La posizione ottima. Vado ogni anno a Liverpool e ho trovato questa zona la più emozionante. La casa e' circondata da chiese e cattedrali meravigliose, zona tranquilla e praticamente in centro. La fermata del bus a due passi. La casa accogliente e molto carina. Accessoriata e ben attrezzata, non mancava nulla. La consiglio vivamente. Ci tornerei nuovamente.

Really disappointing stay Absolutely dreadful experience and definitely not what I expected for the price we paid. The room was completely unsuitable for a family trying to get a decent night’s sleep. The blinds did not block out the daylight at all, meaning that from the early hours of the morning the room was flooded with light. It wasn’t just that we were woken early the room was so bright in the evening that it took me hours to get my children to settle and fall asleep in the first place. With the summer daylight, there was simply no way to make the room properly dark. After eventually getting the children to sleep, they were then woken far too early by the daylight pouring through the inadequate blinds. We all ended up having a terrible night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The room was dirty, with stickers and sticky residue all over various items and surfaces, which made the room feel poorly maintained and not properly cleaned before our arrival. On top of that, the television remote control didn’t work, which is another basic thing that should have been checked before guests arrived. What makes the experience even worse is that I raised my concerns afterwards and contacted the booking team, but my complaints have simply been ignored. Paying good money for a stay where the room is dirty, basic facilities don’t work and you can’t get your children to sleep because the room cannot be darkened is completely unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, particularly for families. A comfortable, clean and functional room should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately this stay fell well below that standard. Very disappointing.

Las vistas a una iglesia y cercanía al centro.

Zona por la noche peligrosa. Mucho ruido del local que está justo abajo. Todo muy sucio de polvo, muebles rotos, todo muy descuidado en general. Entra la luz al amanecer y no hay enchufe europeo.

Very nice lay out. Perfect sized space for the two of us. Bed was very comfortable!! Easy to access and staff were lovely

La ubicación sin duda alguna. La zona a primera vista puede parecer un poco insegura pero no lo es. Todo estaba limpio. La habitación no es grande para 4 personas pero el precio es justo y ajustado. Honesto

Le logement était vraiment sale et bruyant. Le quartier pas top : des gens qui traînaient devant la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. La porte du logement ferme mal, les vis ne tiennent pas....

Decent size room, easy to get to town by bus . Not far from some pubs and restaurants.

It was hot . Shower took a long time to warm up.

The price was fair for a 3 night stay on a weekend where hotels were charging over a thousand pounds. The room was fairly clean and had a fridge, microwave and oven although cooking utensils were pretty much non existent

The shower wasnt particularly clean and the doors weren't on the rails properly so they didn't shut properly. There was also a significant drainage issue with the shower and toilet not draining properly. The toilet required a few flushes to work properly. The shop/cafe downstairs was extremely noisy with people outside shouting and laughing until 1 or 2 in the morning. With the weather being so hot, we had no option but to have the window open at night and out up with the noise. The bed was a basic pocket sprung bed and wasn't particularly comfortable so after 3 nights we were both suffering with a bad back.

Excellent value for money

The location didn’t feel too safe. The street was full of litter and there were a lot of men hanging out around the restaurant downstairs.

For this price, you can’t complain really. Free parking, plenty of space and near the city centre.

It’s pretty run down, but again, for this place I don’t mind. It’s a place to sleep

Quartier un peu louche et sale situé au-dessus de la cuisine d'un restaurant soudanais. On avait la fumée dans la chambre (4) dès qu'on ouvrait la fenêtre. Très peu d'ustensiles dans la cuisine. Parking gratuit=stationnement dans la rue.

Proximity to public transport to the city and the cathedral was very good. Fan was supplied.

Shower thermostat didn’t work so shower went intermittently very hot but mostly was cold regardless of dial placement. Kitchen facilities were very basic, pots and pans scratched, there was a soup ladle, a large spoon, a spatula, a grater, and a tin opener and a blunt knife as the cooking tools, no plug in sink, no tongs, bottle opener, peeler, sharp knife, 1 teaspoon and 2 of other cutlery, no instructions for a complex TV set up unfamiliar to people outside of uk I suspect, certainly to us, extremely hot as apartment is in the roof on 3rd floor. No view despite what is said on the site. Furniture was flimsy but functional. No light in the kitchen.

Loved the location and the quirkyness of the place. Over a restaurant, so a little noise at closing time, but nothing major. Spotlessly clean, well kitted out kitchenette, comfy bed

Blinds only, no curtains, so it was very light to sleep in.

The location to the city centre, the apartment itself and the staff … all amazing.

Nothing I loved my stay

Pretty good location and easy to find. Room was spacious and comfortable, well equipped and it was easy to access.

The blinds didnt fully cover the window so we were woken up by the sun and the walls were a bit thin, but generally not much to fault here.

Great location and the hosts were really accommodating from start to finish even providing a fan for the hot weather! The free parking is also a great bonus, the area border the Knowledge and Georgian quarters and was an easy walk into town or just hop on the bus.

The shower was a bit hot and cold 😬 but we managed to cope.

Everything could have been better. Only could get into bed on one side as bed was up against a wall. Old slices of toast in the toaster.

It was clean and tidy, there was everything you needed and more. They even supplied a fan because it was so hot.

Good location 1 minute from a well-served bus stop to the city centre. The student area with many places to eat and drink was walkable

Kitchenette is good when you have the munchies. Bed comfy. It’s just over a 25 minute walk to the Liverpool exhibition centre.

Bright streetlights outside- take a sleep mask. Shower room has only the sink and toilet on which to place anything, or you have to put things in the small mirrored cupboard.

The room was small, the windows had thin curtains, the fridge was dirty, as were the bathroom, shower, cabinet, heater, and coffee table. The shower was broken. The shower had an internal heater, under the water, which I believe violated safety regulations. One lamp didn't work. The staff didn't answer the phone. I found insects inside the bathroom

Great studio, big enough for two. Great kitchen and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean.

The shower wasn’t working really well the temperature was dropping down. The TV was glitching.

Definitely the worst accomidation I have ever had the misfortune of booking, totally miss sold photos looked absolutely nothing like it was, smell was terrible, I had to move the bed just to get into the bathroom, I left after the first night and booked a different place absolutely disgusting that booking.com advertised this so called apartment, never again I fell totally let down and robbed.

The kitchen to the room was good. Everything there for you to cook with. And the area was ok and free parking. There is a lovely restaurant next door which is a Sudan restaurant. Good service there and food

The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows are very flat and unfilled. I didn't sleep well here at all. Noise from people in the other rooms too. They don't seem to stop same gender people in one room. Most places don't allow this cos of the noise they Will create. You need to stop just random people staying in your place just to get the money. That isn't right. It is the comfort of your good paying guests that matters the most. Get a new bed or a good decent thicker mattress topper for support for the body. And new proper good pillows too.

Greasy shelves with dust in the grease. Dodgy electrical points. Mould around shower. Smoke detector held together with gaffa tape. Worktop damaged and broken edge.

Bed was comfortable and handy to have a kitchen .

Shower was either freezing or lava hot and no in between leaking from side of shower cubicle . Strong smell of curry spices . Should have a curtain or black out blind for window.

Fine for a short stay easy walk into town

Good location in terms of walking to places and access instructions good. Fairly quiet considering number of flats in one block. Good comms from owner.

There have been a few comments about the flat needing a refresh and these are not being actioned. A lick of paint and filling in plaster is fairly easy. Replace laminate as very tired/worn and deal with leaky shower/mould in places. Stains on cushion placed on foldable chairs. No decent hanging storage for clothes. All easy to fix and let it down, especially as other reviews mention a lot of these points too. Plus door lock didn't feel that secure, a screw came out at one point! Thankfully main door adds extra security so it is safe.

Great location and just 15 minute walk to the centre and restaurants. Very clean apartment with comfy beds.

But there are some issues - TV's not working properly and a shortage of glasses and coffee mugs in the kitchen. Laminated floor in 2nd floor apartments needs replacing. Just needs a bit of TLC and it would score higher.

Great studio with everything you need! Not far from local shops and a 20 minute walk into the city.

If you don't need to sleep then this place is for you!!😴 thin walls and doors banging late at night. There was a big party/gathering underneath us in flat 4 so there was no chance of sleep, we made the decision to leave at 11pm for a 2 hour drive! Shame!

The property was good value for money. Cheap stay.

The property was unkempt (dirty bathroom and glass wear) generally was unclean. Hot water didn’t work. I was unhappy with the fact that we got moved room because our initial room wasn’t ready and it just made the process inconvenient. However the manager was a very nice person and tried her best to resolve for us.

Absolutely shocking experience! Travelled 3 hours to this apartment and when we arrived, they told us it had been double booked and cancelled the booking at 4pm leaving us with nowhere to stay. Even though I'd messaged them the day before asking for an early check in. Although I was glad in hindsight as it looked awful from the outside and their customer service was none existent!

Absolutely stunk of stale cigarettes that was over powering, despite a no smoking sign. Not relieved by leaving window open all night, seems all the fabrics need a deep clean and an air freshener

The restaurant / takeaway / house next door was playing music and people outside the back until 1am in the morning. This wasn’t the case the last time I stayed here. But I would think twice about returning for this reason hopefully just a one off. The place was very clean and easy access. You get what you pay for. 👍

Not to far from everything we wanted to do, clean and warm, good for price kettle fridge etc available which is great.

I found the pictures online made it look like a bed in bedroom and a sofa bed in other room my fault thinking it had a separate room was ok but a bit cramped, the shower was only luke warm as well so very fast showers

We liked the location. However, at the property, we encountered a strong smell of constant cannabis smell throughout the night. This was disappointing as there were 'no smoking signs' everywhere. 😔 The walls too were very thin, so we could hear a lot of noise coming from the other rooms. Because of that, our sleep was disturbed and marred the entire experience here.
