There was no bread to make toast or proper milk. There was only a few drops of rice milk and almond milk.

Super comfy bed, great facilities and location. Less than 4 min walk to some restaurant and bars. Great key system. Quiet even tho it's by main street.

It wasnt easy to find the bathroom light switch, and because it was delayed it wasnt immediately clear it was the switch. Room 5. Labeling would help.

Close location to the Timaru hospital, about 900m.

They use passcodes to access the building & rooms. Somehow my code was cancelled & I was locked out of the building for an hour before the after hours team could reset it. I was a lone female traveller it was between 8pm & 9pm, I was cold & tired & just wanted to get to bed. No one from the property contacted me to explain what happened or to apologise for the inconvenience.

La estancia era espaciosa y disponía de todo lo necesario para cocinar. Incluía leche y pan para desayunar (en el mismo apartamento) y más cosas en las estancias comunes del edificio (cereales, mantequilla, etc.).

No nos dejaron ni toallas ni sabanas suficientes para el sofá cama. Una de las almohadas no tenía funda, lo que es un poco asqueroso de usar. El sofá cama era algo incómodo para dormir.

Once I got the door to work I found the room clean and tidy.

I didn’t have any towel, facecloth or shower mat. Frustrating after a busy day. Eventually I get a towel from another room after a few long phone calls. No face cloth or shower mat though. And the shower leaks like a sieve, but had good pressure. The noise from the overnight traffic and the council cleaning the footpaths with leaf blowers early in the morning meant I was woken up numerous times - bed was comfortable but sleep was terrible. The breakfast kitchen was a good idea - toast and cereal included makes it good value, but I’m not sure how often they clean it - the rubbish bin was overflowing, and the tables weren’t wiped down.

Clean and comfortable property. Good communal kitchen. Simple breakfast with decent coffee machine.

The property was really really cold. Radiators were provided but not adaquate for the size of the property. The sofa bed waa small for my two children to share and didn't have enough bedding.

Clean bathroom. Room was ok. Location was in walking distance of some decent restaurants.

Didn’t get any breakfast as it was poor quality (cheap cereal and toast bread) and very uninviting.

The one with unsuite was good for us as family. It was spacious and quite. I love the simplicity of it. The new modern kitchen is a such bonus.

I think the heater isn't good enough during super cold day. The single room was located at the front. It was noisy at night.

The room looked cute, that’s why I booked it, and it was indeed cute. The shared kitchen was set up very well, With all the appliances you needed. Breakfast consisted of toast and 3 different cereals. Shower water was hot and had great pressure. Great off street parking, but it very narrow to get into. Great heater in the room. Just wish it had been turned on before I arrived, instead I arrived to a cold room. Very comfortable bed, but no blackout curtains, so the room wasn’t dark at all.

No tea / coffee making allowed in the rooms, also no food. My mistake here, I didn’t read that in the description of the room before booking. The hotel was situated just a little too far from the CBD for me, I walk as much as I can while on holiday, and walking back to the hotel at night by myself was a bit scary, as it was in a part of town that felt a bit abandoned, during the day it was totally fine. Electronic key wouldn’t work, but thankfully they had sent me the door codes.

La propreté des chambres, des locaux communs (douches, wc). La cuisine avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour cuisiner, et le minimum pour le petit déjeuner. L'accès facile avec les codes (presque tout est automatisé).

Une des chambres (nous en avions réservé 4) n'était pas prête mais le personnel a vite réagit ! Et dans la même chambre il faisait froid car la fenêtre était mal isolée.

The renovations

Location is nice and handy, Facilities were excellent in the kitchen and shared areas. Room was modern and clean. The keypad access to the main door and room was very handy.

No light in toilet/bathroom. No milk in kitchen we had to buy when it was surposed to be supplied. No face clothes. Bottom sheet on bed very wrinkly. Blinds did not block light from outside. Noise from bar .

Really nice facilities, new, clean and warm with awesome kitchen, communal area and great off street parking when you have a work ute with lots of valuable tools and equipment. Complentary breakfast was great as well when you're on the road early. Good value for money. Highly recommend.

Was a little tricky working out the entrance way and code to get in, but once got it was easy as and will be staying there again in future.

We booked this accommodation because the listing stated that each room has a private bathroom. After arriving and opening the check-in email about 10 minutes later, we discovered that the property actually only has shared bathrooms. This is clearly misleading advertising. We immediately contacted the owner and requested a cancellation, but they refused, hiding behind the “non-refundable” policy and responding very rudely. We asked Booking.com to intervene, but the owner did not even respond to them. Very disappointing experience. Misleading listing and unprofessional handling of a legitimate complaint.

We had a large, fully renovated suite. Separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. Lots of food basics, condiments, etc. Secure parking. Included breakfast.

The room and facilities were acceptable. It was spacious and very clean. Internet was available and the shared kitchen was well equipped. Parking was available and secure and checking in worked as per instructions. We also had an attached small bathroom rather than a shared facility.

This hotel(?) is totally personalness. There is nobody at reception or anywhere else for that matter. We appeared to be the only people there for the night which made it a bit eery. Breakfast was selfhelp continental and very sparse - toast, coffee and cereal.

Good size room. Decent showering facility. It is an okay place to stay for a night.

No flexibility in check in time, it is past 3pm or nothing. Even if they tell you that your room is ready. I messaged them and received no response on booking. There were 2 man hanging out around the main entrance at night when I went back claiming to be staying at the same place and not finding their code but having no option to keep them out as there is no reception. It didn't feel safe.

到着時に部屋が清掃されていなかった。トラブルやミスは起こった後の対応が大切だと考えていますが、その後の対応が良かったたので問題なしです。

Wir hatten das Appartment 7. Mit eigenem Bad und Küche. Alles sehr sauber und viel vohanden wie Toast, Milch, Butter, Marmelade etc. Grill draussen. Für uns war es perfekt. Die Einfahrt ist sehr eng, aber wer das nicht will kann auf der Strasse parken. Der digitale Schlüssel ist super und dürfte die Zukunft darstellen.

Unter Frühstück inklusive versteht man weltweit etwas anderes. Ja es ist alles da um sich fast alles selber herstellen zu können. Eier fehlen z.B. aber dass ist kein Problem, man sollte es nur genauer ankündigen.

LOCATION PRICE KITCHEN IT WAS A GUEST HOUSE WITH OTHER GUESTS, BUT FELT VERY SAFE & SECURE FOR TWO LADIES TRAVELLING. MEET SOME LOVELY PEOPLE. THE FACILITIES WERE VERY SECURE BEHIND A ROLLER DOOR. PARKING ONSITE WAS EXCELLENT

ROOM WAS A LITTLE SMALL BUT OK FOR OVERNIGHT STAY. COULD DO WITH A FULL LENGTH MIRROR IN ROOM. NO AIRCOND IN ROOM KETTLE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED - IT WAS LEAKING WATER

No curtains - blinds only, and a large gap under the door meant there was a lot of light in the room. No face cloths.

The Bar which is not advertised is cool, the woman that runs it is very nice as were the small few patrons, its a very quiet pub, not sure it makes any money at all but i liked it and the ppl.

Tiny room, not what was advertised, shit mattress too, clean neat shared bathrooms n toilets tho, very poor value for money , avoid, stay elsewhere.

This place was exceptional. Digital key with the app, electronic door codes for everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Hallway air fresheners and air cleaners kept the place smelling and feeling really good. The kitchen and shared spaces had lots of room, well decorated and well stocked.

The room didn't look the same as what I booked online and the bathrooms were a little small.

Beautifully renovated old pub. Despite room not having own toilet, there were plenty of bathroom options close to room. Full kitchen for guests to use and basic breakfast a bonus. Fully automated, no staff to check in was interesting. Loved the Tartan carpet!

No lift, had to drag bags upstairs to room. Room nice, but small. I always prefer having a private bathroom with room.

There was no tea coffee making facilities in the deluxe room. No cups. The road noise was horrendous at night

The place was immaculate. The kitchen is very well equipped, clean and modern.

For $120/night the room was extremely tiny. Literally just enough space to move around a queen bed. The bar downstairs has a live band every first Friday of the month. It was very loud from 3pm to 4/5pm whilst they practised and from about 7pm till 10pm for the live performance.

Ok rooms, but a terrible smell of cigarettes.

Location was good, only 5-10 mins walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Parking is included (tight getting down the side of the property if you have a wide vehicle). Easy check-in via app.

We were in room 5 and there is only a blind, the problem was that there are streetlights straight outside the window so it was like daylight in the bedroom. There were no curtains to close it out. Road can be noisy especially late at night and early morning traffic. We had an ensuite bathroom, there were two large blobs of toothpaste on the bathroom floor by the sink so wonder if this has been cleaned at all. When we arrived at 4pm it was wet and cold and wanted a cup of tea, as there are no kettles in the bedrooms we went to the kitchen and there were no clean cups, the dishwasher was full from breakfast and had not been set off, so we passed on it. There is no one on site so could not let them know.

the air freshener plugins are terrible. Why do places have them if it stinks sort it out. Don't want to breathe chemicals all night and day.

There is only contact possible via msg with property management. For the issues we had with our room and our stay we were lucky the property owner was on location at the time. We were 1 minute away from walking out of the building because of the issue we had with the room. Biggest turn-off; shared amenities for the price of the hotel room!

The room was incredibly spacious, lots of storage available, however stove was not available in the room which was quite disappointing. But nevertheless a very comfortable stay

Rung as I had no soap in shower no answer - no biggy - but if I was not able to get in, etc...... 4.11pm no answer, no way to leave a message, no ring back. Paid as much as a motel but had no toilet, would have thought not a big ask to be able to contact during business hours.
