L'emplacement moyen, proche du centre commercial meme s'il faut faire tout le tour pour y acceder, mis à part cela pas d'interet. L'appartement en lui même etait moyen, pas comme sur les photos, hygiene à amélioré.

The bed was quite comfortable, the building architect and location. The host/pic was helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the accommodation completely overshadowed all the good things about the stay.

The odour throughout the entire unit was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS AND UNBEARABLE. The smell of cigarette smoke was EVERYWHERE. The moment we stepped into the unit, we could smell it, and the cigarette smoke was strongly mixed with the DRAINAGE SMELL coming from the toilet. It felt as though the cigarette smell had been deeply absorbed into the entire unit. There was even a cigarette burn mark on the sofa. We raised this issue with the host, but unfortunately, there was very little they could do about it. This issue seriously AFFECTED a family member with a respiratory condition. The floor was also extremely sticky. The host did mention that they could ask the cleaner to help, but at that point, we decided to give up on the accommodation and did not stay until the end of our booked period. The entire building also felt very messy and uncomfortable. During our check-in, I personally witnessed the police coming into the building to apprehend someone suspected of drug use. When we were leaving, the police were also conducting an operation throughout the building. Only then did we learn that there were allegedly ILLEGAL KTV activities and DRUG-DEALING activity taking place within the same block, we got the photo online XHS. Overall, whatever was good about the accommodation was completely overshadowed by the unacceptable odour, cleanliness issues, and the overall environment. The photo shown on the websites was quite irrelevant from what we got as well. We ultimately decided that it was not suitable for my family and left before the end of our booking.

Expérience catastrophique — à fuir absolument ! ​C'est la pire résidence dans laquelle j'ai séjourné à Kuala Lumpur. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit. ​Voici les nombreux points négatifs rencontrés lors de notre séjour de 18 jours : ​Service et accueil déplorables : Le personnel est irrespectueux, manque de professionnalisme et a de grandes difficultés à s'exprimer en anglais. Aucune volonté de faire le moindre effort pour aider les clients. ​Arrivée chaotique : Alors que notre arrivée était bien annoncée et que nous sommes arrivés à 17h (pour un check-in prévu dès 15h), le badge n'était pas dans la boîte aux lettres. J'ai dû insister lourdement et attendre 45 minutes avec des enfants en bas âge avant qu'on nous envoie enfin quelqu'un. ​Gestion absurde des accès : On ne nous a fourni qu'un seul badge d'accès pour un groupe de 7 personnes, ce qui impose d'immenses contraintes au quotidien. ​Équipements et propreté insuffisants : ​Seulement 3 serviettes, 4 assiettes et 4 bols fournis pour 7 personnes. ​Aucun changement de draps durant la totalité des 18 jours. ​Absence d'aspirateur, de fer à repasser, etc. ​Presences de cafards durant le séjour. ​Canapé cassé et totalement différent de celui présenté sur les photos.

The unit was nice as it’s located at the corner especially for the privacy.

The floor does not properly clean and can feel the sticky. The floor mat does not helpful to absorb the water drip from toilet. The iron & ironing board were faulty. There’s no TV however in advertisement stated there’s a TV provided

The host didn't bother to inform us the swimming pool are on maintenance i just know it because already there and asking the building staff about what happening with the pools he tell us the pools not longer used for few months.. i was disappointed since i chose it because of the pools so my kids can enjoy it.

The lobby is instagramable nice spot to tkar a picture.

Have to pay double deposit 1 from booking.com and 1 from host and the host say will returned at night after check out. When i check in the host/ booking.com didn’t inform earlier the pool is under maintance. Take a longer time for host to pickup the call and when he pickup the call he cannot communicate english/malay properly which is really hard to understand.Unpleasent smell, not enough towel for 6 adult, the hanger was not enough, iron board and iron was broken and smell burned,towel rail is unattached to the wall when i check in. The most frustrated thing is that the access card cannot detect properly at lift my family and i stuck for a few minute to get to the house. This is first and last to stay at arte cheras thank you for the experience

I feel really bad on this accommodation , the floor is so dirty , I think the bedsheets didn’t change I can see the long hair on the bed , other bed got red mark So disgusting ….. Aircond no function also I try to contact the person in charge , they are not responding about this issue and keep seen my WhatsApp I can’t tahan anymore , so I just check out rent an other place

Ich habe mehr bezahlt damit wir früher einchecken können, leider habe ich kein sauberes Appartment vorgefunden

Quick response from staff eg replace remote control battery, refill empty freshener, change pillow. Air conditioners, hair dryer and kettle are workerable.

Below my expectations, the house design looks good but the room facility is terrible especially the bedsheets, comforter and pillows, all yellowish with stains and dust. The bed is sinking. Dining chairs are shaking. Floors are sticky. Our 👣 are in black.Cigarettes smell in the room. We booked a 2 night stay but unable to cancel even due to poor condition. With no choice, we bought one time off disposable bedsheets and pillows case from KKV otherwise totally cannot sleep. Very bad experience and the great reviews from visitors are in doubt or I'm not in luck. Management should look into these issues seriously by improving the hygiene problem. Unfortunately it really spoiled our holiday mood.

The cleaness and the arrangement of the furniture in the apartment, make it looks spacious

Lots of stop before arriving the apartment, from parking,lift, changing tower, lift. It's tiring

Very limited communication from host. but the person in charge is helpful. room is not similar as what it advertised, we feel like we being scammed. the interior design of the homestay is plain, not looking as beautiful as the pictures on the website.

Мы бронировали красивые, современные апартаменты. Апартаменты в которые нас заселили не соответствовали указанным фото на booking. Апартаменты и мебель очень грязные. Пришлось все самим отмывать, потому что жили месяц. Локация кондо неудобная, такси ждать долго, пешком особо сходить некуда, кроме рядом огромного маркета. Отменять бронь не хотелось, потому что не хотели искать другие, все уставшие были-они этим и пользуются. Не рекомендую этот апарт-отель.

The Awesomestay operator is really very irresponsible and gave a very unreasonable excuse that the unit that I booked was leaking water whereas the Truth is they are lying n don't have available apartment. It was very upsetting that this type of operator is swindling travellers by faking available premises that they cannot deliver.

The staff, i'm not checking in yet but repeatedly remind me the check out. Like if i'm not aware my check out date. Have to use different elevator between parking lot & the stay Facilities in the house quite poor, no bowl, no mugs, the juga kettle is out of service, the dish wash & shower cream use the very cheap one🙃🙃🙃

The house reeks from cigarette smell, even the curtain smells cigarette!!My kids is asthmatic and her health condition is bad after breathing in this house!The floor is sticky and the worst part of the house is the HOUSE IS INFECTED WITH BEDBUGS!!!All of us are itchy and couldn't sleep. There was also cockroaches in the room and bathroom. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. We stayed at C2-21-02. THE WORST PLACE AND DECISION EVER!
