Perfect location — close enough to the main streets to walk everywhere, but far enough to stay quiet at night. A lovely bonus: the hotel dogs! Got a free upgrade to a spacious room with a balcony and a window on the ceiling. The owner was incredibly helpful, offering great tips and recommendations for the area. Only small downside was breakfast — limited choices and not enough seating when busy. Would still happily stay again!

Отличное расположение ,рядом рынок с едой , Walmart и тд. Удобно добираться в центр. Отличный персонал ,помог с посылками когда мы уезжали в другой город и в принципе персонал отзывчивый.

L’hôtel est moderne, très confortable et l’accueil est impeccable. La chambre est agréable et bien équipée. Les installations, notamment la salle de sport et la laverie, sont un véritable atout. L’établissement est également situé à proximité d’une station de métro, ce qui facilite les déplacements.

Le quartier compte relativement peu de restaurants, mais cela est largement compensé par la présence, à quelques minutes à pied, d’un marché de nuit où l’on trouve de nombreux petits restaurants proposant un large choix de plats. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié, mais les saveurs restent assez fades. Il est également préférable d’y aller tôt ou en dehors des heures d’affluence, car il peut être difficile de trouver une table.

這是一家非常用心經營的旅館，從房間的智能裝置（雖然有一點不習慣），早餐，休憩吧，運動室，洗衣間，飲用水裝置..等等，可以感受到他們的用心。

關於是否包含晚餐，我們在10天內，前後各住了兩晚，一次有提供晚餐，一次沒有，讓人覺得混淆，雖然晚餐很簡單，旅客也不一定趕得回來吃。

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during my visit to Kunming. The location was convenient, with easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

The rooms were lovely and the staff were very helpful, we were even allowed to keep our two rooms for a late check out at no extra charge

I loved this hotel. It was so clean and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend. The staff were very friendly and patience with me as I used a translation app. The bed was very comfortable. I felt very at home. It is also close to the metro and a short walk to many nice places!

The air conditioning didnt seem to do anything, but for the most part it wasn't needed. The fridge did not work properly in my room. It generated a huge amount of heat and didnt keep anything cold.

服务人员热心、贴心，友好。5 楼的休闲吧是个静心的好去处，绿植多，环境优雅。酒店新近装修，干净、舒适。位置好，旁边就是小吃街，走路几分钟就有很大的农贸市场。酒店有免费早、晚餐，也有自助厨房。为酒店内禁烟点赞👍

Auf den ersten Blick ist das Hotel etwas unscheinbar, aber es hat gemütliche, komfortable Zimmer und liegt direkt an einer Food-Street. Bis in die Altstadt von Kunming kann man in ca. 20 Minuten laufen und der Nachtmarkt liegt auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bequeme Betten und sauber. Besonders cool fanden wir die Halbpension mit dem abendlichen Buffet. Anfangs dachten wir, wir brauchen das nicht, dann war es aber doch sehr praktisch.

Das Abend-Buffet schließt schon sehr früh (ich glaube 18:30 Uhr). Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Alles war tiptop!

Hotel bien situé, à 15min en didi de tout ! Dans cette grande ville, c'est très bien. Hotel propre, agéable, grande chambre et lit confortable. Un plus en Chine où les lits sont souvent durs. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande !

Le diner, compris, est à 17h30, trop tôt ! et le petit déjeuner est chinois. Pas un morceau de pain, de confiture et de beurre. Mais on s'est débrouillé ! Personne ne parle anglais à la réception.

Sono stata più volte in questo hotel e confermo la pulizia, la tranquillità, una buona colazione cinese. Posizione buona a 5 minuti a piedi dalla linea 3 della Metro. Buono spuntino dalle 17,20 alle 18,30. L'inglese è poco parlato alla reception ma questo è cosa comune a tutti gli hotel

Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment impressionnant compte-tenu du confort et des repas compris (petits-déjeuners + dîners !). Plusieurs machines à laver et sèche-linge à disposition gratuitement. Bonne localisation à 15 min à pied du Green Lake et près du grand marché de Zhuanxin.

Demander une chambre côté cour pour plus de calme et ne pas hésiter à changer si votre chambre non fumeur sent la cigarette.

Ruime, luxe kamer, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staf, goed ontbijt en avondeten en een fijne locatie (naast een levendige markt en dichtbij de metro).

The staff and facilities were great. Very clean. The breakfast and dinner were basic however good food. Location was very good near a large food street and close to the Walmart.

The room was quite small however had everything we needed.

A great location -- next to a market and across from a neighborhood park/pond. Also within walking distance of the main Cuihu Park. The rooms have been modernized and are very up-to-date (projector instead of a TV, automatic curtains and lights, etc.). Although, this actually is a little inconvenient, since you can't manually control things. It's almost too modern. Overall, however, the hotel offers great value. A good place to stay. Not luxurious, but modest and clean and has remodeled rooms. The beds, too, were excellent, so one sleeps well. Breakfast is more than adequate.

The lighs in the room are hard to individually control and adjust to your preference -- they are either seemingly all on or all off. And the foyer light automatically turns on if you move at night, which is slightly annoying if you wake to use the restroom. Hotel staff is polite, but not excessively accommodating.

Le personnel est très serviable et s’est mis en quatre pour résoudre nos problèmes Le réceptionniste nous a même emmené acheter notre carte Sim et retirer des espèces en banque. Arrivée très difficile en Chine, lorsqu’on y passe sur un coup de tête sans aucune préparation.

Very helpful kind staff despite language barrier. Complementary breakfast, drinking water and dinner for the guests. Variety of options with local food varieties. House keeping everyday. The food market nearby. The location was so central. We could reached important places we wanted to visit very cheaply and easily. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for comfortable stay in Kunming.

Pillows could have been more comfortable. Kunming Spring City Boutique Hotel name wasn’t shown on ride hailing apps such as Didi. The locally known established name of the hotel has been Spring City Star Hotel. Initially it has been very confusing when attempting to find the place and organising the transport from Kunming South Station to the hotel after long hours of exhaustive train travel.

Great hotel in a good location, next to food street and walking distance to attractions. Staff were very helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful & professional. Room was excellent with smoking allowed which my wife appreciated. Complimentary evening meal on first day of arrival & breakfast included was good Chinese fair.

Great room and location. Free dinner and breakfast buffets made the stay especially good value if you like Chinese food.

It’s undergoing renovation making the entrance a little hard to find - enter through the underground car park to the temporary reception then take the lift

Lobby offer to carry our luggages. The breakfast is very good 👍. Service is top notch. I had stayed 2nights. The housekeeping is very good.

Location is great. Near everything. The bathroom and toilet are clean with ample toiletries and lots of towels! Bed is super comfy and I love the big window in the room as I can see the beautiful blue sky and decided I should not waste such a lovely day 😅😅 And the staff are hospitable, too! They can't speak English very well but the important thing is that they try their best to communicate with me, and always send me their regards plus well wishes 🙆🙆🙆

The room was comfortable, their self-service laundry greatly appreciated, staff went out of their way to understand and help us, and the location was perfect. The night market located right beside the hotel gave a great taste of local life and flavour.

Booked the place for 1 night, but flight got delayed and we check in for 2 hours only at 3am. The staff was so helpful and polite. The room is clean and not dusty Toiletries and towel provided. Body wash is good The male staff was so kind to book taxi for us early in the morning to the train station.

There were people smoking in the lobby and l had to ask them to smoke outside.

All the staff at the front desk and breakfast and dinner were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming.

The smoke of cigarrettes was very heavy in my room, although I paid for a non- smoking room. Some passengers even smoke in the elevator!

I have to thank the receptionist boy for not only bringing my luggage up to the 9th floor but also giving me an ethernet cord for wifi connection to my computer! Previously I did NOT get any wifi on my laptop computer so was desperate in need of wifi for the laptop! He helped me big time! Thank him!

The night got very cold( AC didn’t work at all but blowing colder air in the room( toilet paper & stand were in the rubbish bing in 917 so they need to take care of that please! Too many people are swarming the dinner room during free dinner & breakfast time so I didn’t bother eating long because I’m not a fan of communal cafeteria dining style.

It was very clean and comfortable and very well located. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety as were the dinners we enjoyed there too.
