Sewaktu check in, air paip untuk sejuk tidak betfungsi, hanya ada air panas, 2 kali tecnision datang sehingga petang, masih sama, tetapi pihak hotel mengambil tindakan yg bagus, kami di beri bilik baru 😎 tapi awal tu, tak selesa la mandi air panas 😅😅

Les choix du petit déjeuner sont restreints et répétitifs. La salle de bain et la robinetterie sont vétustes, mauvaise isolation pour les chambres familiales

Bilik saya paling hujung. Housekeeping park troli depan bilik. Setiap update walkie talkie housekeeping bunyi sampai dalam bilik saya. Dari pagi sampai sebelum check out. So bunyi tersebut memang mengganggu saya sekeluarga berehat sebelum check out.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Location is strategic, walkable distance to a multitude of eateries. Many convenience stores nearby. Breakfast at level 11 with a view but can get a bit warm because they open the windows. Breakfast spread is ok but could be better.
Parking lots are limited. They provide a water dispenser along the corridor and provided a jug inside the room. I prefer bottled water instead.

1.AC is bad.They need to replace and i am sure they are well aware od same. 2.Hotel did not adjusted my 3 days booking to 2 days even i informed before checking time that i missed my ferry from langkawi to penang.I already paid for 3 days at the time of booking.They declined request for 1 day refund/ adjust.Zeor courtsoury. 3.Staff is not flexible and they keep saying as per their policy on any matter.

There toilet was a bit under maintained. the bath tub water cannot drain smoothly. amenities also not enought. luckily we brought own toothbrush. shower gel and shampoo can be improve.

It is situated very close to many happening places, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much time or money on transport. Several popular attractions are within walking distance, which is very convenient for tourists. The hotel is also located near a bus stop, making public transportation easily accessible for getting around Penang. This made sightseeing smooth and stress-free. Overall, the location greatly enhanced the travel experience and made the stay more enjoyable and efficient.
While the stay was generally comfortable, one downside was the lack of basic toiletries in the room. For a hotel of this standard, it would have been more convenient if essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other toiletries were provided. Guests usually expect these small but important amenities, especially when traveling light. Having to arrange or purchase them separately can be slightly inconvenient after a long journey. Adding these simple items would significantly improve the overall guest experience and make the stay more comfortable and hassle-free.

1. Sängarna och kuddarna är hårda som plankor. Har otroligt ont i ryggen och nacken efter två nätter på hotellet. 2. Toaletten satt inte fast i golvet, så när man torkade sig lät det som att hela toalettstolen skulle välta. 3. Handdukarna var trasiga med stora hål i. Det var även hål i säng-lakanen samt fläckar på dom. 4. Då en i sällskapet var matförgiftad frågade vi om man kunde ta ner en liten tallrik med frukt från frukostbuffén till rummet så denne slapp gå upp. Det fick man inte alls göra! Inget fick lämna ”restaurangen”.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Also, hotel’s central location made it very convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities.
One area for improvement would be the provision of basic toiletries such as soap and toothbrushes. It would be helpful for guests, especially those who may have forgotten to bring their own, as we had to purchase these items from a nearby shop.
