Reviewed Sep 13, 2026L’établissement est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville dans un quartier calme. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la chambre, la literie est confortable. Merci à Daniel pour son accueil chaleureux, sa bonne humeur et ses conseils c’était très agréable.
Quelques points à souligner : forte odeur d’égout gênante dans la salle de bain ; la douche aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement ; petit déjeuner bon mais trop sucré à notre goût (manque de fruits ou de version salé) et l’insonorisation n’est pas top.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The property was fantastic in a lovely part of Rome. Daniele the owner was very nice and really helpful. Great communication before arrival. Upon arriving he gave us very useful information and told us about places to visit, eat etc. added bonus his family own a bakery so fresh pastries for breakfast delivered to your room which were amazing. Great location easy to get to everywhere. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Perfekte Lage um Rom zu erkunden. 10 Minuten zum Piazza del Popolo, 15 Minuten zum Petersdom und Metro und Bus auch in 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren zu Dritt in einem Zimmer und es war ausreichend groß für einen Städtetrip. Es war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. 4. OG ist auch kein Problem, da es einen Fahrstuhl gibt. Danielle war sehr freundlich und bereitete uns morgens immer ein hervorragendes Frühstück zu.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Hotel muy bien situado y bien comunicado, con una parada de metro a menos de 5 minutos. Barrio tranquilo, con bares, restaurantes y tiendas cercanos. Habitación limpia, camas cómodas y con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia. Check-in sencillo con explicaciones claras por parte de Daniele. Lo mejor fue la atención de Daniele, atento y pendiente de nuestras necesidades, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Nos trajo un desayuno muy rico y abundante todos los días a la habitación. Muchas gracias Daniele por tu hospitalidad, si volvemos a Roma repetiremos!.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den wunderbaren Gastgeber Daniele. Sehr freundlich, herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer für uns da. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war perfekt und wir waren rundum zufrieden!

There was no coffee option in the room (even instant coffee would have been appreciated). The mini bar was only tea and two bottles of water. The mugs offered in the room were stained dirty. The toiletries offered was some type of single soap in a metal dispenser in the shower, no conditioner or shampoo.

Κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες που διευκολύνουν την μετάβαση στα αξιοθέατα. Ειδική μνεία στην φιλοξενία που έτυχε το σκυλάκι μας.

La stanza assegnata era diversa e anche i materassi sono risultati sottili e poco confortevoli. La colazione era molto essenziale, senza particolari elementi che la rendessero memorabile o in linea con le aspettative create dal prezzo della struttura. Nel complesso, ho trovato il costo della camera elevato rispetto alla qualità dell’alloggio e dei servizi offerti.

Per una buona accoglienza non basta la simpatia, il gestore si vede che è una brava persona, non possiamo davvero lamentarci, però non ci siamo: - il fon della stanza 405 non funzionava, creava scintille - impronte di mani sporche di cioccolato nelle porte del bagno - in doccia, nel soffione erano più i buchi che non uscivano acqua di quelli che usciva. - tv: la nostra aveva lo schermo con difetto nella retroilluminazione. - COLAZIONE: grande problema! Si mangia in camera e questo non è un problema, ma se devi andare via presto perché hai prenotazioni per i monumenti da visitare oppure andare via (come nel nostro caso), non arriva prima dalle 8:45, addirittura l’ultimo giorno il gestore era tranquillo a parlare al telefono mentre aspettavamo la colazione. Se offri un servizio devi offrirlo e farlo bene, altrimenti meglio rinunciare oppure (piccolo consiglio) faccia una convenzione con un bar dove gli ospiti sono autonomi senza dipendere degli altri. Infine per due volte di seguito le brioche erano sbagliate, invertite, mancavano… (Thais Jorge Guimaraes)

The place was very dirty. There was a used tea mug, lots of hair in the shower drain, brown stains on the walls. The bathroom did not seem to be cleaned. Luckily we only stayed one night. I would not recommend it to anybody. Being charged 150 euros for a dirty place is not acceptable.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Posizione centrale e comoda a piedi per raggiungere diversi luoghi. Sensazione di luogo sicuro in contesto signorile. Stanza tripla ampia e fresca. In tre eravamo comodi. Bello lo scorcio dalla finestra. Il gestore molto attento. Biancheria da letto e da bagno molto pulita ma copriletto e tende con qualche macchia.
Si tratta di una struttura inserita in un appartamento al quarto piano di un palazzo signorile. L’ambiente necessita di qualche sistemazione e riparazione qua e là e una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia dei vetri della finestra, della rubinetteria in bagno, del copriletto del letto singolo macchiato renderebbe il tutto più confortevole.

Coffee and pastry to bed was a great touch, and everything we asked for was simply - "no problem." Thank you Daniele! Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Posizione ottima per qualsiasi spostamento a piedi o con metro/pullman. Vicino a vaticano e vicino al centro di Roma, le piazze principali e più belle, e vicino al Colosseo . Siamo stati accolti in maniera fantastica. Siamo stati aiutati con cartine per gli spostamenti per Roma, con le prenotazioni per taxi, etc. Qualsiasi Richiesta nostra è stata soddisfatta. La colazione era inclusa ed era assolutamente buonissima. Non posso fare altro che consigliare questa struttura.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt 5 Minuten von einer Metro Station und 2 Minuten von verschiedenen Buslinien entfernt. Der Besitzer Daniele ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bereitet jeden morgen ein typisch italienisches Frühstück vor welches im Zimmer an einem Tisch gegessen werden kann. Außerdem durften wir auf Nachfrage unser Gepäck nach Check-Out in der Unterkunft lagern und es am Nachmittag abholen. Das haben wir sehr wertgeschätzt.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Daniele était aux petits soins, le lieux était calme et bien placé. Le petit déjeuner était correct et bon. La présence de la climatisation était appréciable en juin 2026.
La chambre était dans un état de propreté moyen, nécessitant également la réparation de certaines parties (tables de chevet manquant de tomber, rideaux tachés, salle de bain usée avec de nombreuses traces de calcaires datées, traces de moisissures dans la douche). Le rapport qualité / prix ne nous semble pas adapté dans ces conditions, en comparaison avec les autres logements proposés dans Rome.

Il apporte tous les matins le petit déjeuné dans la chambre, tous les jours des viennoiseries différentes. Proche du métro et du Vatican (faisable à pieds). Nombreux restaurants aux alentours.
Attention, il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel. C’est plutôt un BnB. Manque d’un petit espace de rangement dans la salle bain ainsi que différents savons.

The room was average - poorly functioning shower and a fan that was clogged with dirt. Normally not something I’d comment on, but at the price we paid….

Reviewed May 3, 2026Service was great. Manager made breakfast (croissant) every morning and was there to help with everything.
Hotel was an old one and did not meet expectations expected.
