Great communication from the hosts and the directions took us straight to the caravan. Loved the lock box 'let yourself in' entry. Parking for one car right outside the caravan. Two toilets in the caravan was a bonus. Efficient heating and hot water in the sinks. Decent sized shower for a caravan. Has washing up liquid and hand soap, dish cloth and sponges, cleaning products, loo roll and kitchen towel supplied - enough to get you started . Hair dryer, iron/board were useful.

The caravan itself needs a really good clean. Dirt and mould found in most places. Beds uncomfortable. Bedding beyond use and needs throwing away/replacing with new. Limescale in the kettle was so bad we had to heat the water on the hob. No microwavable dishes to be able to use the microwave. Many of the pots and utensils needed to be thrown out and replaced. The DVD player didn't work (much to the children's disappointment as there was information regarding this in the welcome folder and numerous dvds supplied in the caravan. The shower was absolutely boiling hot despite adjusting the boiler, which meant the children couldn't shower for the duration of the stay.

Second location as seaview

The fact we had to move as the first caravan the sofa was broken and we couldn't sit on it and the wasn't the cleanest behind cabinets in bedrooms and microwaves was the cleanest and was only there for 2 days but spent 1 day moving so only really had a day there

When we had arrived, the carpet hadn’t been hoovered. There was food crumbs and tie nail clippings and dog fur everywhere on the carpet. We had to clean the kitchen as there was food over the counter and down the cupboards. It had a horrible smell when you walked in. There was no bedding so we had to sleep on the sofa with just a blanket. You are close to the Trainline so you can hear the trains going by. By price you might as well just pay directly with haven as we did this before and the caravan was much nicer then this one

I loved how close everything was, it felt safe for my daughter to be independent and go on her own to the park and shop etc. Easy having everything on site, the shop had everything we need, and the activties for children were perfect for everyday and resonable value.

Indoor pool, having to book so far in advance is hard, as you never know what the weather is going to do. Not being able to get spaces on some days is difficult to explain to children.

Larkspur was close to the amenities, Eldeweiss was close to the beach

Larkspur verenda needs repairing quite wobbly in places and there’s a paving stone loose when you enter towards the caravan, couldn’t find a bottle opener.
