La zona dove si trova la struttura è una zona multietnica e molto degradato

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026La camera perfetta ed anche la posizione in generale, vicina alla metro. Il grandissimo problema è il degrado della strada in cui si trova la struttura. Tossici e prostitute rendono la zona molto degradata e in alcuni orari anche piuttosto pericolosa.
La zona, per il resto la valutazione è assolutamente positiva.

A localização, local ao redor muito feio, com muitos moradores de rua e muito barulho de gritos na rua durante a noite.

The location was a bit out of the way and not the most toddler friendly. Yes they have a police station around the corner but it still wouldn't be my choice if returning only if based on location.

Місце розташування просто жахливе. Так це недалеко від центру і до центру ви можете дойти пішки. Але біля будівлі знаходиться наркомани, проститутки, бомжі які голі валяються під дверима. Вийти з дверей будівлі лячно. Повертатися ввечері краще на таксі щоб вас підвезли прямо до дверей .

La ubicaciones no es muy buena. A pesar de estar cerca de la plaza ommios, esta en una zona complicada , muchos indigentes en la calle que hacen no sentirte muy segura , especialmente por la noche.

(Ich konnte noch weiter schlafen während ein Freund geduscht hat, obwohl mein Zimmer neben dem Badezimmer war.) + 2 WCs (angenehm, wenn man zu viert ist) + Klimaanlage, die im niedrigsten Modus nicht zu laut ist. + Gute Preis-Leistung + Alles sauber + Die Gastgeber sind sehr responsive und gut erreichbar. + Gemütlich eingerichtet + 2 Balkone um draußen die Handtücher aufzuhängen.
- Die Lage ist an und für sich gut, weil man nahe bei der UBahn ist und nur eine Station zur Stadtmitte fährt, jedoch liegt die Wohnung in einem sehr schlechten Viertel. Man sieht Drogensüchtige Drogen nehmen oder benommen am Straßenrand sitzen / liegen, Abends Sex-Worker, und wir wurden von 3 Personen unabhängig voneinander gewarnt (u.a. der Taxifahrer, der uns vom Flughafen gebracht hat), dass wir hier vorsichtig sein sollen, weil die Kriminalität so hoch ist und es gefährlich ist. (Uns ist zum Glück nichts passiert.) - Beim Eintreten in die Wohnung hat es jedes Mal übel gerochen. (5 Minuten lüften löst das Problem). - Die Dusche ist leider eine Fehlkonstruktion, da die Duschwand viel zu kurz ist und man beim Duschen den ganzen Badezimmer Boden nass macht. Nicht so toll wenn man zu viert ist. - Nachts sind wir immer wieder aufgewacht, weil es draußen lautes Geschrei gab. (Nach innen ist die Wohnung gut Lärm isoliert, aber nach außen hin leider nicht.) Die Gastgeber dürften das Problem kennen, denn sie stellen dankenswerter Weise Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung.

La ubicación es, sin duda, lo peor del alojamiento. Pasamos realmente miedo al entrar y salir, ya que es una zona muy complicada, con presencia de personas drogodependientes, prostitución y bastante inseguridad. Reconozco que cometimos el error de no informarnos suficientemente sobre el barrio antes de reservar y de no prestar suficiente atención a algunos comentarios. Además, tuvimos problemas con la reserva. Recibimos un correo electrónico en el que se nos informaba de que nuestra reserva había sido cancelada y se nos indicaba que debíamos hacer un “re-booking” a través de un enlace. Nos pareció muy sospechoso y pensamos que podía tratarse de un intento de phishing o fraude. La situación nos generó mucha inseguridad y desconfianza. Una experiencia muy negativa, especialmente viajando en familia.

Konumu kötüydü. Olmania Türkiye'de İstanbul Tarlabaşı gibiydi. O yüzden aparatın bütün camlarını buzlu yapmışlar. Ne cam acabiliyorsun ne de balkonu vardı.onun dışında monstraki meydanına plakaya her yere yürüyerek gittik.

Lift was too small therefore had to use stairs up to 4th floor. Wifi was intermittent - No air conditioning in rooms or not working. Bed too big for room size and very little gap in between door and bed corner and caught door handle on number of occasions (bruised my back) Area not safe at night time as lots of drug addicts and prost in neighborhood and not safe for families. Lots of abandoned buildings occupied by drug addicts. Sofa bed was broken and had a fall twice and hurt our backs.

The only minor downside was that the apartment is on a side street where there was some visible soliciting, which made the immediate area feel a little less comfortable, although it didn't affect our stay overall.

The neighborhood itself is indeed quite unusual and probably not suitable for family walks, but my friend and I were fine with it. We did not experience any aggression or feel unsafe. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. If you are not too sensitive to the sight of homeless people and drug users in the area, then everything should be fine.

La zona specialmente di notte è piena di senza tetto e trans anche se in via di miglioramento, in ogni modo non hanno causato nessun problema.

Die freundliche Betreuung durch das gesamte Personal – von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise – hat mich erneut positiv überrascht. Das Apartment ist modern, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die zentrale Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Omonia-Platz entfernt, ist ideal und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders überzeugt haben mich das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie die hohe Sauberkeit und der gute Zustand der Unterkunft. Meine Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder und kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026We traveled with 4 kids 6 adults and a dog and had 3 different apartments. It was great that it is a pet friendly place. Overall it was quite a new and clean place. The apartment we stayed in (with our dog) was spacious and comfortable. We couldnt have a late check out but one of the managers let us put our luggage in one of the apartments and use it before we left for the airport which was ultra helpful.
We traveled with kids and the location of the property is very dangerous and we didnt know it. At night there were drug dealers on one side and hookers on the other side with broken needles in the back alley. It is close to most places but i would not recommend it with kids. Also we didnt have a late check out and wanted to leave our luggage in storage but their storage space is so small that we couldnt store them. after much deliberation the manager let us use one of the rooms. would have been much easier if we did that before moving all the luggage up and down. The staff dont speak english very well.

La zona no es buena, a pesar que hay varios hoteles cerca, en las noches no es seguro llegar a pie toca llegar en uber o taxi, hay muchas personas de calle, consumo y mujeres. no es agradable desafortunadamente.

В отзывах читали о страшном районе (наркоматы, проститутки, бездомные), но район нам понравился. Напротив отеля небольшой магазин, где можно купить воду, йогурт, фрукты… Рядом площадь Омония, откуда отправляется экскурсионный автобус по Афинам. На площади Омония мы ужинали в кафе.
Прилетели поздно ночью, уставшие после длительной дороги и обнаружили сюрприз! одни апартаменты не были убраны (валялись грязные полотенца на полу, остатки еды на столах, смятые постели…. Хотя заселение в апартаменты в 14 часов, мы приехали в 23 часа, а номер был не готов. Позвонили в службу поддержки с жалобой, нам сказали завтра утром уберут! Но после продолжительных переговоров все таки нам прислали ночью горничную, которая очень хорошо убрала наш номер. И как компенсацию за неудобства подарили бутылку вина. Хотя надо было бы получить перерасчет за номер.

Het appartement is in de straat soukrates vol zwervers en zware junkies recht voor de deur incl een afhaalpunt voor harddrugs terwijl het politiebureau om de hoek zit. De lokale middenstand spreekt er schande van omdat de politie blijkbaar een oogje dichtknijpt. Mijn gezin met kinderen voelde zich hier niet op hun gemak. Echt zonde want het appartement was top.

The air conditioning worked really well, which was very important for a comfortable stay. I did not meet the host in person, but they sent me all the information I needed, and everything was clear and easy. The location is very central and close to everything, with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Overall, the apartment itself was excellent — clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable — but the area outside may not be ideal for everyone.
The only downside is the street outside. There were many homeless people, visible drug users, and prostitution in the area, which made the surroundings feel a bit uncomfortable, especially in the evening.

Very easy to communicate with the host and coffee was included (even though we didn’t use it, it was a lovely touch)! A very short walk to everything you want to see in Athens (about 25 mins to acropolis).
A bit of a sketchy area in Athens but that’s to be expected outside of locations like Plaka, etc… You don’t feel it once inside the place and it feels very safe inside with electronic locking systems.

Всичко ни хареса. Имаше малко бездомници на съседните улици късно вечерта, но не са агресивни, в нито един момент не сме се чествали в опасност. Това си е истинската Атина!

Les épiceries sont à proximités, les allées de l'hôtel sont propres. On a eu nos clefs très rapidement. Le personnels sont réactivités si nous avons des questions.
Tout d'abord l'ascenseur est assez petit pour trois personnes, et le sol de la salle de bain n'est pas adéquat (l'eau coule partout). Le quartier est assez lugubre avec beaucoup d'agitation dans les rues (le soir).

L’emplacement est dans une rue bruyante avec prostitution et junkies. Malgré l’accès au métro principal à 10min de l’acropole ce n’est pas un quartier agréable où se promener. Les serviettes et le ménage n’ont pas été fait sur les 4j de séjour mais peut-être si on demande.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The flat we were in is modern and clean. There are two bathrooms which is greatly convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a nespresso coffee machine and some capsules provided. There's a washing machine too, with complimentary detergent. The two rooms with double beds are roomy and the beds are comfortable. The position is very convenient, close to an underground station (Omonoia).
As written in other reviews, the shower slope in the main bathroom is ill designed. The result is that the water drains outside the shower cabin, below the sink. Internal communication: the room to the left, both the bedside lamp and electric socket were not working (lefthand side of the double bed). Not a problem for us. The building is indeed in a totally unpleasant street but that issue can be easily overcome: when arriving from Omonia station, do NOT take Agiou Konstantinou and then turn right into Sokratous street: that part of the road is the really bad one that should be avoided. Instead, from Omonoia square take 3is Spetemvriou street and turn left at the second intersection into Veranzerou street, go on until you see the Internation Athens Hotel (4 stars) on your left and then turn left. There's a small kebab place right on that corner and the building is just after it on the lefthand side of the road. In this way you totally avoid both drug addicts and prostitutes that indeed are present but only along the Sokratous street. If you go the other way you don't see any,
