Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Location good and nice property with good facilities. The underfloor heating was going and no heater or heated towel rails in bathroom. It was really cold. Underfloor heating got turned on after 24 hrs of our stay when I complained about cold bathroom. There was a heat pump and gas fire but no heating in bathroom to dry towel s and these were not replaced as no servicing on our second day! No pool towels available as we had been told and had to ask for these. Not serviced daily and we were not told this. For this cost expect daily servicing. I didn't feel the staff were particularly friendly or interested in our comfort. And the cooking smells in Reception were horrible

The visitors manual could be improved. Took a little while to work out the TV. Light switches everywhere including switches for gas and spa bath seperate to spa bath. However minor issue when compared to quality of apartment.

Ideally located to enjoy everything that Hamner Springs has to offer. Very reasonably priced, particularly for all it provided. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Proximity We have stayed here a lot when it was owned by the previous owners and really enjoyed our stay in every way which was why we picked it again.
The units definitely need some work. We had a kitchen draw front missing, broken fridge door and vege container, noticeable marks on the walls and carpet. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable but the standard as a whole was not to same level as what it had been when we had stayed there previously.

When we were late arriving, he called ahead to make sure all was ok and then waited for us to arrive. The apartment is spacious, modern, clean and great value for money.

Unfortunately there were some small things that needed fixing like the shower head was facing the wrong way which made washing difficult but hubby ended up fixing.
