Casa Valentina Hanoi Hotel

Absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed here for 8 nights and I was happy with my room and the service. The staff were kind and extremely helpful. They organised my airport transfers without any issues and made it easy for me. The room was spacious for one. The location was perfect because it was in the heart of old quarter, near so many amazing restaurants.

Great location. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean with a good shower. We had a large balcony which looked out over the street. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, with eggs and pho made to order, the pho was quite nice. Staff were really nice too.

More seating at breakfast, but understandably space is a premium.

A small, cozy hotel in a great location. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff is responsive and will help you out in any way they can. Free umbrellas are available if it rains. Will stay here again when I come back to Hanoi in the future.

Noisy at times.

The hotel is in a very good position to visit the city in the old quarter, and there’s a lot of restaurants and cafes around. The hotel manager and everyone from the staff was helpful and kind. The room was spotless clean. We appreciated also the breakfast, with both sweet and salty options.

Mooi net hotel midden in Hanoi. Bij aankomst waren kamers mooi versierd met bloemblaadjes. De wasbak lag ook helemaal vol met gekleurde bladeren. Voelde gastvrij aan. Hotel had ook een taxi voor ons geregeld om ons op te halen bij het vliegveld. Top service. Het ontbijt was goed, enige kleine nadeel was dat je beneden in de lobby aan een paar tafels en krukken moest eten. Maar had ook wel weer wat. Hotel ligt mooi in het midden van Hanoi, hierdoor het oude centrum makkelijk bereikbaar!

The location of Casa Valentina was perfect, right in the Old Quarter. The staff were lovely and the facilities were extremely clean. There wasn’t enough room at breakfast so they kindly took us to their sister hotel which didn’t disappoint. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was excellent and beautifully prepared with a romantic touch, which made our arrival feel very special. The service throughout our stay was impeccable — everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Mooi, fijn en schoon hotel met super fijne bedden! Heerlijk geslapen :). Fijne ontvangst met vers fruit en een lekker ontbijt. Fijn contact met het personeel dat graag helpt bij alles.

Enige kleine tegenvaller was dat de regendouche kop gescheurd leek en verkalkt was, waardoor er bijna geen water uit kwam. De kleine douchekop deed het wel goed, maar gleed ook steeds omlaag als je eronder wilde staan. Dat maakte het iets minder comfortabel. Zonder dat was het perfect geweest!

I loved my stay at this hotel - I was very lucky that they upgraded my room and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious and loved that you could also op to go to their sister hotel for breakfast as well. Because I did a Ha Long Bay overnight cruise - the staff held and looked after my big suitcase whilst I was away. I will definitely be booking this hotel again when I come back to Vietnam.

Buena ubicación. Hotel recién reformado, todo era nuevo y estaba muy limpio. Recepcionistas muy serviciales y agradables. Te prestan paraguas si llueve. Tiene ascensor. La habitación es interior pero los techos son muy altos por lo que no da sensación de agobio, y por contra no se escucha absolutamente nada del ruido de la calle. Muy recomendable.

Se hace raro que el desayuno se sirva en la misma recepción 😬. Tenía reservadas dos habitaciones y una de ellas olía a tabaco.

Tot en general! Molt net, el personal molt atent, habitació espaiosa, esmorzar correcte. Et fan pícnic d’esmorzar si el demanes. Tot van ser facilitats.

El tema balcó, realment no podíem utilitzar-lo com a tal. Tenia un metre quadrat amb les màquines de l’aire acondicionat. L’aigua calenta de la dutxa no funcionava, però com feia molta calor realment no era imprescindible.

Nice property close to the main highlights. Friendly staff and a quiet room, although it had no window. The breakfast area is in an awkward spot next to the lobby lift; staff kindly offered breakfast at their sister hotel just a short stroll away.

Shower lacked hot water throughout my stay.

Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et aidant. Nous avons séjourné deux fois ici et avons pu laisser nos bagages gratuitement pendant une semaine. De plus nous avons pu avoir un check-in anticipé et un petit-déjeuner dès notre arrivée. L’emplacement est parfait, les chambres spacieuses , modernes et confortables. Les chambres sont décorées de fleurs et ça sent extrêmement bon !

Les chambres avec balcon sont très bruyantes, la porte du balcon n’est pas isolée, nous entendions les bruits de la route, des klaxons toute la nuit. C’est dommage car nous avions eu une chambre sans balcon lors de notre première visite, elle coûte moins chère et est bien isolée du bruit.

La ubicación perfecta en el centro histórico junto a los lugares imprescindibles en Hanoi.Acertamos de pleno, entrada al hotel sin grandes pretensiones pero la habitación amplia, limpía y vistas con todos los servicios. Mucho más de lo que parece al llegar en una sencilla recepción. Desayuno completísimo y sobre todo una atención impecable. Se portaron con nosotros de maravilla ambos empleados de la recepción, y contratamos dos excursiones con ellos. El nivel de las agencias colaboradoras de 10.

I want to say special thank you to hotel manager Jimmy, and all the stuff working in the hotel, they were beyond helpful, kind and friendly. They have helped us with everything, starting with answering all our little questions, to booking a wonderful excursion trip at their reception desk, to solving some major problems. The hotel is located perfectly in the touristy center, it’s very clean and cosy. We lived on the 7th floor and had a wonderful view of the neighborhood from our balcony. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

L’établissement est très bien situé. La chambre très grande pour une famille de 3. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

The staff were all so friendly and happy to help. Jimmy was fabulous, giving us a warm welcome with fresh fruit and juce, and supporting us throughout our stay. I was traveling alone with 2 kids and felt safe and completly trusted all the staff. The room was large and clean. I didn't feel pressured to book any trips through the hotel but actually regretted not taking them up on their offers once I moved on. I did book our Limo service to Ha Long with them and the procedure and communication was faultless. The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to a lot of places and attractions.

Super nettes Personal, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit!

Un hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville, de son agitation, tout en étant au calme pour se reposer dans la chambre toujours propre et bien climatisée. Le lit était bien confortable. Le personnel était toujours souriant et présent si besoin. Des excursions sont programmées si besoin, sans forcer. Le petit déjeuner était varié avec des fruits et gourmandises cuisinées aussi. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation.

Everything was great! From the moment we walked in, the reception gave us welcome fruit and fruit drinks. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had everything from fruit, toast, bacon and sausage and Vietnamese dishes.

The location was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere within 10 minutes. The rooms were clean, modern and extremely spacious. All though its central, it is very quiet at night time which was great for getting a good rest. The staff were excellent and so helpful.

De vriendelijkheid van het Personeel. De kamer met een heerlijk bed. Ook het attente schoonmaakpersoneel. Ik liet mijn kamer niet opruimen maar ze waren zo attent om nieuwe handboeken wc rol en flesjes water voor mijn deur klaar te zetten. Het bed was mijn beste van heel mijn verblijf in vietnam

Personeel was mega vriendelijk. Hielpen je met alles! Kamers waren super schoon. Ontbijt was top!

We stayed here for one week with our family and had a great experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, happy to help, and ready to answer any questions. Housekeeping was excellent, and our room was cleaned thoroughly every day.

The breakfast was tasty, but the selection was quite limited, especially if you stay for several days. Breakfast is also served in the lobby next to the elevators, which isn't the most comfortable place to eat. The area can be quite noisy, but we expected that because the hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi.
