Discovery Primea

Location so central. Lovely views from terrace bar and pool.

Location is amazing , the room size and equipment is very good. My family enjoyed the stay a lot.

Location, Spacious room, clean, Staff

Nothing

Staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Room is spacious, has the kitchen, everything is at place. Comfortable bed, nice coach and kitchenware to accommodate the guest. All 2 restaurants offer the variety of delicious meals, and drinks - everything to enjoy one's time.

During the breakfast time chefs cook omelettes and fry eggs in the dining area. When cooking, oil is overheated, there is a lot of smoke coming out of the frying pan, and if one arrives by 7am, the restaurant already filled with the smell of burnt oil, so all the clothes soak with it in a few minutes... Would be nice to add an exhaust on top of the frying facility.

Eccezionale

The staff are friendly and helpful

The price

Comfortable stay.

AC in the room smelled musty.

The staff, the suite, the location, breakfast and room service. I also liked that each room innthe suite has its own temperature control.

Some additional items in the kitchen could have been provided as standard, such as kitchen paper towels. But this was a minor thing and didn't affect the overall experience.

Location

Overuse if aircon in bublic areas and little chance ti adjust inside the room. First room with very loud ventilation an dnow way reduce

Like the staff so accommodating and friendly.

Not a lot of choices in the breakfast buffet!

TUTTO. Letti comodissimi.

Its location

Its carpet smells old inside the room

The staff were very helpful and accommodating with our stay

The room wasn’t 100% clean, there were stains on the wall and edges, and some of the outlets weren’t working

Great breakfast, even for a vegetarian

There was a TV in the bathroom but when we got into bathtub to watch some movies, it didn’t work due to network issues. There is no hair blower in your bathroom, you have to call the reception to get one. And then it fits only some of the sockets because the plug is European.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, it's rare to find such kind people, even in such luxurious hotels. Great location—everything you need is nearby.

Perfectly located within the shopping district. Highly recommend for a luxury stay with outstanding breakfast and staff.

The staff were so kind and accommodating

First we like the place so convenient to nearby malls and restaurant. The staff were so friendly, very accommodating and polite. The breakfast was energizing that they give different choices. Overall we enjoyed the place. Thank you!

So far nothing.

Fantastic staff & location

None

The frontliner staff are the hotel "s greatest asset. They are very friendly, warm and courteous, truly shows the Filipino hospitality.

The food in the breakfast menu, especially the hot food. The longanisa tasted like something just bought from the supermarket, poor quality. Food sometimes was dry. Not many choices. Need to improve the quality of food given this is a 5-star hotel.

I would surely love the location, especially the view. Amazing and calm for me me. Rooms are well kept clean, beds are comfortable and so are bedding. They always they support to tie up the place upon request. I must mention their staff is very polite and are super helpful. I am not forgetting to mention their beautiful receptionist Ms.Marg, who checked me in and even after her shift, while she heads home, was super kind enough to show me the way on my first day in Philippines. Additionally, I wish to state that they must look at their breakfast bar a bit, as I see no many variety there. But overall, Im gonna be back and I sure recommend the place.

Staff - excellent Cleaning of rooms -excellent Food - best I've had in Asia Facilities- excellent

Maybe the dis jockey in lounge on Friday ? Night ... too loud ... bad choice of music for what is supposed to be an AMBIENT and RELAXING atmosphere

Location fantastic, staff friendly and helpful. Buffet selection good. Pool view was amazing! Rooms were spacious.

Needed a kettle in the kitchen, but its no big deal.

Not clean, water stains found on cups, utensils and shower area

Staff were really polite and attentive. Very good location next to Glorietta. Rooms were exceptional and the facilities were amazing.

Having worked in the hospitality industry before, I know firsthand how much hard work, teamwork, and dedication go into creating a memorable guest experience. That's why I always look forward to coming back to Discovery Primea. I stayed from April 29 to May 4 and again from June 29 to July 2, and both stays reminded me why this property continues to be one of my favorites. A very special thank you to Ms. Belle Ching. She has always been my point of contact whenever I book my stay, and from the very beginning until the end of each visit, she made sure everything was well taken care of. Belle, thank you for always being so accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful. It's people like you who make guests feel genuinely welcome and valued. To Sir Eric Rivera and Sir Marlon Reyes, thank you for always looking after us. From check-in until check-out, you consistently made sure our room was in perfect condition and that anything we needed was taken care of right away. Your leadership is clearly reflected in your team, and it never goes unnoticed. I also want to recognize the entire Front Office Team, Concierge Team, all the Housekeeping Supervisors, and every Room Attendant and Runner. The service was consistently warm, professional, and sincere. Everyone greeted us with a smile, remembered the little details, and was always willing to help without hesitation. As someone who knows what happens behind the scenes in hotel operations, I truly appreciate the effort it takes to deliver this level of service every single day. Discovery Primea isn't just a beautiful hotel—it's the people who make it exceptional. Thank you to everyone for making both of our stays feel like coming home. I can't wait to see you all again on my next visit.

The hotel itself isn’t in a good condition like a five star hotel. It’s very old in some parties some stuff during the breakfast really need improvementfor example Mr. Max it was really terrible. I asked them to bring me a fresh vegetable and I was asked them 10 times and 20 minutes they also do not know what does it mean? Restrict to coffee and they refuse us to serve it in five stars hotel unbelievable but what I really underline that for example Leona from the reception was very helpful and kind thank you Leona.

Great location. Just in front of a mall. Good proximity to the airport too

Breakfast offered a good selection and lunch room service was good.

Nothing.

Very spacious and clean suites! Comfortable beds. Truly a home away from home - suite facilities are excellent!

Maybe improve the lighting on the kitchen area as it was a bit dark.

Location! Walking distance to Glorietta. Rooms were big.

Room Is comfortable and clean. great location.

Breakfast is good but not top notch and definitely does not match the pricing of the property. Could be better.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Les repas au restaurant Tapenade.
