Buona posizione per raggiungere San Pietro in bus. Molto comodo il parcheggio nel box anche se dimensioni abbastanza ridotte (con un SUV bisogna lasciare la porta garage socchiusa)

Colazione migliorabile come gestione e come orari

Montonne sniadania, glosna ulica obok obiektu (ale w pokoju są dostępne darmowe zatyczki do uszu),

La literie, la place dans la chambre, la proximité avec le centre, l’arrêt de bus en devant l’hôtel ainsi que le supermarché en dessous de l’immeuble. La climatisation est un excellent point l’été.

Breakfast, pas de choix, qualité moyenne

Camera molto carina con bagno completo al 2° piano con ascensore. Siamo arrivati circa 4h prima dell'orario del check-in ma ci hanno fatto accedere lo stesso alla struttura, in quanto avevano appena finito di pulire la camera. Dista circa 20 min a piedi da Piazza Navona. Colazione con toast salato, cornetti, yogurt e bevande calde e fredde. Staff gentile e disponibile. Non ha parcheggio ma lungo la strada, se si è fortunati, è possibile parcheggiare: noi abbiamo trovato posto praticamente davanti il portone d'ingresso.

Qualche appendi asciugamani in più e del detergente intimo magari.

War alles,gut

Extremely pleasant and welcoming staff. Very nice room with comfortable beds, great AC and excellent bathroom. Bus connections just outside to the city center and Vatican are excellent, or you can just walk for 30-40 minutes.

Despite the hotel facilities being fenomenal, the experience was quite severely worsened by the fact that there was *loud* drilling in the building early in the morning (like 7-8 AM). The hotel staff gave the usual and expected "sorry, we can't do anything about it" response, which I suppose is true, but it didn't exactly magically fix the lack of sleep.

The location is very good, close to the center, but at a more silent area of the city. The breakfast is really nice. The air conditioner was a lifesaver.

Only minor things, for example we only got two small packets of shower gel, which didn’t last for long. On one of the evenings the water at the shower didn’t get hot, just lukewarm. The room needed a bit of a renovation (small repairs only).

Nous avions choisi la chambre double deluxe qui était très bien! Très proche du Vatican et accessible à pieds. Personnel très sympathique.

Bardzo polecam! Miły i pomocny personel, pościel i ręczniki wymieniane na bieżąco, lokalizacja super - zaraz pod obiektem przystanek autobusowy, niedaleko też metro. Można zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu i z niczym nie było problemu :) Dziękujemy i wrócimy ponownie 😀

We had a very enjoyable stay at DaVinci Relais Guest House. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location made it easy to explore Rome. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection, making it a great start to each day. We also appreciated that the accommodation was quiet, and we were not disturbed by noise from other rooms. The only area that could be improved is communication. Some members of the staff did not speak English, and while WhatsApp communication worked well for general enquiries, it was less useful for questions about practical matters such as breakfast. It would be helpful if more information about these topics were available in English. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay in Rome.

Se agradecería que estuviese un poco más cerca del centro, pero a cambio la zona es tranquila

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this accommodation.

Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab, in alle Richtungen. Großartiges Frühstück, typisch Italienisch. Mit gefüllten Croissants und Sandwiches. Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Supermarkt um die Ecke mit großer Auswahl. Mit Klimaanlage! Föhn ist auch vorhanden, konnte in in der Beschreibung nicht finden. Den Balkon haben wir jeden Abend genutzt.

Reggeliző-helyiség nagyon pici. 4 fő sem fér el kényelmesen. Reggeli minden nap ugyanaz. Ugyanaz a szendvics és croisant. A zuhanyzó viszonylag kicsi és sötét. A világítás nincs megfelelő helyen.

Siamo stati benissimo, posizione perfetta. Camera bellissima, a presto sicuramente 🥰

We had a comfortable one night stay, We needed to just stop over for a night and we had a car so the location was not very important for us. The room was fair

The shower area was very small; the bed was not very comfortable; the location is slightly far from city center and is on a very big commercial street. The property mentions breakfast but its a very simple breakfast with an express coffee from the coffee machine. We didnt mind but generally good to note to manage expectations.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem.

Frühstücksangebot war sehr sehr schwach. Für den Preis habe ich was besseres erwartet. Sie dusche war veraltet. Silikonränder waren schwarz und die Amatur war verkalkt.

Personel bardzo miły, śniadania przygotowywane i na życzenie przynoszone do pokoju, śniadanie tost, croissant, sok oraz kawa. Pokoje czyste, wygodne łóżko, widać że obiekt jest prowadzony z sercem i się starają! Lokalizacja też super. Bardzo polecam 😍

Il sovrapprezzo di 20€ per il parcheggio privato non era sufficientemente e evidenziato nell'annuncio,

Bello l’angolo colazione/cucina. Apprezzato anche il servizio colazione nonostante la partenza di prima mattina.

Gli asciugamani forniti non erano tutti puliti. All’arrivo, sebbene concordato, non era presente nessuno alla reception.

Ein kleines, aber praktisches Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten für 3 Nächte. Die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter und das kleine individuell zubereitete Frühstück haben uns glücklich gemacht. Vor allem war es nachts ruhig und das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Direkte Anbindung nur mit dem Bus ans Stadtzentrum, zur U-Bahn sind es 15 Minuten Fußweg. Aber das ist leider in Rom fast unvermeidlich. Die Umgebung mit einigen schönen Restaurants erlaubt eine angenehme Auszeit von den Touristenmassen im Zentrum.

This was a nice place to stay. A bit far removed from most tourist sites, but there are great restaurants within walking distance.

Le bruit de la rue, le petit déjeuner (j’aurais préféré du pain plutôt que les croissants fourres au Nutella, des fruits) . Par contre, le café est excellent

The breakfast was nice and included coffee, orange juice, ham & cheese sandwich and a croissant. Croissants were okay and sandwiches were freshly made on the panini press. Small breakfast area was nice, or you could have it in your room. The hosts were even kind enough to leave us breakfast for the next day the night before we checked out since we were leaving early to catch our flight. The kitchen in the common area was available for use if you chose to get takeaway there was a microwave and salt/pepper available as well as a mini-fridge in your room. Bathroom was nice and shower was great. There was a bus stop just outside the hotel.

Toiletries (shampoo/soap) could have been of better quality and replaced more frequently. WiFi was a bit spotty at times. The street was slightly noisy but not too bad. Beds were a little stiff. The host did expect the tourist city tax to be paid on the first night/day of arrival. This seemed prompt as other facilities we had stayed at requested it prior to checkout. Although the bus stop was close the hotel was not close to a metro station and the buses were busy at times. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the Vatican and 45 minutes to walk to the heart of Rome. Some dining options close by but not a great selection.

Très bien situé proche Vatican et transports… belle chambre par contre petit déjeuner et bien comment dire 🤔 pas génial !!!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely 2 night stay in Rome. The room was very nice, big and well equipped with all the necessities you could need. The breakfast was very nice, lovely croissants each morning and coffee that we were able to help our self to. We showed up quite early to our stay but the host was very accommodating and let us sit in the breakfast area while our room was being cleaned.

The closest metro station is a 15 minute walk away down quite a big main road which wasn’t very fun but other than that we had a great stay!

Śniadanie ok, ale jakościowo mogłoby być zdecydowanie lepsze. Lokalizacja super, blisko do autobusów do centrum Rzymu.

Do poprawy śniadania: lepsza kawa, lepszy wklad do tosta i lepszy croiasand. Pod prysznicem brak półek na żel czy szampon.

Apartamento como um todo.

The location is quite good. It's 20 minutes walk to Vatican, there's a bus stop across the street, there's a supermarket next to the building. Our room (room 1) was large enough for three persons. The WiFi worked decently for us.

When we arrived we found our room locked even though we have discussed about this on Whatsapp. It was probably a mistake but it was quite a surprise when you're very tired, your room is locked and nobody answers the phone (OK it was midnight, but we discussed this). We had to search for the spare key in their office. The balcony of room 1 is very small you cannot sit there and enjoy a coffee for instance. The soundproofing is poor, you can hear the traffic from outside.

Didn't like anything.

Not clean. False listing since balcony was not accessible because of broken metal shutter. Location is horrible with constant car noise night and day. This was supposed to be non smoking but there was a dirty ashtray sitting by the window on the balcony. Walls and door were paper thin so you could hear the guests and neighbors above. Shower door leaked from underneath so water would spill out into the bathroom and front entrance. Dirty bathroom with mold by the sink. Owner is a scammer that would not refund me even though I only stayed one night and got the hell out of there the next morning.

Świetna lokalizacja - 20 min na pieszo od Watykanu, autobus do centrum pod oknem. Codziennie dobre śniadanko i bardzo miła obsługa!

Super lokalizacja, blisko Watykanu. Spokojna dzielnica, duży supermarket za rogiem. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie online. Śniadanie zostało nam dostarczone do pokoju dzień wcześniej, ponieważ zaczynaliśmy zwiedzanie następnego dnia z samego rana.

Bardzo mały prysznic, okna nieszczelne i przepuszczające hałasy z zewnątrz.

There is a little noise from the street. It is not a big deal. Just a fact. But they have ear plugs in the room for you. So I slept like a baby.
