Clean, close to West end, didn't see any staff so can't comment on that, comes with kitchen, nothing fancy or modern but it did for us.

Reservamos 3 noches para 3 personas, en mi reserva ponía en la dirección número 21 piso 3. Posteriormente y al comunicar con el propietario y entrar al apartamento nos dieron un apartamento en otra ubicación concretamente en el número 22 y era un sótano con mucha humedad y bichos. Al comunicarnos con el propietario nos dijo que no tenía otro apartamento libre por lo que no pudimos hacer nada. Al dia siguiente nos alojaron en otro apartamento con una única cama para los 3 personas y el propietario tampoco nos dio más opciones. El tercer día debió quedar libre un apartamento para tres y por fin pudimos descansar. De momento a pesar de las quejas no hemos tenido ninguna compensación ni una disculpas

Läget var perfekt. Lugn gata. Rymlig lägenhet med eget kök med utrustning. Väldigt trevlig personal, man kände sej välkommen. Bra system med nyckelskåp.

La posizione è fenomenale. E questo a Londra fa la differenza. Stanza semplice ma con tutto, bagno in comune pulito. Unica cosa un po' scomoda far cambiare aria alla stanza (noi eravamo in quella del piano inferiore)

Good location but the room without light and to use bathroom you need to go down 4 levels without lifts.

L'appartamento si trova vicino al British museum ed a circa mezz'ora di cammino dalla zona di Westminster; ci sono due finestre che danno sulla via ed una su un cortile interno (a Londra non è scontato trovare alloggi con finestre); la connessione ad internet funziona bene.

El baño era como portátil dentro de la habitación y te estabas duchando a 1cm del vater, muy pequeño, si tienes claustrofobia o te agobian los espacios pequeños no te lo recomiendo

A améliorer le thermostat de la douche. et surtout le principe double serrure, certains colocataire refermais de l'intérieur la serrure qui ne correspondait pas à notre clef. heureusement il restait d'autres clefs dans la boite sinon on restait dehors.

Its a great location for the price! Generally good size- amenities like kitchen and extra sleeping sofa.

The 'ensuite' - Im not that big but had to contort to use the sink, shower and toilet- in particular your cheeks hit the sink when standing to use the toilet- pity. No TV. A little dirty in places.

In principle, the flat is nice and the location great.

The place is run-down, not very clean, the shower is broken, the kitchen practically non-functional. The facility constantly uses a washing machine in the hallway, the staircase to the flat is very narrow. Practically non-existent decoration of the flat.

Great location with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Check-in was very straightforward, and the instructions were clear. The room and kitchen were well-equipped and comfortable for a family of three. Everything we needed was provided in both the room and the kitchen, making our stay very convenient.

The bathroom is very small—you literally have to sit on the toilet to wash your face at the sink. Also, the host called while we were entering the property and then called again at 7:00 am on the day we were leaving. No understanding of the reason for calling so early on a Sunday morning, especially as there were not an issue at all.

Jedyną zaleta noclegu była lokalizacja, wszystko poza tym było chyba jakimś żartem. Po dotarciu pod apartament pierwszym problemem był brak klucza w skrytce, co na szczęście udało się rozwiązać, później było tylko coraz gorzej, zameldowanie od 15, a o 15:20 pokój nadal nie był posprzątany, brudna pościel na łóżku, stare reczniki po poprzednich gościach leżały na ziemii, odpowiedź Pana sprzątającego była taka, że jest bardzo zajęty, bo sprząta też inne pokoje, a my mamy zostawić bagaże w pokoju i iść na miasto, a on w tym czasie posprząta. Niestety o tej 15 byłyśmy już zmęczone po podróży i czekaniu na mieście, aż w końcu będziemy mogły odpocząć, a dostajemy informacje, że mamy znowu wyjść. Sam stan pokoju tragiczny, pokój w piwnicy, bez okna, na zdjęciu pokazana zasłona, ale okna za nią nie ma, co w temperaturze powyżej 30 stopni, było co najmniej dramatem, okropny zapach wilgoci i duchota, uczucie jakby było się w lesie deszczowym, rano rzeczy przesiąknięte tą wilgocią. Gdyby nie wiatrak nie dałoby się tam wytrzymać. Większość dnia spędzałyśmy poza pokojem, bo po prostu nie dało się tam funkcjonować, już nie mówiąc o odpoczynku. Kolejnym problemem była toaleta na parterze, na suficie znajdowało się okno, a zaraz nad nim okno z kolejnego piętra apartamentu, co było bardzo niekomfortowe.

Central and safe location, clean and homely feel to the appartment. Thank you for a well provided place to stay. Would stay here again when I visit London in future. Pertect for families and small groups.

When we arrived still rubbish in bins and on benches promptly cleared but had to text and phone to have it done. Bathroom and toilet facilities a joke -felt like they had come from a caravan had to step up to get in No shower curtain so toilet and sink got wet,loose tap, water from shower not draining away Kitchen cupboard door missing,'wardrobe door missing massive wardrobes half of which couldn't use for sofa bed in the way,only one bedside table and light,one window ok one window with curtains and a blind that couldn't be opened No radio or TV Kitchen badly laid out fridge difficult to access with doors opening wrong way Cupboard doors showing signs of age No teaspoons,no teapot, Incredibly difficult spiral stairs impossible for anyone with mobility issues

Es hat uns super gefallen. Es war super zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig und man konnte sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Obwohl es jeden Tag über 30 Grad war, war es nicht zu heiß im Zimmer und man hatte nachts angenehme Temperaturen zum schlafen und tagsüber einen leisen und leistungsstarken Ventilator. Ich habe vor vielen Jahren selber in London gelebt und würde das Stay in Bloomsbury jederzeit wieder buchen.

The location was amazing we had the possibility to do most of our weekend on foot! The Studio was nice with everything to cook. Regarding the previous comments, the Studio was better than expected

Could be a little cleaner and the communication with Maggie could be a little better. Advice : if you arrive early take a Luggage storage nearby so you can enjoy London before going into the apartment.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante y, sin duda, no volveríamos. El precio es completamente desproporcionado para lo que ofrece este alojamiento. La comunicación con el propietario fue nefasta. Cada vez que le informamos de los numerosos problemas que encontramos, nos ignoró o no ofreció ninguna solución efectiva. La habitación es mucho más pequeña de lo que muestran las fotografías. En realidad, se trata de una azotea acondicionada como habitación situada en un quinto piso, mientras que el baño está en el primero, algo muy incómodo y que en ningún momento queda claramente reflejado. El aire acondicionado apenas funcionaba y hacía un ruido insoportable, por lo que pasamos muchísimo calor durante la estancia. A pesar de avisar al propietario, no solucionó el problema. El baño también estaba en muy mal estado y la ducha estaba rota, por lo que el primer día ni siquiera pudimos ducharnos. Aunque posteriormente hicieron alguna reparación, fue insuficiente y demasiado tarde. La cama estaba rota y era muy difícil dormir en ella. Las toallas eran de muy mala calidad, viejas y desagradables de usar. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. La habitación estaba sucia y, además, encontramos pertenencias de otros huéspedes, como chaquetas. Para colmo, la escalera estaba llena de basura y había ropa tendida, dando una sensación general de abandono y falta de higiene. En definitiva, el alojamiento no se corresponde en absoluto con lo que anuncia ni con el precio que cobra. La falta de mantenimiento, la escasa limpieza y la nula atención por parte del propietario hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera una experiencia muy desagradable. Nos sentimos completamente decepcionados y estamos valorando emprender acciones para reclamar por esta situación. No lo recomendamos en absoluto.

Chambre bien située, au rez-de-chaussée, avec salle de bain partagée et propre, non loin du British Museum et à 5 mn du métro. Rue calme et quartier sûr.

On entend les voisins à côté et les pas au-dessus, les écoulements d'eau, et il y avait une tâche sur le drap du dessous. Bouchons d'oreilles fortement conseillés. La fenêtre donne sur une sorte de placard, donc pas vraiment d'aération possible. Le matelas est confortable mais penche légèrement.

Struttura con tutto il necessario per un weekend, la cucina è molto grande e anche la camera da letto, dove puoi posizionare in vari punti anche le valigie! il letto era comodissimo, la struttura era un po’ datata però siamo stati bene.

La posizione vale da sola la scelta, permettendo di vedere moltissime attrazioni a piedi, passeggiando tra pub e locali di ogni genere . La struttura era pulita e il letto confortevole, con il ventilatore il caldo non è stato un problema.

Ho avuto la camera all’ultimo piano con bagno mentre per la doccia dovevo scendere le scale. Questa soluzione la trovo idonea solo per soggiorni brevi. Tornerei ma specificando ed indagando meglio con l’host quale camera mi viene data.

Nada. Aliás, abandonamos o local do momento do check in. Não permanecemos no alojamento e já contactamos o apoio ao cliente e continuamos a aguardar feedback.

A porta do apartamento encontrava-se aberta quando chegamos, o que transmite insegurança e a limpeza do apartamento estava inacabada, com toalha de saída de banho suja no chão e presença de nódoa na fronha da almofada. Quando reportada a situação ao responsável, o mesmo encaminha o eletricista ao local, que desvaloriza a situação e só após muita insistência, o próprio se põe a lavar o WC. O próprio admitiu na altura que não sabia bem o que estava a fazer...

Such a convenient location. Great to have a kitchen, a fan for the hot weather, and an iron. The bed was comfortable too.

El baño era pésimo las fotos eran de otro apartamento no del mio, no había cubiertos ni menaje suficiente, mobiliario viejo, las ventanas no cierran y con las obras no se podía dormir.

The studio was functional, clean and supplied with everything you may need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with new appliances. The location is second to none, being near train stations, parks, restaurant and shops.

The Internet connection was a bit unstable

I collected the key to a lock box just before 15:00, with a fold up piece of paper, and I walked in to the two ground floor room, the bathroom, a lower floor room and the lower floor kitchen that I can see. I didn’t go up the stairs. All three bedrooms were open and the minimum was not even touched: no removing linens and towels, no clearing surfaces, no dusting and vacuuming, no deep cleaning the bathroom, no replacing fresh linens and towels with rubbish everywhere, in the bins and on the tables. Shortly after, a couple arrived, we found out that one of the guests is missing a key for the rooms (me) as the couple could not open the door just as the house/hotel manager arrived and, half an hour later, the cleaner arrived too. The two Ukrainian guests couldn’t even use the kitchen as in the kitchen WAS the clothing line with three or four massive laundry cotton bags blocking the oven and the hob.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication with the host is easy and they reply on time. Maagie is excellent host and always there for anything you need. Location is central walking distance to underground and all major locations. Room was spacious and clean. Loved our stay ❤️

위치에 비해 가격이 정말 저렴하다고 생각하고, 시설이 괜찮았었어요. 샤워장이 작다는 의견이 꽤 있었는데, 성인 보통 여성이 사용하기에는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만, 덩치가 있으신 남성분들이 사용하시기에는 무리가 있으실 것 같습니다.

건물을 찾기가 조금 어려웠어요.

Great location and a "you get what you pay for price" actually probably better than I thought it was going to be.

I enjoyed the size of the room and the fact that you could be fully self catered.

The owner was really helpful. She struggled with technology but really tried to help even though I had made last moment booking and made sure I had everything I needed late at night (11 pm). She was reachable on phone.

Een duidelijke beschrijving van het appartement. Er was geen warm water, maar er bleek wel een switch om die aan te zetten. Het toilet lekte en de stortbak zat los, waardoor ik twee nachten heb moeten dweilen en de watertoevoer moest uitzetten, en we moesten doorspoelen met een emmer water. Ik heb de beheerder gebeld en die is gekomen maar kon het niet helemaal oplossen. Er moesten handdoeken op de vloer blijven liggen omdat er nog water door de waterleding sijpelde. Er was geen fatsoenlijke tafel om aan te eten, alleen een goedkoop en gammel tafeltje dat enorm wiebelde. De gordijnen konden niet goed dicht en waren provisorisch opgehangen. De keuken was minimaal uitgerust, en nodigde niet uit tot koken. En dan nog iets om te weten: de buurt was behoorlijk luidruchtig, maar daar kan de host niets aan doen. Vanaf 6:00 's ochgtends kwamen iedere dag drie vuilniswagens binnen een uur langs om de instelling (?) er tegenover te ondoen van allerlei rotzooi. 's nachts ook veen luidruchtige mensen, soms uren lang ruzie makend onder ons raam.

Location we went to dominion and prince edward theaters so was 5min walking distance in a nice area felt very safe. The room was basic but fine and bathroom was next door so handy all abut old fashioned but very clean

Für den Preis das beste, was man kriegen kann. Super Lage und tolle Nachbarschaft. Sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Man findet im Zimmer alles, was man braucht, sei es Geschirr oder ein Föhn. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und hoffe, dass bei meinem nächsten London Besuch wieder ein Zimmer frei ist.

Es ist hellhörig und hell, also Schlafmaske und Oropax mitnehmen, dann geht's. Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und im Badezimmer schimmelt es an vielen Stellen. Wenn ihr für den Preis und die Lage darüber hinweg sehen könnt, habt ihr eine super Unterkunft gefunden.

The apartment is damp, right above the bed; the walls are visibly and palpably wet, the paint is bubbling up, and it’s peeling off the ceiling. No drama but not the best looking apartment...

The host was friendly

The room was very cold for a while, apparently cold air was escaping into the room from beneath the door and I had to adjust the heating to the highest, after I did, it was alright.

Zona - facilità check in e check out. Zona cucina molto comoda e con tanti elettrodomestici.

Bagno improponibile con lavandino minuscolo e senza tenda doccia e senza possibilità di appendere il doccino, ogni volta che ti lavavi andava acqua dappertutto. Nessun prodotto da bagno tranne la carta igienica. Stanza da 3 dove non potevi usare una parte dell’armadio essendoci la poltrona letto davanti. Asciugamani non pulitissimi.
