Väldigt slitet rum. Badrummet avlopp luktade fruktansvärt. Behövde täcka över avloppet med sopkorgen för att stoppa doften. Sängen var ganska hård.

Cơ bản mọi thứ ổn, tuy nhiên mình ở 2 ngày có nhờ lễ tân cho người dọn phòng giúp nhưng 2 ngày đó phòng mình ko đc dọn, nhà vệ sinh hơi có mùi và cửa nhà vệ sinh bị hư ko đóng đc

Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng mát

Als man in das Zimmer kam, hat es schon feucht und nach Schimmel gerochen. Nach kurzem erkunden unseres Zimmers, haben wir Schimmelflecken an den Wänden und besonders im Bad entdeckt. Als wir dann bei der Rezeption um eine kostenfreie Stornierung gebeten haben, hieß es: Nach dem Check-In kann man nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren. Uns wurde ein Upgrade angeboten. Das neue Zimmer war zwar renoviert, jedoch haben wir auch einige Schimmelflecken entdecken können und der feuchte Geruch war ebenfalls vorhanden. Für eine nach Nacht mussten wir es also aushalten. Zudem waren die ‚Matratzen‘ unfassbar hart und ungemütlich. Laut dem Mitarbeiter handelt es sich um asiatische Matratzen- nicht zu empfehlen.

Really good location in relation to centre. Worries about noise as Hanoi is a busy city but we had a room at the back and heard nothing. Rooms are a good size and staff are super friendly and helpful.

Bathroom wasn’t like the photos, was fine but there was a lot of limescale in the shower but other than that room was really clean.

We liked the staff, location, room size.

Was a bit dated,, and the beds were v hard, but everything worked, staff sorted a minor issue straight away. There was no breakfast or tea and coffee, but there was a kettle and cups. There are loads of coffee/tea shops everywhere.

Location is good

The room didn’t feel clean at all. Lots of ants, many in the bed. Shower wasn’t pleasant. The beds were comfortable and it was a big room with a window and balcony but wouldn’t stay again

Alleen de locatie was prima

Vreselijk. Echt nooit naartoe gaan. Foto’s kloppen niet, overal schimmel, keiharde bedden, koude douches. Lawaai en herrie van buiten en van het personeel op de gang. Wij hadden een taxi geboekt en van te voren betaald voor naar het vliegveld en deze kwam niet opdagen. De man achter de receptie hielp ons niet, lag half te slapen en we kregen ons geld niet terug. Slechtste ervaring die ik ooit heb gehad.

Functional mid-budget hotel in a very central location in the old town. Comfortable bed and clean room. Recommended.

Worn down, rusty and moldy bathrooms. Overcharged for early check in. One of the staffs was not very pleasant. Another one (perhaps the manager) was very nice and helped us change rooms when the heater in our first room didn’t work. Feels like this place peaked a decade ago.

Not much. The location was ok

When I arrived to check in, I was immediately asked to cancel the booking and pay in cash. They said they’d give me 200k off the price if I did. When I said I couldn’t do that as I would be charged in full, they didn’t care and stared in stalemate. Only when another staff member arrived was I allowed to check in, but still asked to go to an atm and pay in cash. About an hour later, I was again asked to cancel the booking and they wouldn’t take no for an answer. They managed to cheat the system and all me to cancel for free. When the older woman in charge seen this, she got very angry and started to physically hit the staff member and then proceeded to angrily force money into my hand as if this was my idea. I then spent the night awake from all the noise. The rock hard beds didn’t help. I booked 3 nights and left after 1. No refund was offered and to be honest, I didn’t even bother asking for fear of getting a slap off the owner myself

Хотелът беше приличен. Човекът, който работи на рецепция през деня беше учтив и мил. Хотелът е точно в стария град. От самия хотел можеш да наемеш скутер. Можеш да си оставиш багажа срещу скромно заплащане. На нас това ни беше от голяма полза, тъй като летяхме с вътрешен полет до Phu quok и след това отново се върнахме в Ханой.

Първата стая, в която се настанихме не беше особено чиста. И беше много, много, много шумно. Преместиха ни в по-малка стая, в която беше по-добре откъм чистота и шум следващите дни. Бяхме заплатили по-скъпата стая и не ни върнаха разликата в цената. Нямаше закуска.

Very worth for money. Reasonable price for hotel located right the center. We took 10 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake as well as Market. Local foods are all around the hotel. Location is convenient

ORRIBILE grandissima truffa le foto non corrispondono alla camera in realtà camera SPORCA fatiscente puzzolente terribilmente rumorosa non sono riuscito a concludere il soggiorno e sono SCAPPATO nell’indifferenza più totale del credo proprietario. Una truffa legalizzata per favore non soggiornate qua state alla larga!!!!

Larger room with seperate shower so the whole bathroom didn’t get wet. Great location.

Valor altíssimo pelo que oferece. Banheiro precisa de mais limpeza. Lugar barulhento. Instalações antigas. O hotel mais caro que ficamos. Tem coisas melhores na área.

Està cèntric i fa la funció d’habitació d’un vespre. L’aigua està calenta i hi ha tovalloles i la roba de llit està neta.

La paret del llit de l’habitació tenia humitat i el recepcionista dormia al sofà de l’entrada. Hem fet el check-out i no s’ha despert, hem deixat la targeta al mostrador.

Location is central to walk around old quarter however it is extremely noisy at night, hard to sleep. The receptionists are extremely nice and helpful.

The facility was old, dirty, with mold walls, you could hear everything at night making it impossible to sleep

Начну сначала. Поставили цену отеля в 10 раз больше и типо скидка 90 и более %. На деле он даже этих денег со скидкой не стоит. Обман с самого начала. Маркетинговый дешёвый ход. Фотографии, представленные и на самом деле - разные истории. Живьём все печально. Начиная с входа в отель. Вход перегорожен был по заезду полностью байками, нам с чемоданами пришлось ижти в обход и протискиваться. Сам отель находится между двумя забегаловками с местной едой. По нашему приезду рядом с отелем жарили чеснок в трех огромных сковородах... запах невыносимый шёл прямо в отель и в окна отеля. Насколько все печально поняли не сразу, видимо с дороги очень устали. На рисепшене сказали, если оплатим картой, то будет выше цена. Отмените бронь букинг тогда % не возьмут. Я сказала, что хорошо, пусть будет выше %. Но отменять бронь не буду. Далее нас пооведи в номер, в котоом мы должны были провести три ночи. Я аллергик. Сразу поняла, что здесь находится невозможно из- за "ароматной" ( на деле дешёвой вонючей) химии, которой по всей видимости хотели замаскировать запахи от еды и чеснока с улицы. Я сказала, что здесь не могу находиться. В итоге отвели в другой номер, который без балкона. То что ремонт очень не свежий и в целом ощущение грязного помещения, на тот момент отошло на второй план. Отсутствие чая, кофе и мини бара тоже не до этого было. В номере также стоял запах химии, но всё же поменьше, решили, что откроем окно и может как то проветрим. Но под окном жарили чеснок... В итоге мы ушли гулять на улицу... при том что это была ночь и мы устали с дороги. После прогулки зайдя в номер мы поняли, что не сможем тут остаться, как бы мы себя ни уговаривали. Забронировали в час ночи соседний отель, но только после того, как убедились, что там всё в порядке. Утром, мы пошли в первый отель, о котором сейчас отзыв. Попросили вернуть деньги за две ночи из трёх.

We were “upgraded” to a balcony room. It was not a balcony you could actually use as the air conditioning system was on it. And because it was at the front of the building it was extremely loud to the traffic outside
