It was quiet at night and the room had great lighting along with black out electric blinds. This was the nicest motel room that we have stayed in since we started traveling to Pigeon Forge 30 some years ago.

We were only there overnight, but the room was great. The beds were a little hard, but I have trouble sleeping in any bed due to a bad back.

The Bed was super comfy, loved the blackout shade. Very comfortable. Alejandro was super attentive and helpful.

I did not like that the first day for breakfast, coffee and juices were available for self-serve but the following day, when I arrived there wasn't coffee or juice available and I went to get it in the lobby. The breakfast attendant seemed offended that I didn't wait for her to get my coffee.

The hotel is beautiful! Clean, handicap friendly, amenities readily available for your needs. Rooms very large! Tv so nice. Walk-in in shower perfect! The location amazing and view of mountains lovely!

The breakfast was a little disappointing. This menu is the same as lots of offer as free breakfasts with stay.

My stay was severely ruined by the lobby marketplace's payment system and the unacceptable behavior of the front desk staff. The self-service kiosk was completely broken—it printed blank paper for one transaction and failed to send an email for another, leaving me with zero receipts. To add insult to injury, the coffee maker inside the room was also broken and unusable. When I tried to buy beverages at the front desk on July 9, the female staff member flatly refused room charges or credit cards. She aggressively demanded cash only, stating it wasn't her problem that the kiosk was broken. After I paid cash, she shocked me by saying she couldn't print a receipt for cash either. When I demanded proof of purchase, she reluctantly printed an internal daily log and slammed it heavily onto the desk in a highly unprofessional and aggressive manner. While the Regional Director of Operations later stepped in to investigate, the on-site experience was a complete nightmare. Forcing cash payments while refusing to provide official receipts raises serious compliance red flags. The combination of broken facilities and staff who lack basic training and respect makes this property impossible to recommend.

Very friendly staff and the lobby was nicely decorated. The pool looked fun and the fitness center had a lot of equipment, one of the larger ones I have seen in a hotel! The room was spacious and had a nice view. Really liked the black out shade!

I'm picky and did not enjoy the stiffness of the sheets. Also breakfast was an extra charge.

We had a wonderful stay at Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge! The beds were, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The location is another huge plus—it’s just minutes from The Island, so getting to restaurants, shopping, and attractions was quick and convenient without being right in the middle of all the traffic

A few things kept this from being a 5-star stay. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. I also witnessed someone taking towels from a housekeeping cart in the hallway. I reported it to the front desk because I thought they should know, but they didn’t seem concerned and made me feel like I was overreacting. The pool area is nice, but there isn’t enough seating for guests during busy times. We also had to leave early due to my mom not feeling well, and the staff didn’t offer any kind of refund or compensation, which was disappointing.

Breakfast was good and facilities were great.

Rooms were not cleaned daily. 2nd day staying the room was cleaned great. 3rd day, only fresh towels were supplied and trash wasnt even emptied. 4th day our room wasnt even touched; no fresh towels, no trash picked up, no nothing.I called the front desk to ask for fresh towels, she said she would have some brought up but that never happened. I then saw a cleaning attendant in the hall and asked her for some fresh towels and brought her the trash. She told me that my room had already been cleaned. I just laughed and said no, you are mistaken. FYI, we did not even have a do not disturb card so that was never placed on the door during our stay.

Friendly staff! Very clean,beautiful, spacious rooms. The pool was great pool my son. And the view from our room was gorgeous! Great location 10 mins from Dollywood and 5 minutes from The Island. Will definitely be back!

I did not like that breakfast did not come with my stay. Even if a hot breakfast is not offered you should have a continental breakfast included with room. There are other hotels that were less expensive that offer free breakfast

The Mountain View’s were beautiful, location was nice, like the idea of it being a newer more modern hotel. The staff were very nice. The rooms were spacious which was nice as well. The pool was nicely designed and my son loved it.

The cleanliness was lacking and our sheets were dirty. Dirt from the floor was in the bed and there was also dirt on the floor where the room was not swept. We had to switch rooms and the first room didn’t smell clean like the second room did.

The staff was super friendly when checking in. They would always great us when we exited or entered the building. The rooms were clean and tidy. They were very spacious. The shower was great and the shower head had a rain feature on it.

The only thing that wasn't the best is they do have a food area and it can get very costly to get snacks.

My only complaint was I didn’t bring my own pillow. Not everyone likes a firm pillow. I understand it’s easier for hotels to purchase bulk but would be nice to have a variety of firmness
