Comfy Sleep with Breakfast

Great location! Very responsive host and we loved the breakfast! That was a highlight. Beds were comfortable. Thank you, would love to stay again in the future!

The breakfast is every bit as good as the pictures show. So many options.

We were there on a few very warm days. Air conditioning would have been nice.

Reasonably priced room, not far from Vancouver, Anita is a nice person.

general cleaning is needed, especially in the kitchen. There is no oven, stove for cooking, no grill, which makes cooking impossible. There is no washing and dryer machine

The location, near the airport

Filthy, the door panel walls are not being cleaned. The dirty residues are sticking on them. There were hairs on the floor and bathtub walls. The old bar soap has been sitting there for ages. The breakfast served is not balanced. Lots of bread selection but no eggs, only 1 kind of cold cuts. I stayed in the basement, and there isn't a full bathroom . You have to go up to the main floor to take a shower, which is very inconvenient. I think it was overpriced.

My stay went well. though my booking got a glitch where my dates were changed and when i Called Anita , she just asked me to drop by on my original date and that she will do whatever to help accommodate. I was given a room and had to switch the room for the second night. But that was not an issue at all. The main point is that she really took great care that the guests are comfortable. Nice and clean place Coffee and breakfast are also good. I will visit again.

It presented as a hotel but was a crappy Airbnb in the middle of nowhere. Try to cancel 10 minutes after booking but owner wouldn’t give my money back because they’re too cheap

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay without sacrificing comfort, I highly recommend this place. Clean, nice staff and breakfast

I did not. I showed up for the property to be a shared home in a residential property. It was listed as a hotel and even in communication they used the words hotel. It’s a large group home style place. It is not a hotel as advertised it is a shared home setting. Although they falsely advertised they didn’t refund me and I had to pay for a hotel on top of the costs. Booking.com did not stand beside the false advertisement. Do not book. The couple was very unreasonable to deal with and has since changed the wording knowing they are wrong. This is not the setting advertised still and it as expensive as a hotel. Note- this is not the comfort inn hotel chain.

This is not a hotel but a room in a group home setting with kids, youth outside the home. This is not a hotel even though in your communications they try and tell you this. They were unreasonable when I told them they didn’t advertise correctly (although they changed the wording) and refused to refund me. They stated they were a hotel. I don’t mind shared settings but if I’m paying as much and told it’s a hotel then o don’t feel it’s ok to have to pay for it being falsely advertised.

It was a very nice stay. Anita takes really good care of her guests. and prepares the breakfast herself. I stayed 6 days. Everything was great.

Didn’t realize I was booking a shared bathroom but when we got there she gave us a room with our own bathroom. House is dated and needs some updates for sure . Breakfast was ok . Some Stale croissants and donuts set out . Coffee was fresh and strong .

Anita's Bed and breakfast is a real gem of a place. It’s a family run business and they are all so welcoming and friendly. Anita is easy to communicate with and the breakfast was very good.

I felt a little cold in the night but Anita gave me a woolen blanket and it was okay

I was taking a flight from Abbotsford and this B&B stood out for its closeness to the airport, value for money and the fabulous breakfast it was offering. I had a comfortable nights sleep, met a few interesting fellow travellers and ate a wonderful breakfast. It was truly spectacular and even some sandwiches for onward travel. I was even able to arrange my taxi through the owner. I highly recommended this property.

The location was absolutely perfect - very close off the highway. Everything was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was a lot more than I expected. The best part was the hospitality from Anita, she has great energy, and was so welcoming. The whole check in is very professional. I will stay again if I pass through Abbotsford! Thank you Anita!

Am very surprised , I had the most amazing stay and Highly recommend this B&B. its a very beautiful home turned into a little hotelier thing with amazing breakfast . eat all you can and take out as well. She is a very nice host and takes care of guests very well. all appliances are set up to your needs, breakfast is all around the kitchen with a sandwich bar in the center with 4 different types of meat . amazing

The check in staff was quick and efficient (it was a sort of hybrid self check in with assistance). In the morning there was ample choices for breakfast - most of which was homemade and delicious. The owner sat and chatted with us, which was really nice, because we were scoping out a possible community to relocate to. It's a regular home turned into a bed and breakfast, so it's not so much a quaint vacation stay as a clean, friendly, comfortable place to be in Abbottsford with a welcoming staff.

The bedroom fridge smelled of fish. The breakfast looks extensive, but the bagels we tried were dated. The kitchen fridge contained moldy grapes.

Nice and easy to get too, close to the highway and other amenities. Personally it was close to the border and i was starting a trip the next day to cycle to Mexico! Anita helped me with my bike and bags and even accommodated to my needs by changing my room to a more cycle accessible door out the back!

had a good stay and good relax. we came to meet friends and family and the rooms were good enough for all of us. Nice and clean and everything was provided . We used their firepit at the back yard and it was just wonderful. The bed is just perfect. Breakfast was a lot of different pastries , muffins , 6 types of bread and bagels, meat and sandwiches . We were allowed to pack as well. good taste coffee . thank you for accommodating us

This is the master bedroom , 2 large queen beds and a walk in closet , own private bathroom, disco light was provided and it was switched on when we arrived . seemed like we entered paradise. everything was great. breakfast was just amazing . it was too much . thank you

Very accommodating and beautiful home. Nice and clean . Host and staff are very friendly. The breakfast was superb. This was a master suite and we really enjoyed every moment. Detailing is very good. We will book again for sure as we often visit the Valley. We are a happy couple so we really enjoy

Our arrival was very late around 2am , and we were given self check-in which was very nice Thanks Anita, for the wonderful stay. Great communication and the place was just as advertised. We had a great sleep before heading off. Will return

Bedding needs to be replaced. We didn’t feel clean. Cocktail Ice was not easily available—in refrigerator freezer frozen in essentially a block. The shower valves need maintenance.

Could not have found anything better . Out of all the B&B this one is the best we experience. the breakfast collection is great. Host is fond of flowers , her positive energy towards hosting and guests makes you feel at home

One of the better B&B I've ever visited. Very friendly host, very nice and accommodating place. The rooms were well kept and the breakfast is amazing to wake up to. my stay was great. all day coffee was wonderful. The hosts attention to detail is incredible and they care for everyone that walks through the door.

The breakfast was really good and lots of choices, as well the staff was really friendly and helpful! I’ll go back soon

I read a couple of bad reviews of this place and at first had some worries. However, the host was quite nice and we didn't have any issues.
