The location and price is great

A beautiful and clean hotel where you feel safe, with good facilities and a wide variety of products.

However, there were two significant negative points. Although the breakfast buffet was exceptionally large and offered many choices, most of them catered primarily to Asian tastes, and several options were not particularly appealing to European guests. Considering the size of the buffet, there should be at least one small but well-rounded section offering European-style breakfast choices. Furthermore, almost none of the staff spoke English. Communication had to take place mainly through gestures or by using a translation app. It is extremely disappointing for a five-star hotel that the management has not ensured that enough employees have at least a basic command of English to communicate properly with international guests.

作为连续入住不同城市希尔顿酒店的客人，这次上海希尔顿的体验与我在成都希尔顿的入住感受形成了非常明显的对比。 在成都希尔顿，我同样是通过第三方平台预订两间房，并且清晨 6–7 点就到达酒店。前台人员非常热情，主动帮我查询房态，清楚说明无法立即入住的原因，并提供了付费升级至行政套房、可马上入住的解决方案，整个过程非常专业，也让我感到被尊重。此外，成都希尔顿在办理入住时明确告知押金政策，两间房总共只收取 RMB 2000 的押金，清晰且合理。 相比之下，上海希尔顿的入住体验明显不足。虽然我在 Booking 上明确预订了一间大床房和一间双床房，但前台最初却表示不确定是否有双床房，并将原因归咎于第三方平台。更令人不适的是，在办理入住时才被告知需要每晚每间房 RMB 1000 的押金，而这一重要信息在预订页面并未事先明确说明。 在我提出质疑后，前台才表示押金可以“调整”，最终只收取一间房的押金。这让我感觉相关政策缺乏透明度和一致性，也与同品牌酒店的服务水准不相符。 我并不介意合理的费用或押金安排，但作为五星级酒店，更希望看到的是清晰的规则、主动的沟通，以及一致的服务标准。

Great central location with one of the best breakfast buffets I have seen anywhere in the world. Rooms are extremely comfortable as are the beds. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Love the interior deco, the room is very spacious. Location is good too and beds are very comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was room temperature , it was too hot and unable to adjust .

早餐比較普通。浴缸360度完全開放沒有隱私，一進門就可以看到泡澡驚呆大家！！感覺是飯店完全不想讓人使用的設計。

Ультрасовременный отель, со стильным дизайном. Все новое и модное. Очень красивые номера. Вкусные завтраки, приятный персонал на ресепшен. Если спите с закрытым окном - все прекрасно.

Все номера с видом на город - очень шумно. Я люблю спать с открытым окном для свежего воздуха, но спать невозможно. Сделали со скидкой номер с видом на сад - это другое дело, тихо и комфортно. Зимой охлаждения нет, кондиционер работает только на обогрев.

位置非常方便

I booked a room with a wooden floor and a small carpet, like on the pictures, but in reality the room was different - with a full carpet. The smell in the room was extremely intense, not sure if it's a mold smell or desinfection smell, as the hotel is located on a street with a heavy traffic, opening the window was not an option because of the loud noise. The room was changed upon request but we got absolutely same room with a full carpet and smell again. That was very disappointing. I always select rooms without the carpet because of the allergy and getting such a disinformation in a 5* hotel was a bummer(

房間房門及窗户隔音差，近天橋及醫院，每天早上車聲 嘈吵。 我們準時3時登記入住，但多間房間仍未準備好，要等到5時才可入住。 晚上突然沒有熱水，等了超過一小時仍未能解決，亦沒有其他房間可替換。

Great location and rooms were very nice. I really enjoyed my stay.

Wifi did not connect properly.

The hotel is new which was why I selected this place. However the staff are lacking in warmth, probably due to the economic situation. The location is not exactly near the MRT or Jing An Temple as one would be walking about 800m to 1.3km in order to reach. During the check-in, the room is always not ready, even at 4pm but the reception staff tried to get another room. Facilities and amenities are new and working. But cleanliness can be definitely be improved. Another hotel in Shanghai that I have stayed previously, the staff are more friendly and warm.

Location is excellent, very convenient for both business trips and casual city tour. The restaurants at the ground floor is great for all three meals a day. Room is clean, staff helped clean my room everyday and all of them were friendly and polite. Reception was fabulous too, and delayed my checkout time to 1pm as they heard that I've got a meeting until 12pm.

Ordinary room is slightly too small, and there is no proper desk inside the room, which is a bit inconvenient to a businss traveler who needs to work in the room almost everyday.

Power went out in my room in the middle room f a shower. Luckily it wasn’t completely dark yet. Staff moved me in another room and offered some fruit.
