YOTEL Tokyo Ginza

It’s near metro and JR train, easily connected to other lines. It’s at the edge of Ginza, near food, coffee, local supermarket and Don Dondonki. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The toilet and bath for separate, the basin are outside the toilet. If you are staying in the room a friend, it might be awkward. Other than this, the room is clean and sufficient space for two 28 inch luggages

Location is superb, easy walking distance to a huge vhoice of bars and restuarants. Train station around the corner, taxi's are plentiful. We didn't have breakfast there as wanted to try local options, but it was offered if you wanted it. All the staff were welcoming, very polite and so helpful - we arrived after a 10 hour flight delay and 13 hour flight, they were brilliant! Rooms are smaller than those in Europe, but stunningly designed, everything you need including a very comfy bed, great shower and were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend.

Staff were very helpful and the rooms themselves had some fantastic features, such as a raisable bed and a filtered water tap.

The location was a little far away from the action in Ginza, but this was not a major issue.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Tren istasyonuna da çok yakındı. Odalar tüm imkanlara sahipti ve her ihtiyacımı karşıladı. Bir sonraki seyahatlerimde de mutlaka önce bu oteli değerlendireceğim. Fiyat olarak da bence gayet iyiydi. Tek başıma kaldım ama oda 2 kişinin rahatça konaklayabilmesi için de idealdi.

pillows are hard like stones, I even requested softer ones, but they just ignored. Receptionist was not helpful at all. I asked for 30/60min later check out, he just told me to pay 4000¥ extra. Not even trying to help.

ビジネスマンの滞在には、客室内に仕事ができるデスクがなかったこと、又、ソファー、リクライニングシートなどがなかったことですね、ですが、ホテル側の作戦として、1階のADDに、客室を引きづり出したい、ということで、ADDには、ソファー、仕事ができるデスク的なテーブルも準備されていて、そういう使い方もあり、と言う風に感じました。

A very well-executed hospitality experience from check-in to check-out. The team was consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay, creating a level of service that felt professional without ever becoming overly formal. The room quality and cleanliness were excellent. Considering the typically compact room sizes in Tokyo, I was particularly impressed by the balance between room dimensions and usability. The space was thoughtfully designed, functional, and easy to live in, with very little feeling of wasted space. I also appreciated how technology was integrated into the guest experience. It felt purposeful rather than being technology for the sake of it. The sustainability initiatives and guidance were similarly well judged — clear, practical, and sufficient without compromising comfort. The property manages to combine a modern, tech-forward hotel concept with genuinely good human service, which is not always easy to achieve. Overall, a very strong stay in Ginza and a hotel I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a modern, well-designed and well-operated base in Tokyo.

Good area next to ginza

Tried to get a beer one day at 6pm but couldn’t as they had some function on then again at 10pm bar was closed. I’ve never been to a hotel in my life before that I can’t get a beer.

The location was perfect—right in the center, just 2 minutes from the metro and train station, and very close to Ginza. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent.

The rooms were a little bit small. and the price a bit high

Nous étions 4 adultes (avec nos grands enfants) et avions la chambre familiale, l’hôtel est très bien placé au cœur de Tokyo , idéal pour le shopping et rejoindre par transport direct l’aéroport d’Haneda.

Par contre ne choisissez pas la chambre familiale car le grand lit est extrêmement inconfortable, c’est en fait un canapé qui une fois déplié prend tout l’espace de la chambre, les lits des enfants sont confortables mais le lit parental restera un des plus mauvais de nos voyages .

Nous y avons séjourné 9 jours (5 jours en début et 4 jours à la fin du voyage). Nous avons choisi cet hôtel en raison de l'absence de moquette dans les chambres et des allergies de ma femme. La chambre était très propre et l'équipe a tenu compte de nos demandes. L'hôtel est bien entretenu et l'équipe est à l'écoute de ses clients. Nous avons apprécié les deux bouteilles d'eau tous les jours en raison de la chaleur. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais il faudrait proposer une option pour les clients ayant des intolérances alimentaires avec un peu plus de fruits. Nous recommandons particulièrement cet hôtel pour tous ceux qui sont allergiques aux acariens et à la poussière. Nous remercions l'équipe de nettoyage qui a tout fait pour rendre agréable le séjour de ma femme ainsi que l'équipe du bar/restaurant et les réceptionnistes, tous aux petits soins.

Excellent location near subways, beautiful neighborhood with great restaurants, comfortable bed, great shower, and good breakfast with Western and Japanese options. I would definitely stay again!

Great Location and helpful staff

The layout of the room. The shower is the first thing infront of the door of the room.

I liked the beds as they were motorised on the head of the bed moved up and down. I also really liked the location as it was 2 min walk from Shimbashi station where it was so easy to access anywhere in Tokyo, short trip to get to Ginza Station and easy access to popular areas like Shibuya/Shinjuku/Akihabara/Asakusa. Plus there was a massive Don Quiote around the corner.

Great location, close to subway stations, shopping food, convenience store etc. we chose this place because of proximity to Tokyo Station for trips on the Shinkansen. Good amenities/gym onsite.

Small rooms. Hardly any room to move around. But I guess this is pretty standard of Tokyo hotels. No laundry in the building, so if you’re staying long and need to do the laundry, you’ll have to walk 12-15 minutes to the closest coin laundry facility.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown. On weekends, Ginza becomes a pedestrian zone, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The housekeeping service is impeccable.The breakfast was ok.

The staff were fantastic. Very helpful, always very warm and friendly. We preferred the second room we got on our return trip, it was more spacious than the first we had.

The room the first time we were there on 2/7- a very tiny pokey hole. We could hardly move in the room . The sink outside was not good too!! Pillows were not comfortable- hard and thick. Change to feather pillows please!

The room is just the right size and comfortable and quiet even with the busy streets just outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site had an excellent breakfast spread each morning with a good balance of items. The lunch and dinner menus were sized perfectly.

The gym was a bit small and the ceiling was a little low but as long as it wasn't crowded (3 or more) it was adequate.

Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno, no están preparados para tanta gente, estas esperando mucho tiempo a todo. Luego no están reponiendo las cosas entonces falta de todo. Llegamos a las 9:30, media hora antes de cerrar el desayuno y ya básicamente no están reponiendo nada y no había de nada. Esto es lo único que diría a este hotel. Lo demás fue todo genial. Volvería sin duda alojarme allí
