Fridge too small... there is big fridge but it malfuntion still the owner keep inside the unit...very smelly...AC at living room leaks have to turns it off....bedsheet dirty....toilet smelly...so many problems i've encounter during my stay at this unit compare to other unit in fairlane residence.....i will never booked this unit again...

The room is neat and tidy but the bathroom is in very bad condition, the shower does not work properly. The water hose for toilet use also needs to be repaired. The bathroom needs immediate repair.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026L'emplacement était parfait pour visiter KL à pied et par transport public. La chambre était confortable avec vue sur la ville.
Bien qu'ayant avisé l'hôte de notre heure d'arrivée, la réception n'avait aucune information sur nous. Paniquant. Nous avons téléphoné à l'hôte et avons finalement attendu de 15h10 à près de 18h pour accéder à l'appartement, le temps qu'ils se réveillent et que le ménage soit fait! Le poêle et le four ne fonctionnaient pas, ils avaient remplacé par un petit réchaud (1 rond) électrique près du microondes. Aucun chaudron ni poêle à frire; sur notre demande, on a fini par nous apporter une poêle mais pas de chaudron. Là, on n'avait plus envie de se battre. La toilette est vieillotte et le siège de toilette est trop petit pour le bol. Ce devait être un bel appartement mais il a été très négligé et ne correspondait pas aux images de la réservation.

The room i book different with last time in June, we thought same room cause book same platform the picture different at booking,no two bedroom i book two bedroom and 2 toilet, the worst is NO TV NO WIFI not worth for payment RM1500 above. Iron board mini size its so not useful for iron. Very dissapointed for us.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025We booked this apartment with two rooms (double bed size) & there is an extra single bed provided. All facilities are also provided. Bed & pillows are comfy. Great place to stay for 3-4 person.
There is still room for improvement or a checklist to check before customers arrives staying, any battery operated devices to be checked (ac or tv remotes), its good to also have tv box provided with free channels to watch.

La piscina está muy bien y tiene vistas a la torre Merdeka, que es espectacular. El check-in y check-out muy sencillo y la comunicación con la persona que lleva el apartamento muy fluida, todo facilidades.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2025Walking distance to Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Pavilion & Fahrenheit. There's swimming pool at the 26th floor. Guard and the person that I am liaising with was friendly and very helpful. What we like the most was the washing machine, no hassle for us to find a laundromat. Note: Kindly check all the wires, socket and water heater are working perfectly once moving in. Report to the person in-charge if you find something isnt right, I am pretty sure they help you straight away. Would definitely coming back here in future.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2025We were greeted at the lobby by Mr Ibrahim, who assisted us to our room (no reception). The unit itself is very spacious, has a living room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. I also love that the unit comes with a washing machine and iron with the board. Location is very good, walking distance to many shopping malls. The host (Mr Roy) is very friendly and making sure we are okay.
There's only 1 door key & access card given, so when my family and I went out separately, the one who came back first had to wait in the lobby. but it's not that much of a problem for us.

Reviewed Feb 6, 2025Firstly, The Team was Great. Right from the very beginning of Confirmation Booking , They have been very responsive , making it very easy to communicate with them. Although they would provide Daily cleaning , we decided to keep the Apartment Unit clean by ourselves. And this was greatly appreciated by the Host (Ibrahim) when we checked-out. Facilities in the Unit were complete for Our 4 nights stay. And We enjoyed it. We would recommend Families & Friends to Rent with the Team in the near future ! 😃
To be honest. Nothing not to like. Although there were just two Lifts at the Residences Apartment : Those 2 Lifts were very much functioning well ! 🙂

Reviewed Jan 3, 20251. I met the apartment manager, Mr. Roy, for an 8-night stay. Mr. Roy is very friendly and efficient in managing check-in and check-out. During check-in, we were explained and looked around the apartment together. 2. Mr. Roy has also set up a WhatsApp group with cleaners, technicians, and himself to facilitate communication. Our apartment will be cleaned every two days with a clean towel, and every time, it will be cleaned like a new check-in. 3. Mr. Roy is also very considerate and concerned in dealing with us. For example, my son had a nosebleed while he was sleeping, and the blood had soiled his sleeping sheets. Mr. Roy took note and instructed the cleaner to replace the sheets with new ones at no charge. My toddler also broke a glass while wanting to store it in the sink by accident, we voluntarily paid for the damages. Mr. Roy gives a reasonable price regarding this.
I would like to suggest preparing plastic plates and cups for children's use.
