Él trato del personal y la ubicación del lugar, todo estaba muy limpio.

El personal muy servicial. Hay productos de aseo. Sábanas y toallas limpias. Buena ubicación

El ascensor pequeño. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio incómodo. El aire acondicionado hacía ruido. No hacían la habitación a diario.

Camera este mare dotată cu televizor cu led , patul matrimonial confortabil, aerul condiționat funcționează bine . Din partea casei îți oferă 2 ape , cornulețe , cafea , ceai . Locație este situata la 350 metri față de gara Termini . Gazda foarte amabilă !! Raport calitate preț foarte ok !!

Camerele sunt situate într-o casă veche ,la etajul 4, cu casa scării foarte îngustă și întunecată cu un lift de 2 persoane foarte vechi care nu prezenta siguranță !! Mobilierul din camere uzat !

로마 시내의 오래된 아파트이기 때문에 엘리베이터가 매우 협소한 점 유의. 숙소 자체는 인테리어를 새로 했고 갖출 것은 다 갖추고 있음. 만약 큰짐이 있다면 여러번 옮겨야 할 수도 있는데 로마는 대부분 마찬가지일 것임.

La localização, do tamanho do quarto, da simpatia do staff, ajudaram em tudo o que pedimos. Deixaram-nos fazer o chek in antes do tempo e podemos deixar as malas depois do chek out.

Excelente atención!! Said, el encargado, estuvo atento en todo momento para lo q haga falta, y hasta me ofreció su ayuda para acercar las valijas hasta el bus. El lugar es sencillo pero muy bien puesto, limpio y prolijo, con los servicios necesarios y pequeños detalles

We liked everything. Starting from the communication with the manager during reservation and agreement about check in till agreement related to picking up our luggage in the evening. The guy was always 5 minutes away, he was available to come and flexible for check in, check out and also for the time when we picked our luggage. Yes that is true, our luggage was safe and kept on the reception and we were able to pick it up right before our bus to the airport. I would also note thar the apartment was very clean, all furniture and things looked like renovated maybe in the last 2 or 3 years. So really good impresion from that perspective as well. Even the room was enough spacious for 3 adults. Also we could make a coffee in the morning while we.prepare ourself for check out which is very important for us. There was coffee, tea and sweats waiting for us. The air conditioning system was working perfectly making the room cold very soon after we arrived, very important for July in Rome. Very friendly and pleasent experience overall.

Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione. Stanza bella, pulita e di ottime dimensioni, bagno e doccia grandi e comodi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ci è stata offerta anche una piccola colazione. Aria condizionata ok.

Estuvimos mas de 12hs sin agua caliente y nos querían dejar otro día más porque supuestamente no lo podían ir a arreglar. Tampoco hay lugar donde colgar las toallas.

A localização é muito boa para quem vai utilizar o trem como forma de viagem a outras cidades na Itália e para conhecer o centro de Roma.

Apesar de funcionais as instalações estão antigas. Travesseiros velhos. A recepção é feita em um escritório improvisado. Dá uma sensação desconfortável. Passa má impressão logo na chegada. Havia um cadeira com o forro rasgado no nosso quarto.

Close to transportation , Train, Bus and Tour Buses

Little outdated , Location was good in reference to transportation, but area seemed a little sketchy. I would not recommend walking around during late night.

Konumu oldukça merkezi,heryere yürüyebilirsiniz, otobüs , metro kullanmak da mümkün. Temizdi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve misafirperverdi.

There could have been more room amenities like tissues or paper towels. We had to go and buy some from the supermarket ourselves.

otel tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi, çalışanı bizle çok ilgilendi geldiğimizde bizi karşıladı aşağıda, odadan check out yapıp valizlerimizi bırakıp döndüğümüzde çok güzel ağırladı, gönderdi. her sorumuzla ilgilendi. otelin temizliği mükemmeldi çok tertemizdi. olanakları çok iyiydi kurutma makinesi, ketıl ne ararsak vardı. terminiye çok yakındı gideceğimiz çoğu yerde ordaki metroyu kullanarak gittik

Construction work started everyday at 8am and banging from then which we couldn't sleep through. It wouldn't stop all day. I appreciate it's not the hosts fault so not reflected in the score but be mindful when booking as I don't know how long this will continue. We didn't plan to spend much time here it was somewhere to sleep but we did not sleep well due to this and the bed is not very comfy and the pillows are lumpy. The streets outside the property at night do not feel safe. I would not recommend this for someone who is returning after dark and alone.

Hôte très gentil mais arrivée complexe : pas de réception, nous avons attendu presque 1h devant la porte avant que l'hôte arrive.

Uma acomodação excelente! Quarto de tamanho ótimo, com tudo que precisamos para nossa estadia (cafeteira, frigobar e secador) e cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso e equipado. Tudo bem limpo. A localização do hotel é excelente, perto da principal estação da cidade e fácil locomoção para os pontos turísticos. O anfitrião nós recebeu muito bem, foi muito solicito e explicou tudo com muita clareza, um atendimento excelente!

Para entrar estuvo difícil poder acceder, el edificio tiene su antigüedad y así sus instalaciones.

The person in charge of check-in, was very friendly and informative. He spoke several south asian languages too! The place was located within reach of main train station, which was essential for us with young children and luggage 🧳 they allowed us to store our luggage for free on check out day too! I would return for the convenience and space. The area is busy and loud but you don't hear it much with windows closed. AC is 💪 strong. Really good value for money.

Only thing was that I didn't understand the coffee machine but I was only staying one night so no biggie.

We stayed in this property in the beginning of the tourist season - we needed cheap and clean place to stay. We do not prefer to stay in the citycenter because of the noise, so the location of this property was perfect. The price met our expectations - we needed clean place to stay, we walked 30km per day :D in the citycenter, so we spent minimum of the time here.

Everything was fine. We knew what to expect for the price we paid. So nothing to complain about.

Non mi è piaciuto assolutamente nulla!

Sinceramente, definire questa topaia "sporca" è un complimento che non si merita affatto. Appena varcata la soglia, siamo stati investiti da un odore nauseabondo che ti toglieva il respiro. Le lenzuola? Erano luride e puzzavano di sudore e sporcizia; faceva schifo anche solo l'idea di sfiorarle con un dito. La struttura è un posto fatiscente, degradato e totalmente ai limiti dell'agibilità. Siamo rimasti lì esattamente cinque minuti, il tempo di avvertire i conati di vomito, prima di fuggire a gambe levate. Abbiamo dovuto buttare via soldi per trovare un'altra sistemazione all'ultimo secondo perché restare in quel posto era fisicamente impossibile. NON AVVICINATEVI NEMMENO. Un'esperienza vomitevole che non augurerei al mio peggior nemico.

Sehr zentrale Lage – alles, was man braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und bequem erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack viel zu hart, wodurch ich kaum erholsamen Schlaf finden konnte. Zusätzlich war es nachts ziemlich laut, da die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus fährt und regelmäßig vorbeikommt.

Location near Termini station is great. Room was well described. Host was very communicative and helpful. There was no problem with hot water.

The streets around the apartment look a bit dangerous at night. Luckily nothing happened. They don't look suspicious during the day.

Emplacement hyper central, proche gare 4 minutes, colisée ou fontaine de Trevi 20 minutes. Les métros sont également à 2 minutes. Tramway bus.... Restaurants. La chambre était très sobre et très confortable. Située côté cour, aucun bruit. Très propre également.

L'entrée de l'immeuble peut surprendre, l'ascenseur d'un autre temps également.

Nos recibió zakir, muy amable y cordial, el nos presto sus servicios durante toda la estancia, excelente atención, llegamos horas antes de hacer el check in y nos recibió y guardó las maletas sin problema de igual forma en el check out, muy recomendable por su atención y ubicación.

Great location, clear instructions given, safe, has an elevator, very close to restaurants and the train station, host did a great job to explain everything, extra pillows and tissues were given.

Εξυπηρετικότατοι οι άνθρωποι. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρότατο και ο,τι πρέπει για δύο άτομα. Πολύ καλή επιλογή!

η πιεση του ντους μας φάνηκε κάπως χαμηλή. Όχι οτι αποτελεί πρόβλημα, απλή παρατήρηση.

Location was amazing. Walking distance from the train station and not a bad walk to the Colosseum. The room was nice and well updated. We especially liked the updated bathroom. We enjoyed the antique elevator in the building.

Check-in was confusing. Check-out was confusing. The units were one one floor (3rd or 4th?) of a building used for other things. Finding the sign and getting into the building was confusing and then getting into the check-in was confusing. There wasn't much of a check-in desk. The process was confusing and we were charged an extra tourist tax when we arrived. When we left, we needed to leave our luggage for the day before our flight. The process to retrieve our luggage and check-out was also confusing. The 'office' isn't regularly staffed. It seems like someone's on call and you just need to give them 25-30min warning any time you need to meet a person at the unit. Not bad, just confusing and not well communicated.

L’host ci ha accolti prima dell’orario comunicatogli e ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie sia all’arrivo che quando dovevamo lasciare la struttura l’ultimo giorno, gratuitamente. La colazione non è inclusa ma comunque lasciano qualcosa in stanza, cosa molto gradita, e forniscono bottigliette d’acqua. Possibilità di fare tè, caffè e altro. Disponibili ad ogni ora, se contattati. Abbiamo comunicato principalmente in inglese e, pur conoscendo solo l’essenziale, non è stato assolutamente un problema (l’host masticava anche un po’ di italiano). La posizione è ottima (certo, si è sempre in zona stazione e, come in tutte le zone vicino alle stazioni, bisogna tenere gli occhi aperti, ma non abbiamo avuto mai problemi neanche di sera). Il bagno della camera tripla è completamente ristrutturato e le stanze si trovano al terzo piano, ma c’è ascensore.

Unica pecca, i cuscini sono molto sottili
