The location was very good

The room was adequate but the bed was very uncomfortable

The staff were friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could. Felt safe.

AC was broken in the room, was not offered a move or discount. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, we were told just to put a towel on the floor. The key card scanner on the door didn't work, the door didn't lock automatically so we had to go get a key. The top of the window sill was COVERED in dust. The walls were dirty. The inside did not look like the pictures at all.

The property is not accessible at all, hundreds of stairs. The stairs to the room were rickety and really high and winding. The carpet going in was filthy and the stairs were filthy The room was dirty and covered in grime the bathroom was full of mould and walls covered in soap scum

O hotel é bem localizado, com uma cama confortável e banheiro com boa ducha. Meu quarto era no piso inferior e tinha ar condicionado split. Tinha cafeteira e capsulas de café. Roupas de cama e banho boas.

The room I was given was disastrous to say the least. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mould and the paint was flaking. The room also had black mould on the window fixings and on the wall. The room felt like a temporary set up with little to no thought on decoration. Upon contacting the reception I was told there were no other rooms available to move into, leaving me in London with no place to stay. No apology, no solution. Raising it with Booking.com to which they responded the hotel has refused to give a refund due to the “facilities being used” which they weren’t. I have since escalated this complaint, informed the parent company and if anything fails to get done I will be taking it further. Absolutely unacceptable state of a hotel! Wouldn’t stay here for free let alone for the money I spent. Do not stay here.

La ubicación era estupenda y de precio estaba bastante bien. Muy cómodo que te guardan el equipaje y así ahorras pagar una consigna. El personal es amable.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, la ducha perdía agua y estaba todo el suelo mojado, y el colchón era muy incómodo. Echamos en falta superficies para poder apoyar nuestras cosas. La limpieza era aceptable, pero muy mejorable. Mucho polvo y marcas en todas partes, y manchas en la cama. La habitación da a un patio interior y una vecina grita muchisimo por las noches, y como no funcionaba el aire era imposible cerrar la ventana. El secador apenas tenia fuerza, dejan pocas toallas y el inodoro es extremadamente alto e incómodo. Nuestra habitación no cerraba y tuvimos que subir y bajar los tres pisos de escaleras varias veces para pedir una llave en recepción.

Das Zimmer war von Schnitt und Größe ausreichend für unseren kurzen Städtetrip. Die Ausstattung ist auch nicht uralt und bei einer Renovierung, die bestimmt noch nicht ewig her ist, hat man sich Mühe bei der Farbauswahl und der Badausstattung gegeben. Leider wird die Reinigung nicht wirklich ordentlich durchgeführt. In den Schränken ist eine Staubschicht. Im Bad wird nicht gründlich gereinigt. Der Wasserhahn geht schwer, weil er verschmutzt ist. Die Wände haben Flecken, ausgebrochene Halterungen und Wasserflecken über der Klimaanlage. Im Bad gab es an der Decke wohl mal einen größeren Wassereinbruch.

Nous avions réservé plusieurs nuits, mais nous avons dû quitter l’établissement après une seule nuit à cause de la chaleur insupportable. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il s’agit de deux bâtiments différents : la réception se trouve dans un autre immeuble et il faut sortir pour rejoindre celui où se situe la chambre. Celle-ci était au 3ᵉ étage, sans ascenseur. L’annonce ne montre pas l’escalier, qui est très étroit et en colimaçon, avec un risque de chute et de grandes difficultés pour monter une grosse valise. La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos de l’annonce. L’état général était très mal entretenu : murs fissurés et marqués, peinture abîmée, portes sales, moquette très usée, déchirée et effilochée à plusieurs endroits. Le sèche-cheveux était endommagé, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas correctement et les toilettes mettaient beaucoup de temps à se remplir. Les fenêtres n’avaient pas de rideaux occultants : nous étions réveillés dès le lever du jour. Nous avons demandé le remboursement des nuits non passées en raison de la chaleur, mais notre demande a été refusée. Une expérience très décevante, qui ne correspond ni aux photos ni au prix payé.

Perfect location - direct Overground from Heathrow to Paddington, 10 min walk from Hyde park, helpfull staff.

The hotel fully met our expectations, especially considering the price-quality ratio. The beds were fresh and clean, as were the towels. The décor was basic and simple. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had booked an extra night and had to switch rooms, they moved our luggage to the new room for us, which we really appreciated. This hotel is the perfect base for exploring London.

Fiquei muito insatisfeita principalmente com a falta de limpeza do quarto e do banheiro. O ambiente não estava devidamente higienizado, o que foi bastante desagradável e nos causou uma sensação de desconforto durante toda a estadia. Esperávamos encontrar um quarto e um banheiro limpos e bem cuidados, principalmente considerando o valor pago pela hospedagem. A situação ficou muito abaixo do padrão que esperávamos e considero que a limpeza deveria ser uma prioridade básica em qualquer acomodação.

There was an air con unit in the room which didn't make any difference. The bed/pillows were uncomfortable. Some of the flooring was sticking up, causing potential hazards. There were holes in the walls, stains in the wall, and parts of the ceiling were flaking/coming away. The room and the furniture hadn't been cleaned prior to us arriving. There was no toilet brush in the shower room. The shower door was hanging off. The emergency lighting by the front door was constantly flickering. During the night whilst sleeping, you could hear other people walking around/talking loud. There was no coat hook to hang your coats up. When on, the water from the shower head was heading in different directions, and the pressure was poor.

La ubicación era excelente: En una zona tranquila pero muy cerca del centro (a pie en breve llegas a Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Oxford Streer...) y muy bien conectada en transporte publico para ir a cualquier parte, incluidos aeropuertos. La cama era cómoda, el baño muy amplio, hacía TV, caja fuerte, plancha y secador de pelo, cafetera y aire acondicionadoy no tenía moqueta, lo cual me parece muy higiénico. El wifi funcionaba muy bien, hay consigna para equipaje gratis. La recepción es 24h y el personal está muy pendiente de ti larabla llegada.

El único punto negativo es que no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida, porque no tiene ascensor, pero para nosotros no fue un problema. En este tipo de alojamientos es común.

Location is very convenient, 5 minutes from Paddington Station with good access to public transport. Room had reasonable size. Other guests were not noisy.

Air conditioning was not working. Not acceptable in 30 degrees. Cleanliness could be improved. No kettle. Safe was not working (empty batteries?).

No lifts, very steep stairs. No aircon, windows barely open and the property is like a sauna. Water pressure was poor and the water ran hot for minutes before going cold.

No air conditioning in family suite. Also for elderly didn't know the suite was on top floor very difficult for over 65 to get suitcases up to room. But staff brought up for us and down when left. Staff was great. Would not recommend for elderly to book the family suite.

Me gustó que está cerca de Hyde park y cerca de la estación de Paddington.

Nos dieron la habitación del último piso y no había ascensor en el alojamiento, había un poco de polvo en los muebles y del lado de la cama que yo dormí no funcionaba el conector. Creo que lo peor parte de este verano es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.

EXCELLENT location! Short walk to Paddington Station and a short walk to Hyde Park. An old but vibrant refurbished area with a great feel. Staff were extremely helpful. We were able to leave bags early before check-in, and leave them after check-out while we wandered until our mid afternoon departure.

Nothing we didn't like (given it was budget accommodation it more than met our expectations). The bed was a wee bit hard, but comfortable for me.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We had a room in the basement, so there wasn't much natural light. There was a very bad smell coming from the drains that filled the room. There was lots of noise above our room from around 6am in the morning. I assume this was the cleaning staff. The walls and furniture all look a bit battered and could do with a tidy up.

Me encanto lo amplia que es la habitacion, el personal es muy amable. En especial AJ, es el mejor! La cama es super comoda, la ducha funciona perfectamente, tanto frio como caliente. La habitacion esta insonorizada en consideracion con el ruido que hay en la calle, no oyes casi nada. La iluminacion del hotel es perfecta, tienes interruptores que le dan mas luz a la habitacion y hay pequenas lamparitas de noche bastante modernas y dan la luminosidad justa y necesaria para empezar a desconectar del aceleramiento de la ciudad. TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, que en la ola de calor en la que se encontraba Londres cuando fui, fue un salvavidas. Simplemente perfecto.

The room was very small and uncomfortably hot, with ineffective air conditioning. Both the room and bathroom were not clean. Furnishings were minimal, with basic items missing (e.g., no hand towel). Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. Hair dryer was not working at all.

The only good thing was the location.

The staff were rude, the rooms were disgusting with stains all over the walls and mould. The rooms was also falling apart, the headboard to the main bed was torn, there were spoons holding the windows closed, an air conditioning unit with a remote that doesn't work at all - when questioned about it I was completely dismissed. The toilet had skid marks all along the bottom of it and a weak flush. This place was the equivalent of a bad hostel, not at all worth the money spent.

The ceilings were peeling and mouldy, the window was held closed with a spoon, the air-conditioning unit did not work and it was 29 degrees. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the pavement.

No venia una ventilacion adequada y habia mucha humedad. La fuerte y el secador no funcionaba. Habia manchas de humedad, las paredes estaban sucias. La habitacion no era como en las fotos

Etablissement très bien situé . La navette aéroport arrive de Stansted en 1H45 et dépose à Paddington à 5 minutes de marche (train, bus, metro). Quartier avec délicieux restaurants et calme. Personnel de l'établissement très disponible par whatsapp ou à coté (immeuble Nox) et très sympathique. Nous avons bien dormi avec mes deux enfants et au calme.

Je n'ai pas vu la bouilloire , le sèche cheveux comme prévu dans chaque chambre mais cela n'a pas manqué. Pas d'ouverture fenêtre (ouverture condamnée) par sécurité je pense.. Pas de véritable réception sur place.

La camera era in un seminterrato con i letti scomodissimi, il materasso era un velo di cipolla; per fortuna erano solo due notti. Non avevano pulito per bene la camera soprattutto a terra, mentre il bagno era pulito.

ça pourrait quand même être plus propre. Les stores n'occultent pas assez la lumière. Le rendu des clefs n'était pas très sécurisant (récupérées sans me laisser entrer dans l'immeuble).

Posizione eccellente a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Central Line. Quartiere bellissimo e molto tranquillo. Stanza ampia e pulita.

A pesare sulla esperienza negativa è stato il gran caldo, certamente anomalo per Londra (34 gradi), e la stanza ubicata all'ultimo piano, dove il caldo era insopportabile. L'aria condizionata non rinfrescava abbastanza. Inoltre manca ascensore, la scala è ripida. Impegnativo portare i bagagli per una donna sola.

Per Londra rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Ho letto molti giudizi negativi ma per questo prezzo non ci si può aspettare una reggia. La camera risulta piccolina e pulita, con tutto quello che serve. Consigliato, gli host sono molto gentili.

Si sentono un pò i rumori delle altre camere ma nulla di eccessivo.
