The most horrible experience....communication is 0 between booking and hotel, reception staff needed an upgrade of their communication skills not a pleasant way of talking, 4 star hotel no sleepers (just wow) , the room are extremely cold they put thermostat in room.only for facade because it doesn’t work you should call reception to adjust the room temperature and.still.they do for a 30 minute then they put on 19...u can't take your hands out of blanket, staff in restaurant just unprofessional they don't have the training and skills to be 4 star hotel restaurant staff definitely.....overall never ever i will book this hotel or recomend to anyone

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Actually the fact that is far from touristic area was what we wanted because we spend the whole day out, so the location was not a problem as many have mentioned , but be ready to either walk alot or take taxi or a bike . The room was very clean , calm at night . The staff is amazing.
We stayed 4 nights and we ate the same exact breakfast everyday , there was no many varieties

towels were extremely dirty. even if we asked several times to renew the towels, non of them were clean. It was certain that, they don't wash them properly. The blood stains and other dirt were still on the towels. Staff didnt apologize and was not helpful, as if we are obliged to use them, as it is. In addition, though the weather were cold, no AC heating were working. Terrible hotel.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025USEFUL TIP: get the front desk staff to connect your device(s) to the WiFi *when you check in*! Although price included “free WiFi” the connection process didn’t work from the room. When I called the front desk the staff told me “Just keep trying and trying. If you can’t ever get it to work bring your phone down to the desk and I can connect you”. Possibly if you are a Marriott member it would work better. Negative #2: While this hotel has “Milano Linate” in the name, in fact it was an 18€ taxi ride away from the airport, and does not offer an airport shuttle. Positives: the staff were nice and the room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was good.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025الموظف المصري احمد كانت التجربة افضل واجمل من رائعة اي طلب تطلبه كان يلبيه لك بكل بشاشة وانت مبسوط تطلب منه الشيء وكذلك الموظف عبدو ولكن التعامل الامر كان مع احمد الموقع كان جميل للي يملكون سيارة وتبعد عن الدومو بالسيارة 18 دقيقة بالكثير واشوفه مناسب ومستغرب ليه الناس حاطه تقييم الموقع سيء !
التنظيف كان مو ذاك الزود ولازم تطلب منهم موية كل يوم ولا مايحطون لك بالغرفة العزل جداً سيء لدرجة انك تسمع صوت باب اللي يطلع ويدخل من الغرفة المجاورة وتسمع صوت الناس اللي تمر تحت

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und in den Betten kann man hervorragend schlafen. Modern und hochwertig. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen in Ordnung und man kann sehr gut frühstücken. Besonders positiv möchte ich mich über Frau Gaia Indelicata und Herrn Ahmed Ketkata vom Front Desk äußern. Als Vielreisender kann ich nur das Beste von beiden Personen sagen. Super freundlich, super kompetent und absolut hilfsbereit. Auch ein dickes Lob an Antonio, dem Portier, der uns beim Ent- und Beladen geholfen hat. Es gibt einen bewachten Parkplatz, den ich gerne genommen habe. Bin in 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist man direkt an der Metro und kann in die Innenstadt fahren. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt - besonders durch die Menschen! Ich komme wieder! Ca Montiglio

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025The staff were very courteous and professional, breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay with plenty of choice and very good food, and the gym was surprisingly spacious and well equipped.
The rooms could be a little bigger, the toilet paper felt cheap and rough, and the flashing smoke alarm light above the bed was annoying at night. Worst of all, the shower handles are badly designed…almost impossible to turn without a lever.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025We stayed one night at the Courtyard and would like to say a big thank you the two staff members on the 8am shift of 22nd August 2025 who made our stay a delight. Check-in was very efficient, and they kindly arranged both an early check-in and a joint family room, even though we asked for it at the last minute. The hotel is around a 15-minute walk from the metro, making it easy to get into town. The food was great, and Marriott Bonvoy members also earn points. The morning taxi service was organised by the hotel, and our car arrived in under 5 minutes. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff became like family for my time there and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Angelo, Anna and Elizabeth who always greeted me with such kindness and beautiful smiles. Always happy to have a chat and were genuinely interested in what I had done that day. I needed a late check out and it was mo trouble. Everything was so convenient and the food at the restaurant was incredible especially the risotto and the tiramisu! I will miss it a lot. I wish all of the staff at this wonderful place all the very best. Much love, arrivederci Summer and Venus xxx

The breakfast was really nothing special, qite limitedwhen i arrived late i was hoping to be able to find some food at the bar or at a self service place as in many other Courtyard Hotels but here was none.
