Dès le début, j’ai été déçu par des frais cachés qui n’étaient pas clairement indiqués au moment de la réservation. Le prix final était donc très élevé par rapport aux autres appartements situés dans le même immeuble. D’ailleurs, après cette mauvaise expérience, j’ai loué un autre appartement dans le même bâtiment, qui était bien meilleur et moins cher. À mon arrivée, la connexion Wi-Fi était très lente et pratiquement inutilisable. Concernant la climatisation, j’ai attendu longtemps en pensant qu’elle finirait par rafraîchir correctement la pièce, mais elle restait très faible et inefficace. Face à ces problèmes, j’ai contacté le propriétaire via Booking pour demander un remboursement, car j’ai quitté l’appartement avant la fin de mon séjour. J’avais réservé pour trois jours, mais ni le propriétaire ni Booking n’ont accepté de me rembourser.

This was a very disappointing stay. The room was not clean at all, and the actual room looks completely different from the photos shown online. The pictures are misleading. Basic amenities were missing — no complimentary water bottle, no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Housekeeping was extremely poor; the room was not cleaned even once during the stay. Overall, this hotel does not meet even basic standards. Very poor service, poor cleanliness, and false representation. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. Please avoid booking — nobody should stay here.

Room rate display was RM459 but when payment made it become RM670.49. Despite of TC did mention extra charges may be charge but RM 210 different was too ridiculous. Hidden charges should be avoided and the advertisment must be tranparent. Unit condition was really unsatified. 1 have checking out 1 day earlier because I felt was been scammed.

In the listing there was bedroom but not There was soda bed but not, owner said it is sofa only The checkin time is 15.00 and owner made us wait until 15.02, no kind attention It is said lobby but not, nobody knows where will you wait and go to In the listing there is skypool but it is in block A but the apartment is in block B, you must come down, go out and find the elevator in block A and then reach pool Waited block elevator around 10mins, this is real not exeggarating There is no public transportation to the apartments and need to walk from main road to access ...and so on. Choose another sky pool accomodation if you just want to view...
