Riad Fz Marrakech

La ubicación es muy buena, tiene aireacondicionado que funciona fenomenal. Ali quien nos recibió y la señora que pone los desayunos muy amables. El desayuno estaba bueno.

Es muy normal encontrar esto en Marruecos, pero el wc con la ducha encima es bastante incómodo y molesto por temas de higiene. Además el wc está suelto y se mueve muchisimo.

Közel, néhány száz méterre a főtéri "tébolyda", mégis csendes nyugodt, lehet pihenni, így gyerekes családoknak kimondottan ajánlott A reggeli bőséges, a személyzet kedves! Pikk-pakk intéztek nekünk luxus minőségű transzfert pötitaxi áron hajnal fél négyre! A szállás macskája, Gyümi, egyfajta extra szolgáltatás a hozzánk hasonló macskabuziknak. Ritka barátságos doromboló! Bár Gyümi a neve, de mi Adolfnak hívtuk. Aki találkozik vele, az tudja miért

Ha valaki főzőcskézős nyaralást, utazást szeretne, annak a konyha felszerelése kissé hézagos lesz, de amúgy is baromság Marokkóban főzni, mert olcsón lehet nagyon finomakat kajálni!

Trato cercano, Nabil te ayuda en la llegada y está pendiente de todo lo que necesites, además de ayudar con recomendaciones y resolver cualquier duda. Desayuno inmejorable de la mano de Fatema que está pendiente a todo y cuida el más mínimo detalle.

Der Besitzer Simo war unglaublich gastfreundlich und hat sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Fatima, die jeden Morgen ein sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit viel Liebe zubereitet hat. Sie war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Die familiäre Atmosphäre hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Außerdem war die Lage der Unterkunft ideal – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass wir Marrakesch bestens erkunden konnten.

Absence de salle de bain : le lavabo est dans le couloir qui mène aux chambres et la douche se résume à un tuyau de douche dans les toilettes donc à chaque douche les toilettes sont inondées. C'est dommage car il suffirait de casser la cloison des toilettes pour englober le lavabo et y faire une vraie salle de bain fermée avec une vraie douche

Una experiencia realmente especial en el corazón de Marrakech. Este riad conserva toda la esencia de una antigua casa familiar que ha sido transformada con mucho cariño en un alojamiento lleno de encanto, manteniendo su historia, su autenticidad y ese ambiente cálido que hace sentir al huésped como en casa. Destaca por su magnífica ubicación, perfecta para descubrir la ciudad caminando, además de por la limpieza impecable y el cuidado de cada detalle. Cada rincón transmite la tradición marroquí, con una decoración llena de personalidad y un ambiente tranquilo que contrasta con el bullicio de la Medina. La terraza es uno de sus grandes tesoros: un lugar precioso para relajarse y disfrutar de unas vistas increíbles de Marrakech mientras se saborea un desayuno delicioso, variado y preparado con mucho mimo. Pero sin duda, lo que hace que la estancia sea aún más especial son sus anfitriones. Simo y Ali son excepcionales: cercanos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con recomendaciones y explicaciones para que la experiencia en Marrakech sea mucho más auténtica y completa. Un lugar con alma, donde no solo te alojas, sino que formas parte de una pequeña historia familiar. Totalmente recomendable para quienes buscan vivir Marrakech de una manera más auténtica.

Bagno angusto e da sistemare. Due camere con spazio centrale su cui affacciano le finestre delle altre camere. La colazione si fa sul tetto con varie rampe di scale ripide. Ero con i miei genitori anziani e abbiamo rinunciato Il lusso solo nel nome. Rapporto qualità prezzo non soddisfacente

In general, the room we stayed in was dirty and in very poor condition. There are definitely better places available for the same price.

The location very close to Jema el Fnaa, Ali was really kind. Our room was on the first floor and was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

The door ot the toilet/shower was rotten in the lower part bacause of the water of the shower. Our friends were in the basement: it wasn't too clean and there were some cockroaches. The streets to get to the riad where quite dirty and in front of the riad there is a destroyed house with a homeless living inside. Maybe at night you don't feel so safe in the neighborhood.

Pulizia assente e camera sporca con presenza di blatte

De gastheer en de ontbijtdame waren enorm behulpzaam en gastvrij.💕 Midden in het centrum maar toch heel rustig. Gezellig ingericht met kussens en zithoekjes. Ontbijt wordt geserveerd op gezamenlijk dakterras. De douchekop gaf een fijne druk en straal. Elke dag schone handdoeken en wc papier. We hadden wijn gekocht en kregen gelijk wijnglazen en een opener😁

We hadden het bovenste appartement wat een hele klim is voor mijn 78 jarige moeder. De badkamer was vreselijk. Je douched naast de wc, alles drijfnat en de deur was beschimmeld en aan het wegrotten. We hebben het gemeld en aan het einde van de zomer zal deze gerenoveerd worden. Als toekomstige boeker ben je gewaarschuwd voor dit appartement. De graffiti had voor mij niet gehoeven. Houdt het lekker traditioneel🙌

Výborná poloha,tradičný riad,pomer ceny a kvality, priateľský majiteľ, bezproblémová komunikácia, domáce čerstvé tradičné raňajky. Vážime si,že náš pán Ali čakal pri bráne u hlavnej cesty,keď sme večer prileteli.

S raňajkami bola spokojnosť,len v dosť neskorom čase,napríklad ak začínate skoro ráno deň alebo máte rezervovanú obhliadku.

La posizione tranquilla e vicinissima a una porta d’entrata alla Medina e altrettanto comoda per muoversi tranquillamente a piedi anche fino alla città nuova. Ali è una persona davvero alla mano, simpatico, disponibile è assolutamente attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Connessione internet non buona e mancanza di una presa di corrente nel bagno.

Ali il proprietario del Riad ci ha ospitati in modo impeccabile! Cordiale, gentile e davvero disponibile. La struttura è comodissima, all’interno della Medina, in zona sicura. La colazione buonissima e abbondante, inoltre hanno saputo garantirci anche l’opzione senza glutine.

Il bagno è una minuscola stanza con wc + doccia senza il piano. Purtroppo è stato molto limitante in quanto se facevi la doccia, la stanza era inagibile (pavimento completamente bagnato). La porta del bagno, a causa della disposizione della doccia, era marcita. I letti singoli hanno materassi strettissimi e davvero molto duri.

Douche très petite et peu pratique

A wonderful, authentic riad right in the heart of the Medina, just a few minutes from the city walls and within walking distance of the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa. The riad is run by two brothers, Simo and Ali, and you can really feel that it used to be their family home — full of charm and character. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, with delicious fresh breakfast every morning and a relaxed atmosphere in the evenings. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and always happy to help, making the stay feel very personal. Note that the stairs are quite steep, so lower rooms may be better for guests with limited mobility.

Some parts of the interior could benefit from a bit of updating and modernization, but this does not take away from the overall charm and authenticity of the riad. In fact, it rather adds to the feeling of staying in a traditional home with character.

The location, size of the rooms, and the rooftop for breakfast. It was a lovely place to stay.

The bathroom needs a little work.

The apartment was spacious, the location was perfect! They agreed to prepare the breakfast a little earlier for us to keep up with our schedule, which was a nice gesture from them.

The hall of the apartment had an open ceiling and other guest could see us there. It felt a little problematic for our privacy but also for more practical issues like rain or heating. P.S. I know that it does not directly depend on the riad but they should definitely update the parking fee per night. It was definitely not 3€ per day!

Road leading to the Riad was not the nicest. Bathroom door super rusty and falling apart.

Bon accueil du propriétaire. Le riad est bien placé dans Marrakech. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire serviable et réactif. Parking juste à côté de l'emplacement. Restaurant à proximité. Literie confortable.

Devant du riad laisse à désirer avec beaucoup de déchets. Douche et toilette ensemble non adapté et bas de porte moisi. Eau chaude longue à venir. Aucune isolation on entend les autres locataires. Petit déj très simple, pas très bonne qualité, yaourt qui pique et gonflé, jus d'orange coupé à l'eau gazeuse. Odeur d'urine de chat dans le salon.

Excelente ubicación, a muy pocos minutos de la plaza y fácil acceso. Ideal para 3/4 personas con cocina y zona común para pequeña comida y descanso. Desayuno abundante y correcto servido cada mañana en la azotea.

La habitación, está todo muy viejo y roto. Nuestra habitación daba a un patio y se oía todo el ruido de entrar, salir...se atasco el sifón y la ducha rebosaba agua y de todo..el baño pequeño y nada cómodo

Het ontbijt was top en werd lief klaargemaakt door de moeder van de eigenaar van de Riad. Ook was het super dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden.

Beetje krappe badkamers waar je bij wijze van kon poepen en douchen tegelijkertijd. Ook is het erg luidruchtig. Niet zo fijn als je ook met vreemden in de Riad zit.

El baño un poco raro, pero era una casa típica riad, y el wifi no era tan bueno.

Could not have been a nicer family to let me stay in their home. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. The check-in and checkout process was seamless and Simo and his brother Ali were exceptional hosts.

La ubicación puede resultar menos conveniente para algunos viajeros, especialmente considerando el precio, ya que encontramos otras opciones más céntricas durante nuestro viaje. Durante nuestra estancia uno de los calentadores no funcionaba. Sería recomendable reemplazar algunas toallas para mantener el nivel de confort. Con algunos ajustes, el riad podría ofrecer una experiencia aún más agradable para sus huéspedes.

La disponibilité des Hôtes Ali et Simon, notre vol avait 1 h de retard ( 01h du matin)mais Ali était là à la descente de la navette mise à disposition. Pareils Pour garder nos bagages le dernier jour pour profiter de la journée Simon a trouvé une solution. L'appartement est à 5 min de la place jeema el fna.

Nos ha gustado mucho. El trato ha sido estupendo, la ubicación inmejorable y el desayuno riquísimo.

The owner was very kind and contacted me several times in advance via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival. Whatsupp is much faster than direct message via booking if you need to communicate with owner. Room is quite enough big like whole apartment which was good for family with kids.

Bath room function is little bit difficult to manage. Once you take a shower, floor was wet. You have to wipe the floor first before to use toilet.

Było cudownie!! Piękny apartament w samym sercu medina. Pyszne śniadanie na tarasie do którego dostęp był cala dobę Popołudniu czekała na nas herbata. Uroczy właściciele Polecam całego serca!!

Lokalizacja super, bardzo blisko glownego placu Mediny. Gospodarze bardzo mili, dbają o gości i dobry kontakt. łóżka wygodne. Śniadanie na dachu super pomysł, choć trochę zimno było. Śniadania pyszne.

Może nie nie podobalo, ale łazienka wymaga małej poprawy.

The location is just perfect! We are inside of the Medina so everything is walkable. But the main gem of the property is the people! Simo was our host and he went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The electricity in the riad went down a couple of times, always at night. Simo was responsive and came out with the technician despite the late hour. He made sure we had our electricity back no matter what.

The main downside for us was the speed of the Internet. We are digital nomads so this is essential for us and we had to buy our own Internet traffic to be able to work.

It’s just a few minutes walk to the Main square.

The beds needs to be replaced!!! The main bed had a massive lump in the center that pushed you out to the sides. Very uncomfortable. The kitchen has nothing in it but a sink and refrigerator so it’s just a waste of space. No dishes etc like in the photos. The shower is a nightmare. It’s broken and the door is rotting away. For the cost of a 3 night stay they could reinvest that money and make it SO MUCH better.

A localização foi o ponto alto da estadia, fácil acesso a vários pontos de interesse, praça Jemaa el fna, madrassa ben youssef, palácio Bahia e palácio El Badi. O Sami, que é dono do Riad, foi muito simpático e atencioso. O pequeno almoço marroquino substancial foi do agrado de todos!

Very friendly, helpfull and symphatetic hosts. Tasty breakfasts on the roof terrace. Traditional interior. Fantastic location. If you want to feel local atmosphere this is good choice!

Le riad très bien situé, à proximité de quartiers animés de la ville mais juste assez en retrait pour être au calme. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et aidants. La terrasse sur le toit est très jolie et les petits déjeuners sont généreux.

Parce qu'il y a toujours des améliorations possibles: l'équipement (savon à vaisselle, assiettes, ustensiles) pourrait être augmenté, cela permettrait de mieux profiter de la cuisine. Nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps pour que ce soit un problème!

Très beau Riad au calme. Nous avions toute la partie au rez de chaussée pour une famille de 4. Excellent dîner et petit déjeuner sur le toit du Riad. Et surtout l’accueil incroyable et attentionné des propriétaires Simon et Ali.

L’ambiance est superbe et l’accueil extraordinaire. Simo est un hôte très attentionné et et d’une gentillesse inégalable. Les pièces sont spacieuses. La literie impeccable. Le petit déjeuner très copieux, varié est servi sur la terrasse ou à l’appartement s’il pleut. Le ménage est fait tous les jours . L’emplacement est très bien pour visiter à pied . Merci à Simo et son frère Ali ..c’était super !!

Reste surement quelque travaux à faire mais l’endroit est très bien et surement amené à continuer à être amélioré.

We liked the hosts, they are very kind and approachable. Breakfast included various Moroccan pastries and spreads, a good introduction to a typical Moroccan breakfast. The location is great, in the medina but not too far from the taxi stand. If the accommodation was cheaper, I would have given it a higher score, but I have to lower it because after this we found twice as cheap and much better riad.

The shower in the bathroom is almost unusable. The floor is very cold, there is no heating of any kind, and slippers are not available. This may not be a real riad, but an old-style house because everything is very small and cramped.

De accommodatie was prima gelegen, alhoewel men eens buiten de voordeur letterlijk op een stort terecht komt waar daklozen hun tent hebben opgeslagen. Prima communicatie met de host via Whats app..

Eerlijk gezegd was de accommodatie een grote ontgoocheling. Afgaande op de score van 9,2 op booking dacht ik een mooie riad gehuurd te hebben. Niets was minder waar. De accommodatie waarin wij verbleven was vuil en afgeleefd. De deuren van de keukenkasten hingen uit hun hengsels. De kranen en douchekop verroesterd, de deur van de badkamer volledig kapot, de wc staat los, etc. In de keukenkasten staat letterlijk 1 pan, 1 vork, 2 messen en 4 kleine vorkjes, verder drie borden waarvan 1 gebroken…. Wij bleven zo lang mogelijk buiten om niet in de riad te moeten zijn. Hoe deze riad aan zen score komt is mij een raadsel. Vuile tapijten, vieze vloeren, gebroken glas op de ontbijttafel… neen, verre van wat wij hadden verwacht.

El alojamiento es amplio y cómodo y está decorado con gusto. Está muy bien localizado. Tienes que llegar por una callejuela, pero una vez ubicado no tiene pérdida. Fueron super amables, nos contactaron antes de llegar, nos ayudaron con el parking... Muy contentos en ese sentido. El desayuno es en la terraza: vistas, buena comida... Lo disfrutamos mucho.

What a cute, homely riad in the medina, a quiet, oasis of calm away from the craziness. Ali is super friendly and met us upon arrival which is always appreciated, he also looks like a model/movie star haha he gave us helpful tips and recommendations. My family slept well and the riad had lots of space plus the other ppl staying there were very nice and friendly.

The separate hot and cold water taps on the shower made it hard to navigate the perfect temperature, and the general design of the bathroom, but that is quite standard in Morocco!

Ali gentilissimo e disponibile, Ci ha aiutato per ogni necessità e fornito ottimi consigli. La colazione tipicamente marocchina servita in terrazza è un'esperienza da provare! Buonissima! Location comodissima per visitare a piedi tutta la città storica.

Bagno un po' piccolo con doccia inclusa nello spazio wc un po' difficile da utilizzare.

We had a wonderful stay! The Ali was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were really good. The location was also great - close to everything we needed but still quiet. Highly recommend!

First of all the location is excellent, on a quiet area of the Medina and steps from the Souk. This place has many amenities, heat pumps in the rooms and a kitchen. Breakfast on the rooftop patio is very nice and served promptly at 8:30AM. Ali is very responsive and helpful.

The bed I had wasn't super comfortable. There were plenty of pillows so I could make it work.

Simo was so helpful and informative. When we had a problem figuring out how to work the heater he came over to show us right away. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, places to shop. The breakfast was wonderful especially having on the rooftop. The location was great so close to everything and bonus for my kids was the cat that lives there. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location. Loads of space. Room service with clean towels every day. Thanks to the exceptional hosts we felt very welcome and comfy. Tasty breakfast served every morning as soon as we ready. We were very good looked after and felt like special guests. Nice, interesting conversations with the host. Definitely good value for money and would stay there again. Thank you for hosting us.

L’emplacement est idéal et le Riad très beau et personnel adorable avec un superbe petit déjeuner en terrasse. Le logement est très spacieux et Ali est exceptionnel et très sympathique accueil.

J’avoue que nous avons passé une mauvaise nuit car entre les 3 logements on entendait les voisins et on a peut être eu des voisins bruyants qui rentraient très tard le soir et pas très discrets … puis la literie est très dure dans un lit 140 Peut-être juste de la malchance ce jour là
