ห้องอยู่ชั้น1 ต้องยกสัมภาระขึ้นบันได ถ้ากระเป๋าหนักก็จะเหนื่อยนิดนึง แต่เข้าใจว่าจุดนี้แก้ไม่ได้ ถ้าช่วยกันยกก็ไม่ได้เป็นปัญหาอะไรค่ะ

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026The apartment was in a wonderful location overlooking the park and a 20 minute walk into Christchurch city centre. The apartment was spacious and the facilities were good especially the shower which was excellent.
Parking was a bit of an issue. Plenty of free parking bays but all of them taken, but we worked out that several spaces would become available from late afternoon.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Could not gain access to the property, no contact information was ever sent, there was no PIN on the receipt. Booking.com not answering urgent query to try and gain access, even the next day and nothing since. I have written repeatedly with no reply. We were charged the full amount. I have requested full refund but once again no reply from Booking.com. No contact info within Booking.com for this site either. Hopeless, will not be using again or recommending.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026La ubicación, las instalaciones muy nuevas, terraza y un baño excelente. La cocina tiene muy buen servicio de vajilla, sartenes, horno, nevera, inducción…etc. Habitacion muy amplia con armarioEl personal fue muy amable y respondió rápido a nuestras necesidades.
Podrian ofrecer algo mas para el desayuno cortesia.

Handy for uber/taxis to take you from the airport/train station Hosts were so lovely, we arrived late due to a delayed flight and found that the travel cot they had kindly provided didnt stay up, we contacted the hosts and they arranged for a new one to be dropped off straight away.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2025La propreté et la clarté des lieux, le logement est vraiment spacieux et la position géographique était ce que je souhaitais, près d'un parc... et quel parc ! Je n'avais jamais vu un parc avec jardin botanique aussi beau.
Je ne suis pas fan de la moquette au niveau hygiène c'est toujours moyen, surtout avec beaucoup de passage et des personnes pas soigneuses.

It was near enough for us to walk into the city centre or the train station (for the TranzAlpine scenic rail journey etc). Hagley Park is just across the road and is a great place for a morning jog.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025The location was superb and so lovely to wake up and open the door to the park each morning. An easy stretch of the legs into town, we usually ubered home at night which cost under $10 - cheaper than the bus! The accommodation had everything we needed, and if we needed help from the host they were right there at the end of the phone. We saved money by buying groceries and cooking breakfast/packing lunch in the room. Would stay again.
The sofa bed is extremely squeaky and not very comfortable. Ended up putting the mattress on the floor and having someone sleep on the couch. The bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable! But if more than 2 people are staying then the sofa bed could use some WD40 or an upgrade.

The outside light shines into the bedroom at night- it needs a blackout curtain to fix this. The couch is a bit grubby and uncomfortable.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Very modern Air BNB. Easy to enter via the codes provided from the host. Other residents in the apartment kept to themselves. Loved that we were able to cook small meals in the kitchen
We did not like the lack of parking available. It was ‘street parking’ for all the residents & visitors. Real shame a modern apartment block like this does not have their own private parking. There were nights my husband had to go out after dark to try move the car closer.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2025Beautiful place. Having been in a van for 2 months, this place was like a 5 star hotel. Restaurants and pub not too far. Short Uber to Supermarket. Walkable to town centre via park and river. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again.

We had 4 people in the group, but the sofa bed was not prepared for us. And sofa bed is a bit noisy.

So to counter the traffic noise we were unable to open the bedroom window which did make it rather stuffy inside. Reviewed Oct 13, 2024Very comfortable apartment with everything needed. The hosts were very accommodating and ensured we were kept happy. Sent us lots of information so we had no questions at all. Very tidy and comfortable with an awesome outlook over Hagley Park. Close enough to central city but far enough away to rest and relax. Really nice place to stay, would definitely stay again.
I have nothing to add here, it was all really nice.
