Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The room was clean and I liked the wet room style shower. The bed was very comfortable. I like the hanging space for our clothes and coats. We liked that we were able to sit in the dining area late at night to catch up with other family members who were staying there too. The staff were accommodating and put us in rooms next to each other this was helpful and allowed us to help each other get ready for the wedding the next day and look after each others kids.
There was very little space on the dresser because the TV took up too much space and should be put up on wall instead.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Approximately less than three quarters of a mile from Crewe Railway Station. Public areas well lit and clean. Comfortable beds. Professional and friendly front of house staff. Plentiful choice and quantity for breakfast menu.
They have changed the freephone( taxi service). On previous reservations at 08:00 - 08:30 on check out I have used this facility and I have always had a taxi within 10-15 minutes. On this occasion I was informed no taxi available for at least 60 minutes

They had no spare pillows so we had to use a rolled up duvet. There were no towels in the room when we checked in. The wet room had seen better days. We were on the 4th floor but it was so noisy. We had to have the window open as it was warm but the noise travelled so much.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026I made a request ahead regarding room choice of location and it was promptly dealt with. Room was clean, and breakfast was nice. That breakfast time extended till 10am gave me more time in bed in the morning which was quite nice since I really didn’t want to get up quite early.

I had two separate bookings to cover the two nights I was staying. I told reception when checking in that I would be staying for both nights (and paid for both nights) and would like to stay in the same room for both nights. This was arranged. I left to go out for the day the following morning and when I returned in the evening all of my belongings had been removed from the room (My keycard worked as expected). I had to have a long conversation with the night porter to get my belongings back, which was a bit frustrating although I appreciate that everything was eventually returned.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Absolute fantastic. Was a 1 night stay over heading down to Windsor. Staff were fantastic, room was made up brilliantly, everyone had a smile. We had our dog with us. Great walking path around hotel. He came everywhere with us in the hotel and the hotel staff were very kind to him and had no issue with him. We were well looked after Inc down at breakfast. The girl made a table up for us in the lounge area. Which was very thoughtful and appreciative.

Too hot! This hotel is a big box and Aircon is needed. They gave us a fan which helped a bit but in warm weather the heat in the room is a problem.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Clean minimalist bedroom with a nice firm bed in a quiet area with easy parking. The breakfasts were top notch having all the usual favourites attached by friendly and helpful servers.
Sadly our room over looked the car park so not as nice as the other side of the building. The bathroom extractor was not working but do to the warm weather was not real inconvenience but when we reported it a technician was up quickly to attend to it

A una hora en coche tienes un montón de lugares interesantes que visitar de las Midlands. Incluso puedes acercarte a lugares un poco más lejanos, como el Peak Country o Coventry.
El colchón era muy blando y, además, estaba un poco deformado. Según dónde te pusieras se hundía más o menos. Además la habitación que me tocó estaba orientada hacia la puesta de sol. En verano le da el sol toda la tarde y cuesta mucho sacar ese calor al exterior porque la ventana apenas se puede abrir.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026This is our favourite hotel in Crewe by far. The staff are extremely friendly. The food is good and the bar is handy. The beds are queen sized and comfortable with a decent shower which is almost all we need.
Could do with air conditioning but it was extremely warm when we were there. Normally it’s not an issue.

The room didn’t have air conditioning or a fan which was needed during the hot weather. Would have been nice to of had a fridge in the room as well .

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026This is my 4th stay at this Ibis Hotel. The hotel was busy as usual, mainly used by Contract workers, and being in the Summer months, often used by tourists. The staff who work here, are so very professional,Everyone works together as a Team and assist each other as and when required. My special thanks go out to Kim Robyn Esme and David who are part of the Reception Team. Paul and Craig and their Catering Team also run an excellent service. The facilities here are excellent, spotless in every area. The ladies who look after the Bedrooms and Commune areas are to be praised. I was in Room 405 for a 3 night stay, Room had twin beds with a functional bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast was excellent everything fresh buffet style, either Continental or a traditional British breakfast. I only have the Continental. To relax there is ample seating areas to enjoy refreshment from the Bar . This hotel is worthy of 5 Stars plus, it is located in a nice area of Crewe, not too far from the railway station and good access to the other local area.
Nothing negative here.

Unfortunately, there was a private function going on during our stay that took over the entire ground floor. The music was loud, there was no room for us to sit and relax and when we came to order food, most food on the menu was not available. We have emailed the hotel with our complaint, but unfortunately, they haven't bothered to reply back.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026I was contacted before hand to say an event was being held at the same time as our stay - It was a funeral reception. It did not interfere with our stay as everyone was so friendly. The room was clean and tidy and I liked the walk in shower room.
What I didn't like - our key to enter the room was problematic as it would be charged and by the time you got to the room it would not function...Happened several times which was a bit frustrating... We had booked a double room for two but found the sofa bed was laid out instead of being folded up and the bed side lights did not function... Apart from that everything was okay...

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Staff were absolutely great. We travelled with a family member with profound learning disability and mobility issues, and they were kind, calm and helpful, both the reception staff and the restaurant staff.
The accessible room had a third bed in it that blocked the door to the bathroom; the lady on reception very kindly came and folded it up for us, but then it blocked the view of the tv. It wasn't a big issue though.
