El apartamento estaba limpio, era cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. El check-in fue fácil y el anfitrión respondió rápido cuando lo necesitamos. La piscina infinity y las vistas de la ciudad están muy bien, y nuestras hijas la disfrutaron mucho. El edificio es tranquilo y nos sentimos seguros durante toda la estancia. En general, nos pareció una muy buena opción por el precio. Si volvemos a Kuala Lumpur, repetiríamos.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue el ascensor. Aunque el edificio tiene cuatro, al haber tantos apartamentos y plantas normalmente había que esperar bastante para subir o bajar. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

I really loved how clean and well-designed the space was it felt modern, cozy, and very comfortable to stay in. The bedroom had a calming vibe, and the living area was bright with beautiful natural light. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning city view, especially being able to see Menara Kuala Lumpur from the unit. The location in Kuala Lumpur is also a huge plus everything is nearby, from attractions to food spots. It made getting around really convenient. Very Instagram-worthy! Every corner from the bedroom to the living room looks beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The curtains, furniture, and decor all blend nicely. It feels like a home, not just a rental. Highly recommended! Clean, stylish, great view, and perfect for a short staycation in Kuala Lumpur. Overall, the place felt peaceful, stylish, and perfect for a relaxing stay.

While the stay was overall very pleasant, there were a few minor things that could be improved. The space, especially the bedroom, felt slightly compact, so it might be a bit tight if you have a lot of luggage.

Very centrally located and has fantastic city views. The unit was much bigger than I needed as a solo traveler, but was centrally located and off season so I got it for a good price.

I didn't care for my interactions with this host. He charges a 200 R deposit and offers many payment options, so I chose paypal. He was charged a fee, then took those fees out of the 200 R deposit. These is also a cleaning fee per stay in addition to the advised price. When I wanted to extend by one night he wanted to charge an additional cleaning fee because he said that it was new booking. I also did like that after I checked out he to pay me for positive reviews here on Booking.com and also for a positive review on Google. When my booking was up, I booked another unit in the same building and had a fantastic experience with that host.

Apartment had all amenities I needed for cooking. Good size apartment, plenty of storage space. Bed was comfortable. Location close to sites such as Petronas Towers, museums within about 30 minute walk. Monorail within about 5 minute walk. Host was ready to help, gave clear instructions how to pick up keys and access apartment.

High floor so had to wait for lift, would have preferred lower floor e.g. 3-10 so would have reasonable option to take stairs. My personal preference.

Had a wonderful stay in Kuala Lumpur! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Lex were welcoming and helpful, and the view from my room was amazing. Perfect spot for a city getaway.

Rooms were neat, clean and amnesties provided made it convenient and hassle free. Check-in was swift with clear directions provided in advance. Easy access to city hotspots, tourist spots by foot and public transportation. Great view from a high range. Parking spot was easy to find too.

The location was good with lots of shops and restaurants around the corner. Not far to walk to Bukit Bintang main area. Swimming pool is very nice.

Apartment seemed smaller and more cramped than the photos. When we arrived there were ants everywhere so we had to buy some ant spray. The host refunded my deposit but offered me extra to give a good review. I have given an honest review for others so not sure if I'll get that extra or not. Having to use the code each time to enter the apartment wasn't easy.

We had a wonderful stay at this highly rated KL accommodation at The Robertson @ Bukit Bintang! The unit has 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom that comfortably fits 6 of us. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a short getaway in the city. Location-wise, it’s super convenient — within walking distance to Starhill, Pavilion KL, Lalaport, Jalan Alor and Berjaya Times Square. The city view from the unit was absolutely stunning — we could see iconic landmarks like KLCC, Merdeka 118, and KL Tower right from our window & the facilities floor! The building also offers great facilities: an infinity pool with a skyline view, mini golf, kids area, free private parking, and even an EV car charging station — perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of KL. Highly recommended! 🌟

I had a staycation with my friends for a night. The apartment was convenient for five of us. The place is clean and cosy. The self-check in guide is clear and easy to follow. They provide a free parking space as well. Next time if we stay here again we will check out the fascilities of the building.

Service is tip top. All basic needs is provided in the unit which is very convenient for me especially bringing kids for the trip. Very near to all shopping malls too. Distance is very short which can walk to almost all malls.

The location was very convenient, with a nice local restaurant next door. There was also a washing machine which came in handy.

The only minor inconvenience was that there was a smell from the toilet sewer.

2-bedroom very cosy for 5 of us. Hot shower is working. Host provided us with extra pillows, blankets, futon, towels. Working kitchenette though we did not use much except for the fridge. Self check in instruction was very clear and easy to follow. Checked in successfully and smoothly. Nearby got 3 convenient stores, 1 mamak shop (super cheap nasi kandar only RM11 with vege & chicken), 1 mee tarik shop.

We stay at high floor, the lift wasn't that smart, we saw the lift went up but went down before reaching our floor. You need to walk a bit further (~900m) to get on LRT - Plaza Rakyat is nearer but shabby station; Hang Tuah station is in better shape but a little further. Good exercise though!
