We booked this property specifically for the view to the lake and (hopefully) Mt.Fuji. Mt.Fuji was not visible in July, so no damage done - but there would have be no views whatsoever anyhow due to the trees in front of this particular apartment. So photos of the property, for our specific unit, were very misleading. Be aware of that when booking and check.

L’absence total de personnel, pour l’enregistrement compliqué car c’est une IA qui répond. Nous avons réservé une chambre en trop et aucunes réponses de l’iA pour savoir si c’était possible d’annuler et pour quelle montant s’élève la pénalité. Dommage ça nous a un peu déçu de ne pas avoir d’interlocuteur à ce moment là pour résoudre notre problème.

O self check-in in é um pouco difícil de fazer ,lembra o site do visit japan. Tem q tentar escanear o passaporte, e no fim ligar para a central para confirmar o check in. Demorei 1 h para fazer isso, pois reservei 2 quartos no meu nome e tive que ir nos 2 quartos para fazer o check-in.

O self check in dá trabalho. Levei 1h para fazer o check in de 2 quartos no meu nome, pois é dificil escanear o passaporte e tive que ir de um quarto para o outro fazer o check in dos 2 quartos.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026I love the view and the layout. The onsen tub that opens up to the outdoor footbath was a huge plus. It was big enough for our family of 5 plus a family friend. Check-in was simple enough and it was within walking distance to the bus stop, convenience store, and water front.
The projector didn’t work and the AC did not blow cold air until someone from management came and fixed it. And while I’m sure not having desk staff around keeps prices lower, we were unable to forward our luggage so we had to put them in coin lockers and take a taxi back to the station to retrieve them after checking in.

הכל מתנהל דרך אפליקציה. גם צק אין וגם אאוט. אם צריך משהו ניתן להתקשר אבל מי שעונה לא מבין ממש אנגלית, לא שומעים אותנו כמו שצריך והם בעצם לא יודעים לעזור בכלום חוץ מאיך לעשות צק אין. מזל שיש חבר צט שעזר עם כביסה ועוד

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026What an AMAZING view of the lake and Mt Fuji. So close to motohakone for food and snacks, and just next to the port for the pirate ships. This could not have been a better place to onsen and hang out for the weekend. Would love to come back.
We thought from the photos we were getting a much bigger room, but this ended up being great. I did think we'd all have our own rooms and had to share.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026The view was breathtaking and the apartment was well designed and modern. The private onsen was for me personally the highlight of the apartment. The free drinks and snacks wete a nice gesture.
We were a party of 4 and for me the apartment looked bigger on the pictures but was too small for 4 people, especially for that price… For me the worst part was, that the bedroom did not have a window… It was impossible for me to sleep in that room…. Notwhere in the description was this mentioned and I find this an important detail to mention and unacceptable… All the communication worked well and we got all the information before… what was rather painful was the on-site registration… the software crashed a few times and the check-in took 45 minutes… for me way too long… then we needed to call a number to verify ourselves via camera and the first person we got hold off, did not speak any English… Overall personally not worth the money and I would not feel comfortable to recommend it to a friend

No es fácil encontrar el acceso y no hay ningún tipo de soporte para ayudar. El desayuno no nos gustó demasiado. Dado el precio de la habitación cuádruple, sería de agradecer que hubiese dos espacios diferenciados para las camas y ventilación. El contacto con el alojamiento es totalmente impersonal al responder un bot con respuestas automáticas.

Able to see the lake, cruise and near to the MotoHakone ferry terminal Far from the city but great location for one day sightseeing No eatery nearby as all closed at 4pm except one Italian restaurant that closed at 7pm. It was great dinner at La Terrazza The Unagi restaurant at lunch was superb too. Must try No staff manned the property. The staff has very little understanding of English through virtual call. Could understand our requests

We especially enjoyed renting a car, which gave us the freedom to explore Hakone at our own pace. The floating torii gate was visible from the property, and we were fortunate to catch glimpses of Mount Fuji through the haze. The peaceful setting and natural beauty made this one of the highlights of our trip.

The rooms are extremely well fitted and the electric BBQ is a great touch! The onsen is outstanding as is the deck with foot bath, extremely nice touches. Beds are beautiful and the layout of the room is great.
The fact the drinks do not get replaced everyday in my opinion is a slip, as well as the snacks. You pay good money and this would be an excellent added benefit for the money that is paid.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Absolutely gorgeous design, fixtures and fittings to complement the prime location and views of Lake Ashi, the Torre Gates and Mount Fuji. Waking up to see Mount Fuji from the massive balcony and also the onsen in the flat was amazing! Everything about the flat was perfect. Also, the complimentary drinks were a very lovely gesture.
The remote check-in process was new to me but actually worked well. My only regret is that we only stayed one night, so I didn’t get to enjoy it fully and didn’t even get the chance to enjoy the foot bath on the balcony.

Reviewed May 28, 2026View was exceptional. We were lucky to see Fuji on day 1. The following days were basically whiteouts. Could see the Torii gate and pirate ship. The onsen/sauna were great.
We thought the property had 4 bedrooms as it was advertised as a “4 double bed room”. We thought the “s” had been accidentally missed of the word “room”. There were only 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds in each. With 5 adults and 2 littlies this caused some logistical and practical issues re sleeping.

Reviewed May 23, 2026This Propery is outstanding. Haven’t stayed in a better one ever. It overlooks lake Ashi and the shrine. Sitting in the balcony sipping on your coffee while you can dip your legs in the foot soak. The best part - the private onsen and sauna. The host was extremely generous and the interiors were stunning. By far one of the best places I have stayed at.

Reviewed May 19, 2026とても広くて綺麗で快適に過ごしました。 ベッドもお風呂も完璧で快適でした。 コンビニも近く困りませんでしたが、設備内の自動販売機はアプリを登録しなければならず面倒でした。
アメニティーが少なかったこと、無人なので滞在中困ったことがあった時にすぐに解決できず、タイムロスがすごかった。

The beds had only twin blankets, which is not perfect for people who wish to have individual blanket. There were no extra blankets available.

Reviewed May 15, 2026החדר פשוט מדהים. הנוף, המתקנים, האונסן הפרטי, המטבח, המכונת כביסה.. הם חשבו על הכל והמחיר ממש שווה את זה. היה קל לבשל בחדר והיה בו כל מה שהיינו צריכים. זכינו לראות את פוג׳י וזה באמת היה וואו! יש סבן ממש קרוב אז אפשר לקנות מצרכים לארוחות ויש גם מאפיה חמודה במרחק הליכה
אין אפשרות לשמור או לשלוח מזוודות, ואין דלפק קבלה או מענה אנושי פיזי. הכל מתנהל באייפדים.. חוץ מזה היה היה קצת מאתגר להגיע בתחב״צ אבל עדין שווה את זה (צריך לשים לב שהאוטובוסים נגמרים מוקדם, סביב אחה״צ)

Reviewed May 12, 2026Stunning views of Mount Fuji, we were lucky enough to see it twice during our stay. Watching the sunset from the private onsen was priceless experience. So luxurious! Although it is without physical reception, we found the staff easy to contact and helped us in person with the technical Issues we had with the projector.
Would be good if there was a bit more detail to some of the instructions on using facilities. Only basic instructions provided online at check in Please clean the windows, this will enhance the experience.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Location, location, location! Thanks for room 401! The onsen was wonderful as was the foot bath. Very clean, modern, and very well maintained property. Well stocked kitchen. Heated floors and washing machine. Oh, did I say it's the best view in Hakone? It is. Fantastic sitting in the onsen and viewing Mount Fuji and the Tori gate!
Everything was first class and wonderful.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Eine wundervolle Unterkunft insgesamt. Die Räume waren wie erwartet und gewünscht. Gemütliche Betten. Fernseher und Leinwand mit Projektor vorhanden. Fußbad auf Balkon und privater Onsen. Willkommenspaket an Snacks und Getränken im Kühlschrank. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche zum selber kochen.
Je nachdem welches Zimmer man erhält, können Bäume vor dem Balkon die Sicht auf den See und den Fuji verdecken. Dies war bei uns der Fall (am ersten Tag war es allerdings sowieso zu neblig dafür). Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir auf Anfrage ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Da hatten wir Glück, was in anderen Situationen nicht zwangsläufig genauso sein wird. Obwohl mit Fuji und Seeblick auf den Bildern zum Zimmer geworben wird, ist dieser nicht garantiert.

We had a really nice view, but we could see that other appartments had less good views due to the trees. I think that is a pitty.

The description of the property could be misleading. 4 double beds and sleeps 10. I took that to mean 4 bedrooms. In reality, it was a 2 bedroom. Each with 2 double beds. One bedroom had a small closet area with extra bedding and a futon-like sleeping mat. In order to sleep 10, 6 people would need to sleep in a small bedroom.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Super mooi, modern en ruim apartement. Met als hoogtepunt natuurlijk het uitzicht. Bij ons helaas alleen op dag 1 fuji in zicht, daarna heel veel regen. Maar dan komt dat andere hoogtepunt van het apartement goed van pas: de onsen. Echt heel erg fijn! Ligging naast de boot was ook handig. In en uitchecken ging heel makkelijk via de app. 7/11 naast de deur, bakker en restaurantjes om de hoek.
De busrit ernaar toe. Het is een bochtige rit door de bergen dus als je last hebt van wagenziekte hou daar dan rekening mee! En de restaurants sluiten vroeg in het dorp, maar als je daar rekening mee houdt is dat niet erg. In het apartement viel niks tegen.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026De locatie is echt schitterend. Het appartement is geweldig ! De onsen, het grote scherm en de bedden. Heerlijk !
Het is goed om te realiseren dat er in de ochtend geen taxi te vinden is en de bussen pas vanaf 730 rijden. Veel restaurants in de directe omgeving gaan om 16 uur dicht.
