Nice rooms for the price you pay. It was strange that my booking got lost in the management change, but friendly staff solved it, had to pay Some more than mentioned on booking.com. The rooms were clean but we spotted 3 cockroaches. Staff helped to renove them but these animals are not so clean.

Located close to the beach and restaurants. A little tricky getting a car in and out of the narrow street. Very friendly people around

There were lots of mosquitoes about. Brian was helpful trying to disperse them with a zapper bat

A friendly welcome. Lovely clean room, with fridge and kettle set in a delightful garden. Down a little side road. Very close to the beach and all amenities. 30/40 mins tuktuk to the airport.

Spacious & clean room with all facilities at hand: hot shower, airco, wifi, fridge, kettle, comfortable bed, quiet outdoor seating with garden view,,… The host is always around, super nice and kindly willing to assist with whatever you might need. Location is perfect, at walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. Plenty of Tuktuks, PickMe, Uber available if you want to go to the city centre, do some sightseeing, go to the airport... Would definitely recommend and stay again!

It is a new Homestay which was a little hard to find at first. The owner did send a pin, but without internet or proper preparations, this was a little tedious. We got a room on the 1st floor with lots of green and a comfy bed. The staff was excellent, very welcoming and helpful. We were offered tea at arrival and got lots of information about Negombo and the surrounding area. We liked the spacious room and the balcony as well as the location; it is in walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants.

The room was a little moldy and so was the smell. Lots of accommodations in Sri Lanka suffer this problem because of poor ventilation. This is very important. Sleeping in a moldy room is very unhealthy! We would advise to put a mesh or cloths in the doors, so they can be opened for proper ventilation, without mosquito's entering the room. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't working properly, but the owner said this will be fixed. If te above is handled, it is great value.

Lovely large space. Perfectly clean room with everything we needed. Comfy beds, big en suite, fridge, plugs by the bed. Near to the beach and other amenities. Hosts were great help and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Would recommend!

Everything was great, the staff was super nice and always tried to help. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location was alright, just 10 Minutes from the center and the beach, but didn‘t feel safe sometimes. Apart from that good place to stay!

It was a wonderfull stay with Sun Breeze and the location was perfect as in it's just a 2 miniutes walk to beach and restaurants. We were really enjoying the stay for 7 days with a great staff. Highly recommending this place for your stay in Negombo ❤️

Peaceful and quiet place, convenient location, a few steps from clubs and restaurants, 500 meters from the sea, the rooms are large and recently renovated with en-suite bathroom,hot water,air conditioning and fan, wardrobe, fridge, kettle, microwave oven with corner cooking, mattresses, pillows, sheets, everything new, very clean, excellent for those who are passing through or want to stay for several days in Negombo. This was one of the best solutions I found in Sri Lanka
