Tru By Hilton Pigeon Forge

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The location was close to the Island.

The room was stuffy/damp filling. the shower leaked out under the shower door. Had to put towels on the floor for the water. The shower door bottom seal probably needs to be replaced.

Great stay! Staff were awesome!

Some of the staff aT the desk .. wasn’t told housekeeping was every other day .. asked what do we do with extra garbage and pointed outside to the 2 cans in front of the building to put them in the cans . No guest laundry had to use home 2 laundry facility. Breakfast staff was awesome . No microwaves in rooms and fridge is the size of a small box

They keep the hotel very cool, great for hot days after walking and being in the sun. Very great location right across from the island. Great price for the location. The room is very clean.

My booking dot com reservation didn’t go through their system and I feel the staff could have been nicer about handling the situation. They basically told me my reservation didn’t go through and I could stay somewhere else. I was like I want to stay here, do you have a room which they did. I guess they felt as though they didn’t need my business.

Bed was very hard and the pillows were basically paper with a pillowcase. The thermostat was a little finicky, 1 degree in temperature difference was extreme.

The hotel was in a great location, very clean, and the staff is very helpful. It has a nice lobby area to eat or hang out with family and friends.

The bathroom with walkin shower was excellent and how clean the room was.

No clock, coffee maker or microwave. No in room safe. The internet was lacking and the comforter was itchy and not soft.

The breakfast was the best feature of our stay. The room was clean. The towels were nice. Definitely a family friendly hotel with games to play and the rooftop terrace was nice. Had to slam our door shut to get it to lock.

No drawers to put your clothes in. No microwave in the room makes it difficult to heat up leftovers or make hot water. No individually operated nightlights for the beds. The pillows were horrible and could definitely stand to be replaced.

Great place. Location was good and very convenient. I will definitely stay here again. Facility was very clean and modern looking. Breakfast was fantastic as well!

The room was extremely smaller then the photos suggested. We checked out 15/20 mins after checking in and they’re refusing a refund for the last three days of our booked stay.

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge & Tyler who ran the desk at Hilton-Tru was just so pleasant and accommodating! We weren't sure if we had a Hilton account so he helped us not only find our account but also provided our account number because we added an additional day to our stay and if that wasn't enough, he then made sure that we kept the same room so we didn't have to move anything! It's a real pleasure knowing companies like Hilton employ such quality people who are not only competent but personable and kind and who REALLY care! When we visit Pigeon Forge next time we'll be checking into Hilton-Tru again!

La.ubicacion con respecto a Ripken experience, tiene buena ubicación, el desayuno esta bien, las piscinas son bonitas tiene outdoor e indoor.

Le hace falta limpieza a las paredes y pisos de.las duchas de los banos, limpian un dia de por medio, se escucha todo, de la parte de afuera de la habitación y de las del lado.

The location of the property was very convenient.

The pillows and bedding felt very cheap and uncomfortable. The room was poorly lit, making it feel dark and uninviting, and it did not appear to be very clean. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations for comfort or cleanliness.

The room was smaller than I expected. There was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in the lobby during "off" hours was either nonexistent or cold and unsatisfactory. The staff was not always friendly and responsive. Also, I booked online and it only allowed me to book one night. When I asked the staff if they could extend for another night at the same rate, they said no I would have to book another night online. This resulted in costing about $15.00 more than the first night.

We had a confrontation with an employee behind the desk. He was young and rude. The other employee was very kind and apologized for the rude behavior of the co-worker, but he was very rude in front of my husband and children so my husband does not want to come back.

The room was terrible. The mattress was so soft that when you sat on it you felt the wood base. There was no place for clothes/no dresser, no coffee maker or microwave (aren't those standard in rooms now?!?) and the one ice machine in the hotel did not work. The person at the front desk was not helpful and told us we could talk with the manager when she was here but there is only one manager and she only works 8 to 5 Monday through Friday (we checked in on a Sunday). We were very disappointed with this stay!

THE front hotel staff are completely rude!! We ended up leaving, while checking in the lady kept making really rude comments towards me!! Never have I ever experienced that before.

Facilities were clean. Location was excellent! Close to all attractions. Staff offered excellent customer service.

The room had no chair to sit in. I asked the staff at the front desk and he was very courteous and helpful. He was able to have a chair sent up for me to sit in.
