The only thing I didn't like is that the air-conditioning is just in front of the bed. We booked 2 rooms. My friend and I is still sick after 3 days there. we have both fever,headache sorrow throat and cough. The owner really need to find a solution for this big problem. Holidays will be a nightmare there if you sleep with an air-conditioning In front of your bed. This is the only problems we had there. The hotel is well situated.Staffs are so nice. Clean rooms as well. Joe

唯一不满意的是停车位有限，前面可以park 3辆车，旁边也只能停3辆车。

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Close to Metro and restaurants, room was a good size with fridge etc. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to let us know we had left a kindle behind which we basically wouldnt have gotten back otherwise due to our plans and CNY
The room we had was on the higher floors and didn't look as much like the some of the photos as other rooms maybe do, there was a good amount of wear and tear in the room. Reception and building in not manned from 11pm.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Convenient location. Close to the MRT and monorail lines. Also close to a huge range of eating places and shops at the Pavilion and surrounding area. The staff are lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and has a window, which makes a big difference to a room. Kettle, fridge, safe and hangers. Good bathroom facilities. Security is very good. This is about my 4th time here. Would absolutely use again.
A little tired, but only a lick of paint would improve the appearance of the wear and tear of many guests.

The rooms are tiny bit outdated but I think it is fair for the price point. Still all amenities inside were functional.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026The room was excellent. Good value for a place in the middle of Bukit Bintang. The staff was also very helpful and polite. We asked them for an extra card and if we can checkout slightly late. They didn't make a fuss about anything.
Be careful of the surrounding (especially girls) because it's located near Jalan Alor. There's drunk people by the road and could be quite sketchy at night. But the hotel itself is safe because it's only accessible for guests. Be sure to close all windows (room and bathroom) or the smell from the restaurant cooking behind will travel into your room. Mine smell like ikan masin cause I didn't close it.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Good budget hotel in a great location near Bukit Bintang and Changkat. Clean room, very comfortable firm bed and excellent air-conditioning. Very friendly, helpful staff, especially Ricki. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working for the first day I was there, but when they fixed it, it worked well.
It’s a bit shabby in places – scuffed walls and stained carpets. Also, the bins around the common areas were often overflowing and smelly. Not the hotel’s fault but the location directly behind Jalan law Street Food market is quite dirty – rubbish piled up, lots of rats running around late at night and many prostitutes on the streets.

One of the windows couldn’t be shut completely off because the handle was broken so I could hear the noise from outside at night. I still decided to stay 2 extra nights.

The room is small, but has all you need: ensuite shower / bathroom, a mini fridge, kettle and some coffee which they stock up for you if you ask. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Location close to busy Jalar Alor, but rooms quiet and very comfortable bed. Excellent location!!

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026The location is good. The security is good too as u need to scan room card in order to enter the premises. Room exceeded my expectation especially the single room. The single room has clear glass toilet which is a surprise for me. Their air conditioning is very strong. Very good for KL hot weather but it tends to be too cold if its a rainy day. 26degree with speed 1 fan is cold enough for a hot afternoon. can you imagine the coldness!! There are lots of food options available within 5mins walk. A few convenience store is just less than 5mins walk away. Malls are just at the main road in all directions. I would definitely stay here again when i visit KL.
